Welcome, a 5-10 minute warm up is enough to pump blood to your muscles and improves joint lubrication. Try many warm ups and choose the one you feel really good after. Different people have different certain muscle and joint stiffness. Experiment, see how you feel and enjoy 😊 And outfit, Its just puma lightweight running jacket orange / black 👍

I also enjoyed the same video for the post run stretch !! Oh ok ! I did look and sadly the Puma Lightweight running jacket is not available anymore but that's not a big deal, i have the Nike Ulimited running jacket ;)
Don’t get me wrong I love the stretches but maybe I am used to Lena? Great and many pre-run excercises but it feels like your rushing to many stretches in amount of time. I mean this as feedback. But thank you for making this video.
