I've been watching here and there for quite some time. The last 15 minutes or so is your most epic and best 15 minutes you have ever made. I'm officially subscribed because of those 15 minutes. Outstanding!
I hate to say it, but I really do feel like I hit my stride in the back 1/3 of the video. Glad you picked up on that! I do think floor had to be set for it to get there though! Thank you 🦇
I agree with this sentiment.
Epic is an understatement.
I feel so much of what you’re saying here. I think “fit shaming” is socially acceptable. I have several obese colleagues at work - one morbidly obese - who fit shame me regularly. We have a lunch at work and I eat my packed food. I get the comments like “oh of course Casey isn’t eating the pizza” “oh Casey doesn’t take the elevator, only the stairs”. Now, if I said the same things but the other way around, I’d be in HR.
You can have excuses or you can have results. Usually not both.
As a person who was obese for the most of my life and lost nearly 80#, she's infuriating me so much with her hyprocisy and victim mindset. It's not okay to be pushing people to stay or get more unhealthy, it's not okay to be applauding them for it and it's not okay to be forcing everyone around you to either accept your crooked vision or make them gtfo.
I'd have 100 Ryan Fischers over 100 Beths in their approach any day of the week. Becuase the side effect of Ryan's is one where the world is less sick. The Side effect of Beth's mindset is an over run health care system where the ones who decided to take charge of their lives need to take care of the obese.
@@hillerfit For sure. If you aren't strong enough yourself to take action and start getting healthier, there's almost always someone close to you, who will support you...Under a condition you're a dude good enough of course. If you start attacking others, because you're seeing everything as an attack on you, people will start turning away from you and you'll realise that only when it's too late.
Right?!? Do I think there's space to tailor the approach to support people with mental health issues and eating issues better? Sure, but the victim mindset is so frustrating to listen to. Ableism and body shaming are for sure real issues, but she mostly sounds like she needs permission from other people to continue feeling out of place in making the choices she makes for herself. Losing weight as a goal is not good for your mental health? Ok! Great, fine, but stop asking people permission to hold that view and just own where you are and what you're doing.
The sooner that she and her followers realize: "Just because you're offended and upset, DOES NOT MEAN YOU'RE CORRECT" - The sooner they will be making progress towards their goals, WHATEVER they may be.
What she is doing here is the definition of sugar coating things for herself under the false label of "body positivity "; As a way to insulate and bury deep down that tiny little voice in her head that she knows is right, that tells her "you're just not doing enough" to see the results she want to see.
Oh I LOVE you for this!! She's made excuses and self loathing her whole personality.
On behalf of the UK: WE DO NOT CLAIM HER
The UK representative has spoken!!!
I’m a Brit also, but living in the US. I agree, she probably grew up with participation medals. When you blame everyone but yourself, you typically are the cause.
She doesn’t represent UK at all. Same formula every time , Mental Health & Eating disorder regardless of content but somehow manages to try and sell PT of the back of her vids,
She is a super busy tired millennial, what a sweeping statement for the younger generations. I’m sure there are a lot of young PTs out there who have seen this obesity epidemic take shape and decided they want to help people become healthier. Instead they have been labelled bullying gym bros.
Taking a pop at James Smith is the UK equivalent of having a go at you Andrew, I hope he addresses it too 🍿🍿🍿
@@sazgay8576 tbf I can't stand James Smith either
I was 31 and almost 300#. I walked into a CrossFit to help me get fit and lose weight. I worked out for a month. 6 days a week. Didn’t weigh myself till end of the first month. Lost ONE POUND. The coaches helped change my diet. I lost 26 pounds in 6 weeks. If you eat like shit. Shit is your result. Thank you for this video Hiller. The fat shaming nonsense is killing people and needed to be called out. Btw I’m down over 80# for over ten years now. Fuel in. Fuel out
can't out train a bad diet, been there done that
@@nolansouthfield1493 that's actually a good statement
I have had a restrictive eating disorder since I was 13. The way she is talking about going to the gym and what she is eating is objectively wrong. She is so unhappy. Her unhappiness is being translated into victimhood. She is a victim of her own mind. Maybe realizing that eating healthily, going to the gym regularly, and having meaningful relationships will fix ALMOST EVERY ACCEPT OF YOUR LIFE!! sure, being 100 pounds made my bikini pictures look better, but now that I am actually healthy I am a nicer person!! being healthy = happy = kinder
Happy to hear that you are in a happy place 👍
Even working in a hospital, if I tell my patients they need to lose weight because their obesity is the root cause for a majority of their health problems… They go and give us poor reviews, which makes our hospital look like it gives bad care.
