- the E Enduro off road e bike to Sur Ron comparison. This new machine sets the new standard for E dirt bikes and at a killer price point. Suspension could use some work but my $13000 KTM needed suspension work from new also!

I too have a Sur-ron and TimeET bikes. After spending a lot of money on the Sur-ron the TimeET has most of the things already done for you. Have done some mods, the peg mounts hang below the frame so welded a tube across the bottom then made a skid plate so it would slide over objects and not hang up. Reroute the speed sensor & front brake hose to inside of forks to protect them. Relocate the kick stand return spring to the backside of it so does not hit your boot.

Awesome! How do you like it compared to your surron? Just as nimble? Just as easy to ride on streets as the surron? or since it looks more like a dirt bike? how's the battery cells? surron or timeET, if you could only have one! TIA! :)
Damn! it has all the things when I saw the surron that I thought it needed. The gearbox is awesome and the clutch!
There’s no way I could sneak that thing up the beach to my trials. With the Sur-Ron no one looks twice or suspects it’s anything but a mountain bike. Would have to trailer that thing your showing here. Looks cool tho.

It's the poor man's Stark Varg, and in my opinion for the money it's the best in the world 🌎 , Sportsmans warehouse sells a fat bike , bafang 1000w, full suspension $5.000 plus, it's a no brainer if you ride off road, I want one, so I can ride in the summer when gas bikes are prohibited in the woods.

Great vids my man, keep em' coming. Mines on a boat somewhere, but I have a Grin Cycle Satiator charger and was curious what adapter I need to order so i can charge the Time Moto? What does end look like that plugs into bike battery (Xlr, 2.5DC, 3 pin, etc). Any help will be appreciated!

Thank you for the demo video. My input on mountain bike or motorcycle is the 'quality' of the welds. If effort of 'quality welds' stands out, then you have something to work with.

You can get an "assigned Vin" at ICBC for that

How does it feel in the tight stuff with the what looks to be a shorter wheelbase? I currently ride a TE300TPI. Is it worth getting rid of my 2 stroke or just add this e bike to the fleet?
Id just add it. The 2 strokes have their place and the E bikes have their place. Im going to do a video of myself riding technical stuff and post it up in the next week or so. Because the E bikes have virtually no reciprocating mass they turn really well.
I am super curious about the motor, battery, controller, and tranny package. I am a hobbyist outdoor toy builder and would love to build a couple toys using the drivetrain for one of these if the price is within reason.
Dude fyi I bought the motor/trans , controller and throttle adapter straight off Ali express (Allibaba in Chiner) all for $500 -2 years ago. I’m guessing it’s gone up, probably about $6-$700 🤷♂️

You're comparing apples and oranges.
The sur-ron fits in a "small block" class some even say its a *moped* its more or less a MTB with a motor its not a dirtbike.

Sur ron is more like light cruiser, for chill urban rides
I've had sur ron back in 2019, i love it, but it doesnt feel like dirt bike its lower and longer, it feels like mountain bike
so yeah, im going with TimeET
The clutch scares me on these, how well it holds up, whats the oil in it and so on.
It seems durable, oil bathed gearbox as normal motorcycle. You really dont use the clutch much as its more for doing tricks than anything else

Has anyone found some stiffer springs for those fastace forks? You can bottom them out with your hands, completely useless for enduro riding. Or any suitablr upgrade? Out they are 29mm OD

Used to sell Sur Rons but dont anymore. After riding one of these you feel helpless on a Sur Ron.

Your surron is stock im assuming? If you swap your battery to a 72v and get the bac8000 upgrade you'll easily hit 80mph/130kph....emotobros, evfreaks, and couple other guys with kits some let you trade in your battery for a cheaper 72v

How do you not use or disable the cluth i like the bike a lot but don't want to use the cluth at all I was interested in purchasing one
If you dont want to use the clutch just dont use it. You cannot stall it . The clutch is just there for stunting / technical riding

Have you ever heard of 16 inch supermoto rims and tires setup I see on some sites this comes with 17 inch supermoto setup should I just go with the stock supermoto setup or just setup my own this bike will only be for the road

I own a Time ET . It's Chinese that's for sure. Don't expect it to be a Motocross bike but it's cool. Range is 50 km on a good day. Lots of power and the gears are cool but a bit rough around the edges.

Great video comparison. I have two of these that I purchased direct from China. Would love more info from you on how you wired the (add on) on/off switch! And to possibly eliminate the silly stupid alarm/motion sensor PKE on the bikes. Super annoying and very loud and completely unnecessary!

Nice in some ways specs etc but very chinese pit bikey in others... a bit janky and flung together. Think I'll pass on this one... and will be having a good look at the Rawrr when it comes out... its a slightly larger and more powerful Surron type bike.
I lot of people buy sur-rons and try to trun it into a dirtbike which its not and cant be. Its a e bicycle
