We came to Orkney in summer 2010 for the first time, again in winter 2010/11; again for Christmas and Hogmanay 2011/12; the same at 2013/14; again in summer 2016, and this year ....when?....Yessss for Christmas and Hogmanay..... It's amazing!!!!!

Where do you usually take the boat from?
My wife and I did all of England and eventually drove up to Scotland last year. We really wanted to do northern Scotland and Orkney but we didn't have time. We just booked our flights to Scotland for this September and this video is a great idea of what to expect!!! Also, great choice in the music as well!!! Thank you for this!!!!

Sadly we went to Orkney Islands by car and slept in our tent (at Kirkwall campsite). We saw lots of fab places we think could be nice to bivouac but didn't try them, sorry!
