    Thank you so much! The speed you do the stitches makes it incredibly easy to follow along, and you pause at the perfect moments so we can look between the video and our work to make sure we're stabbing the correct loop. I picked up a free pattern at the craft store that looks gorgeous with a super plush yarn, but it calls for this stitch, which I've never tried before. Thanks to your video, I absolutely KNOW I can do this now! Keep the great videos coming and you have a new subscriber!

      This was the Caron x Pantone by Yarnspirations. Unfortunately I believe it’s been discontinued however you may still find some off skeins around!

    Hi my dear Sarah Hi my. dear Sarah I am always watching your channel and like to use some of your stitches when I crochet a hat for me also when I crochet for my son in law
    Today I would like to crochet a scarf for my Gp
    But I have a little difficulty in the beginning and the end of each row
    I couldn’t do them
    ( there is a hole )
    So would mind to help me what is the technique to avoid that please

    What is the yarn you are using? I love not only the color, but the sheen. It also appears to have a good twist to prevent splitting.

    Would double herringbone be a less dense and softer stitch then the half double herringbone stitch to use for a shawl? Thank you.

    My front side is perfect herringbone but my wrong side is a mess.don't know where i am making mistake

      The back side will look a little different from the front... otherwise could it be that your tension is a bit loose? The front side looking good is great! It’s the important part :)

    Very dense pattern and it looks a bit like tire tread marks on the ground. Has an appeal all its own. It wouldn't be very soft for afghans and such. Maybe great for doormats.

      I found it quite soft when I worked it up and have been told that it works beautifully in blankets, but it may not be right for everyone.
