Congratulations NRS for losing me as a customer. I've been a loyal Mortal Kombat fan since 1993. I'm not purchasing Kombat Pack 2 full price. I was going to. They have apparently destroyed a wonderful character to satisfy their bizarre (political/social) ambitions. I just cannot overstate how disappointed I am. Wake me up when they release a classic collection or a sequel to Shaolin Monks. I'm done.
They lost me as a customer the day MK1 was released. Never bought into the Kameo idea and it was obvious the game was unfinished and the graphic design is terrible.

I will never understand companies taking already established characters and changing them to completely different genders, because to me it 100% confirms their is an agenda behind the change (get people comfortable with gender swaps). As far as a female character design I personally don't want to play as strippers or half naked females (because I'm a Christian man), I just want COOL looking characters in general that are fun to play.
In my opinion series like Tekken and King Of Fighters do character designs right, both for male characters and female characters (MK use to be like this). I can't even get behind other modern fighting games like Guilty Gear or Gran Blue anymore because of the trans characters (or manly looking women) they have added to the rosters, like Ladiva in GB, Testament in GG strive, Marisa in SF6,...etc). I'm sorry no matter how much the world tries to normalize anything same sex, or gender fluidity related, it is an abomination PERIOD.
All of this stuff along with the "FGC" and the out of control egos that fighting games breed, is the reason after 15+ years of playing them I just stopped and the funny thing is it was ultimately MK1 that just made me say "you know what I don't think modern FG's are for me anymore". The closest I go to playing FGs anymore is messing around of some of my favorite classics like KOF 98/2002.
A simple solution would be to have more modest skins and stripper skins. There, now everyone's happy
