It's too OP. A little trick: you don't have to wait for the reload animation to finish to shoot. The ammo counter "reloads" within the animation. As soon as the weapon is reloaded, you can quickly switch to your primary and back to skip part of the reload animation. That way, you can shoot and reload faster, so this upgrade makes the speed even better.
"Deployed mines may sometimes become invisible, but remain active" that paints a funny picture concerning a guy who kicked me out of his group last week because I walked into his mines and he insulted my eyesight for it. I walked into two in a row and didn't see either of them. He starts insulting, I explain to him that I can't see them. He insults, I argue that instances like these are supposed to be funny, not meant to be a pedestal you can stand on to insult others on this game, and he exploded and kicked me out.

Holy hell, you ran alongside Darth Ghidorah.. I've ran with him before. Pretty good teammate and laid back, last time I ran into him he was around 116, we all got separated due to a sandstorm and he all by himself singlehandedly closed up 2 stalker lairs, fended off two chargers, a bile titan, went back for the samples we dropped and he even grabbed the super samples for us too. Dude made it back to evac with a sliver of health and barely any ammo, one hell of a player and I think he's English too, like you, sylosa. Great video btw, nice to be able to spend my samples now on something new.
Tbf, X-45 liberation rate was at like 20% per hour at some point. Pretty crazy, considering there were only 8K players on it

Nah at peak it was around 22k as the other guy said. lol
Yeah it wasn't 8k - 22k were on X-45 when it was at 75%+ and that represented a very high proportion of players at that time (it was still well within work hours GMT iirc), hence the liberation rate was very high.
The number of players on the planet doesn't matter, what matters is the percent of the current playerbase that is on it.
Im still hoping for a few things: Vehicles, urban plantets with deserted cities and missions designed for those that want a quick drop and solo (Some of us just dont have a lot of gaming time)

@workingZen They have vehicles. They basically look finished too. A tank, and like a 4 player transport. No clue why they havent released them yet.

I like that the ship upgrades are being expanded upon to give us more of an endgame to work towards, but the individual stratagem upgrading like in Helldivers 1 would be awesome to see too. Don’t know if that’s happening though

Stylosa isnt seeing the big picture of "streamlined launch process". not only can you call down the pods to instantly reload your weapons, while running away from the enemy and reserving ammo call down for the team instead, in a pinch you can call the pods instantly down to kill heavies.
Yeah this & the mortar are my first pick.

the mortar was always a pain because it would target a lone tick over a group so this is nice
Now if the autocannon sentry could priorize armored target like the charger running toward it instead of slowly turning to ''help me'' kill the scavengers around me -_- ...

Agreed. At this point they're just padding out the gameplay. They're forcing players to go through an unbelievably long grind. In order to unlock all of these, you would have to play for a minimum of 40-50 hours.
It's a very lazy way to keep players playing the game.

@@benjamintan6750 the problem I have is that it's just lazy. They're not adding anything new or interesting to the game. You're just now going to have players going into missions simply to farm samples and not focus on anything else. I'm sorry, but that's boring. I don't want to grind for 20+ hours to have a 5% reduction in cooldown for strategems.
The fact that the crew had to clock out to take a shit is hilarious to me.

I hope they fix the bug where cleared bug holes and factories remain red on the minimap. Also sometimes we destroy shrieked nests but the nest remain visible and indestructible.

The infinite loading screen issue is still here and now I’ve had games where the main objective can’t be completed because the objective screen is either stuck or bugged. For example for the oil one where we need to turn the valves, we turned them all but the screen won’t activate and says we need to turn the valves. It’s happened several times since July 1st and completely broke the missions.
Edit: During the survey mission the drill screen is black and bugged. FFS arrowhead.

Yea happened to me once the other day. Shared a video of it on their Discord but they told me to check my internet connection and try to change a couple things about it. Said okay and left the server idk.
I’ve actually had this bug before. The work around for me was to turn the valves back to red then back to yellow.
The support weapon one makes all support weapons orbital strikes. It makes an all support weapon loadout kinda feasable.

Finally new progress. Desperately needed.
That's my experience exactly, I logged in yesterday to see this new mission and I couldn't play it as the planet was already liberated.
10% is only 10% my man, that's 1/10th. That's half a second taken off of a reload timer of 5 seconds. Not that great, really. But given how close it gets to getting my head splatted by a charger when reloading sometimes, it's probably going to have a huge impact to gameplay.
Half a second for a reload is a lot, considering that when they buffed reload animation by second or half a second for both heavy and medium lmg, the difference was very noticeable or atleast you could definetly feel it.
Makes higher reload Sstrats better

Does packing methodology apply to the supply backpack? Whenever i resuply teamates with the spear, they always just get 2 rockets, or ot that just how the spear backpack works....
Superior Packing Methodology was actually bugged and did not fully refill a backpack of RR rockets. It would only do half of the pack. It did consistently work before the big balance patch.
Anyway, after perusing these upgrades for myself they're once again very minor upgrades for huge resource costs, kind of makes it sting even worse when the resource caps are so low.
They need to up the fucking sample limits...

