Hi Sarah. I have learned so much watching you. I am confused about this stitch I learned this stitch as a thicket or Suzette stitch. And the grit as a single crochet/single crochet in the same stitch.

I did too. I have found there are two “grit” stitches. I think this is the “fancy” one.

From what I researched it is the same except for how the row starts. The Suzette as I learned it, goes straight into the SC DC and the turning ch doesn’t count as anything where the Grit Stitch uses the turning ch as a stitch

Just used this making myself a new beanie. 🧶🥰 I was amazed that it was such a simple stitch - easy to incorporate into a hat. Just added some sc rows in between to get the decreases in there. Thanks!

What is the difference between the grit stitch and the Suzette stitch? Except for how each row begins, it looks the same to me. Please explain. BTW, love how this turns out, just curious about the differences.

Love your tutorial for the stitch!❤. I'm a bit stuck, though! I need to make decreases and increases in a project I'm working on. Can you help me? Please?!🙏

It would be better if the thread color is brighter, so that it is easy to follow

Please stop putting up the teaser videos which are nothing but music. We need the pattern too. Thank you, as I really enjoy your videos.
