Takeda is Asian fully but Kenshi was more white than Asian originally. He was based off of Keanu Reeves. Keanu has Asian heritage but he's mostly a white guy. Also Kitana and Mileena are really Persian not far eastern Asian but they were race swapped for current year reasons. Raiden was also race swapped. Yes, the deity is based off of Asian mythology but he's been a white guy. The digitized fighter was portrayed by an Asian but they rendered him so he was not Asian or any race for the games. But as soon as movie came out he was white and had been presented in that manner for decades after. Turning him into a bland Asian farmer is so lame.

we are all intrigued in conflict, people look towards conflict all the time. it's literally anything for views, the people actually going over to Total's channel to hate on him have some weird parasocial relationship with Hallow. also, Total saying Hollow should've said to not send hate his way and then later in the video saying no one has a say on what he says... kinda seems like one rule for one. I don't watch either Hollow or TMK so I don't really care about this "drama", people will forget about it in like a weeks time. The issue is he called him white as in European. Asians can have white skin but that doesn't make them white. I willl say that kenshi and takeda were lighter in the older games but its really not that serious

Well, to be fair Takeda is Asian. I don't know if he is Chinese or Japanese but he is Asian that is what I know for sure. Even in MKX, if you look at him, you can see that he is Asian. But the fact that they changed his skin color makes me think, why? Why do they have to do this? Was it actually because of DEI or because they failed with lights on that render and that is why he looks the way he looks. But then again, look at leaks were we have gender swapped Sektor and Cyrax from male to female tells me everything about NRS that I need to know. And there is nothing good about them. Because, since MK11 days you can see that shift towards DEI and now we have fully woken up MK game, which is MK1.
Yes. Based off their other creative decisions, it's clear that there's an agenda with Takeda too. Kung jin will have to be in the game at some point. No way will they miss out on that opportunity