Superior packing methodology does work now. On the RR you get a full backpack from it
packing method is basically supposed to fully refill your support weapon/backpack. so like ususally for the auto cannon you need 2 supply boxes to resupply, this should make it so you only need 1
I played yesterday and superior packing merhodology worked for me.

These are really useful.
My problem with the immediate support weapon call is that, you have to still wait for the backpacks, so when you call everything after the first landing, you have to be there till backpacks come down.
So can someone explain to me why all of my cooldowns are increased and not lower like I went to test for the morale one and well nothing looked like it went down like the lmg sentry whitch my cooldown says 120 when i used it on a lv 1 map with nothing more then trimers as a map effect instead of 120 it was 140 like wtf and it wasnt just sentries all of my stratagems sent up in cooldowns as if they been reset

Witz those prices I hole they will also give us some system to convert normal Samples into rare samples. Seriously, grinding out those rare ones is so mich worse than super Samples and now we need over a thousand more.

I’m just happy I don’t have to run as much when I’m reloading my flamethrower, and can call it down slightly faster. I usually just go with a pure Pyro build (Anything that can set things on fire, and the supply backpack) for bugs. It’s nice seeing the stratagems I use often get a buff even if the patch is not directly focused on them.
Really hope the bug where you get stuck inside the map gets fixed.

"Kill 5" is great for a hat or t-shirt merchandise.
Superior Packing does work. It fully refills my autocannon backpack now.

Streamlined launch process is going to be amazing for the eat, because if you call it down to shoot down some dropships, you don’t have to worry about the dropship leaving before you’re able to shoot it.

Is anyone realize morale augmentation is not working? Because i think is not working, when i buy additional eagle it show all eagle have additional such 500kg from 1 to 2, indicate it's working, but for morale augmentation the cooldown still the same like exosuit still 600 second after i buy it

Support weapon stratagem delay is huge for killing bile titans with an EAT call-in (the drop pod, not the EATs themselves).
bigger damage radius on orbitals might make the 120 barrage viable. the 380 was always just better because it hit whole bases more reliably, i wonder if the cooldown difference could be worth it

Wish that mortar ping targeting worked for all sentries. Can't count how many times my AC sentry was sleeping on bile titans and gun ships then got murked
My one issue with the mortor one is that i wish it worked for the auto cannon and missile turret as well

You know what i would find funny, that the High density explosives (or all of the stratagems basically) have an x change of failing, blowing up your super destroyer in orbit or eagle one on her strafe, and not being able to call in air/orbital strikes any more, it would so fit this game to have this in :D

Yesterday I saw your video on X-45. By the time I got off work and did my routine, when I sat down to play the planet was liberated. Now that's a design flaw if I can't have a life outside the game or risk missing out on the new biome with bots.
X-45 is playable again right now...

Man, having to use your badge to open the bathroom door, by clocking out, is brutal. Clock back in when you’re done and close the door, they got you man.
Honestly the module that makes Mortars focus fire on marked targets should apply to Autocannon and Rocket Sentries too.

Actually superior packing technology actually did work at first but then was broken by the next again, which was FIXED again by the next one, lol.
Also it used to not work when it was first added in game so yea it was broken and fixed twice, lol
I don't know if I'm convinced by the mortar; it's supposed to be used to attack enemies that are covered or inside bases. If I target an enemy, it's because I can shoot at them, and I might even take them out beforehand with a cannon tower, missiles, or a Gatling gun.
I've been proposing the super sample conversion into commons and rares idea for a while but im just a small voice. I don't want to lower the difficulty below 9 just to farm faster

I'm just waiting patiently for the "can take 2 of the same sentry into a mission" upgrade.
We need to take the Meissa planet, to prevent X-45 from being attacked again. We have to keep the supply lines clear of enemies next to MO planets. If X-45 is attached again and put into a Defence Mission status, check to see if the planet that the attack is coming from, i.e. Meissa, can be liberated before the X-45 Defence Mission timer expires, if it can be liberated, then take Meissa first, as you'll win X-45 by default for stopping the attack direction, it's a two for one win scenario.

Though while taking Meissa cuts off the direct access to X, efforts after should immediately switch to Wezen as its on the verge of being taken - putting the "south-western" bulwark planet in a direct line of fire just like Meissa is now

@@tatooinestar We might yet (somewhat) get it if we succeed. This "insterstellar battle station" reminds me of the guild station. Which itself could function as a way to funnel larger groups of players into specific areas by providing buffs to guild members on planets their guild is orbiting.
we'll have to wait and see of course, but theres a chance. Either way we likely wont be seeing it until AH returns from their summer break in a month or so, even if we do win this
