Tbh I never did a warum-up before my run and always had knee pain. Since I‘ve been doing this I don‘t have any issues anymore. Sometimes it‘s annoying to plan extra 10 minutes before the run but it‘s always worth it and it feels wrong to do a run without it before. So thank you!

I had a partial hamstring tear after my last marathon (late Nov) and after PT just started a return to running today. So grateful for this helpful warm-up!!!

Hey!!! Been loving your channel. Really has helped me so much. Mobility doesn’t have to take a long time. Love to see a bit longer warm up for running maybe like 12 mins for more activation maybe even a foam roll post run. Anyways… so thankful for your content

Thanks Julia, today was just a short recovery. It was good, yes. I’m trying to decide whether to run a 7k race on Saturday. Been back to running for 4 weeks and my max has been 5k so far. I’ve injured my hamstring, hence the doubt
shin splints can also stem from your running technique (+shoes!) and/or increasing your mileage too quickly (mainly) - a good warm up can help you prevent them but I recommend looking into technique work / running shoes etc.
I never considered myself a runner, especially after my knee injuries but someone really special 🫵 inspired me to give it a try. This warm up is fantastic and the run felt really nice! Thank you Julia for helping me level up in ways I never thought were possible to me 💖

You might be able to do that one by just holding a dumbbell or weight :) like in a goblet squat. Appreciate you Robert!

So many of these warm ups can easily cause injury if not done correctly, so the lack of instruction is very frustrating. Are knees bent etc. Dnf
