This was just perfect. I’m 3 weeks post op abdominal surgery so I have been looking for standing mobility just to move that little bit as I normally work out 5-6 days a week. This was short sweet and just what I needed. Even though a cool down, it worked for me today.
Julia...you're so holistically thorough! Rarely, if ever, do I follow-up with a post stretch after my series of sunrise barefoot sprints on a soft sandy beach. At time-stamp 1:09, of your vid, that momentary pose, with eyes gently closed and palms facing up-- conveys an absolute pure connection and appreciation of life. It reminds me of my Qigong practice. Please Julia can you make a warm up and cool down videos for walking. At the moment I just do your pre-run warm up and post run cool downs. I go for short walks 2-3 times per day and I need to warm up and cool down after the since getting foot and toe pain. Can you just make 5 minute videos or less if possible, so we can do them quickly before and after our walks.
