A MK Vs SF game is a very bad idea if NRS is involved. With NRS' track record of releasing crap games, NRS having a part of that collab can only be a bad thing since they probably want a good amount of control and say in the collab.

Mortal kombat characters could work on street fighter 6. Look at Negan he made it into tekken 7, and he was a TV-MA character. I don't see why fighting game characters shouldn't be in super smash bros or tekken and street fighter. As long as Sub Zero and Scorpion can have a moveset and censor it in injustice games it can work. Let it cook.

MK characters that can fit in SF: Scorpion and Sub-Zero as the poster boys you can make it work. Any of the ninjas you could make as rivals to Street Fighter's ninjas. Johnny Cage could work as he's doing research for a movie with costar Fei-Long. Kano and the Black Dragons could be working with Shadaloo and that could bring in Sonja and Jax to work with Chun-Li and Guile. Just leave out the soul wizard and otherworldly elements. Anyone from earthrealm or that's human more or less should be fine. SF characters in MK: Akuma works and that's the one I wanna see. He's just powerful enough to be a believable challenge for Shao Khan and MK bosses. Bison works for the same reason. Vega, with his claw as weapon would work plus I'd love to see how MK deals with his flying around g the screen neutral skip bs. Evil Ryu and Violent Ken work. You could even make a story where they're brainwashed by Shang Tsung. Basically you need a ruthless character you could see killing another character. Very few street fighters are canonically murderers. Gen is the only one who comes to mind... Although you could maybe get away with bringing in Street Fighters Ninjas as a ally or rival to MK Ninjas. Crossover game: if you want a cogent story that feels like it could take place in a shared reality, here's what I'd do: Start with Earthrealm having Shadaloo working with the Black Dragons as stated above. Shang has enticed Bison with the thought of getting allies from Outworld to help him conquer Earthrealm. This is a trap though as Shang just wants Bison to use his soul power to open a portal, which will not only let Shao Khan invade, it should weaken Bison enough for Shang to take his soul, this empowering him enough to overthrow Shao Khan and take everything for himself. This brings the warriors of Earthrealm together to stop this plot as Raiden gathers the Good/Neutral aligned fighters of both casts to his side to do battle. The ninja clans van be intertwined in their own struggles. And then team Raiden failing (Again? 😅) is how you bring in the other supernatural elements about halfway through the story. So if i was gonna do guest characters in either game or a versus game this I'd do. Street Fighter X Tekken's story was l lame. Pandora's Box had returned to Earth now we must all fight to claim it? No explanation for any they're crossing universes, no interpersonal stories and motivations, nothing. We gotta do better than that on crossover stories guys.

There was this video done by batinthesun where they has Ryu vs the green ranger. There was this move ryu done & it was a double flamin round house kick. I wish they would have put that in street fighter games. He could sure use sum more moves besides his typical set.

We already had got a little taste of what a Tekken X Street Fighter would be like. Since Akuma & Geese was in Tekken 7. I think Namco version will be better because their style will give Street Fighter characters to truly show their fighting art style aside from just projectiles & a few special punches & kicks.

Possibly Blanka shock move is a paralyzed move. We been longing a Mortal Kombat vs Street Fighter or Street Fighter vs Mortal Kombat (which way?) game too long. I am sure Boon is looking for a new licensed franchise, because the game came out not the way he wanted it to.

The only SF character with a dedicated ice/freeze mechanic was Kolin from SF5. Gil also had an ice/fire mechanic that did damage & effect boosts depending on how the attributes were applied. As far as continuity sake, I think Sub Zero & Scorpion could pretty easily be introduced as ninja assassins being scouted by Shadaloo.

For the people that wanted a MKVsSF game. Are you willing to see waifus like Chun Li or Cammy to be brutally murder? I know people who like guro porn might approve that. If any series that MK should crossover, it would have to be Killer Instinct.

I've wondered if a lot of traditional MK fans have given SF6 a try due to Street Fighter finally not looking cartoony, and frustration with NRS handling of MK1 in general. As soon as I saw SF6 in motion, one of my 1st thoughts was a SF/MK crossover could finally be stylistically feasible with the RE engine. However, an MK crossover at this point could deal a serious blow to MK1 player base though, so I think it's very unlikely. I do not think it would create reciprocal interest in MK1 from SF6 players, it would only draw people away from MK1.

SF 6 doesn't use unreal engine 5......capcom uses its own engine called RE engine which they created originally for resident evil 7 in 2017......its tekken 8 that uses UE5

Just when Capcom was winning me over with Akuma M.Bison and soon Terry Bogard. They ruin it with MK characters in SF wich absolutely do not match at all.

The only way nrs will allow that is to get more fan base or more $ because sf is where a lot of the audience is at and tekken , and itll be their way of attracting more $ , cause nrs is failing at what they do

No Street Fighter character has a move that freezes or pulls you in for a free combo. They would need to completely overhaul Scorpion or Sub-Zero, in which case, would be way better versions of them. I doubt NRS wants to be embarrassed on how much more quality would go into their characters than what they put in themselves. Teleports won't be an issue, as Dhalsim has a teleport, and people can react to it easily.

NRS will most likely never do a crossover with a fighter that isn’t their own.. They have no need to, they don’t need the publicity and they don’t want to give other fighters publicity.. Their games already sell more than both of their two main competitors combined.. Others would benefit from an MK crossover, NRS wouldn’t benefit at all, it’s not like East Asian countries would all of a sudden unban MK, if that was a possibility I’m sure NRS would be open to it, but it won’t happen.

RE engine does not mean Resident Evil engine it means Reach for the moon. Yes Street Fighter 6 uses that engine.