Oh, especially if a seemingly thin healthcare professional tells them this. Because I’m “graced with good genetics”.
I am so glad you've made this video. She annoys me so much with her fat shaming and body positivity bullshit. She is overweight and less fit as you say. Increased fatness will never mean increased fitness. Another UK person that doesn't claim her!
I can’t get passed her teeth.
👏👏👏👏👏👏
Busy??? I was in the best shape of my life while married and my three kids were babies and toddlers. What the hell is she talking about?
Thank you for this video, my wife and i have both lost 100 pounds and find that sporty Beth's victim mindset is fucking disgusting. She takes no accountable for her poor actions and mindset. Crossfit changed me mentally to not whinge and not complain about my life. Since crossfit i lost my last 45 pounds but more important i got a better mindset which got me a better job and multiple promotions and nearly doubled my income all because i crossfit helped me learn to take accountable for myself and i learned that hard work is not that hard and to just take pride in myself and everything i do
I go to a commercial gym and no one is paying attention to anyone else, they just stare at themselves in the mirrors.
Here’s some facts:
Bethany is fixated on being a “public figure” and content provider
She has struggled with her diet and realized she is not going to gain momentum in the fitness world
Bethany is smart and understands that in the UK there is a huge obesity problem
Bethany has decided to focus on appealing to those that want to get fit, but aren’t exactly ready to do so (how most globo gyms make money)
Feel free to eat the entire cake or a gallon of ice cream or get blackout drunk on the weekend. Just don't be surprised if there are consequences to your fitness.
Right !!! It’s like when people say i never sleep 😮 I don’t need sleep . I will sleep when I die .. I think “ yikes and that’s why your obese “ .. food and sleep matters ..
Feel free to do what you want is what I tell everyone. Just don't try to get people to feel bad for you.
This video needed to happen. I would like to share a few facts. As in , this actually happened.
In college my diet was a steady stream of jack daniels, and McDonald’s. Never went to the gym. Ate like crap.
2005 6’1 255#
2006 my friend wakes me up and insists that we go to the gym because I’m going to die early if I don’t change my life.
I had been an emotional overeater for over 15 years and then I added alcohol to the mix.
Going it alone for many years without direction, I found a multitude of other eating disorders that I fell into. Including exercise, anorexia nervosa, and bulimia.
I have had both spectrum ends, haunt me and my past.
It was my bad relationship with exercise and food, and not knowing how to have control over either one .
When I began CrossFit in 2012, I had been up and down a crazy roller coaster. And the gym that I finally decided to roll into was not an easy one. The head coach there did not pull punches. Never once did he go out of his way to insult, but candy coating was never his strong suit.
Obviously, hearing those things, for the first time is not an easy thing. But what he wanted to show me was that it was within my power and my power alone to make the difference that I wanted to see, and if I was unhappy with the way, I looked, or the way I performed the only person that could fix it was me . His message was simple. The only person who can truly help you is you and nothing can replace honest work.
From 2012 to today I have continued to strive for that mindset and as a leader of a CrossFit community and a gym owner myself I share that message with every person here.
For reference, I have a full-time job 12 hours a day sometimes 6- 7 days a week.
My partner and I have five kids.
I am now 39 years old .
I am around 180# and I guess about 14% body fat
I’ve been 6%
I cook most of my meals
I enjoy fun foods on occasion with respect for myself.
I’m a masters athlete that is fitter, happier and in a better mental place because someone had the guts to tell me I need better for myself. Time and again.
It isn’t about not having time it isn’t about finding ways to try less.
Everyone, and I mean everyone, has a list of excuses a mile long. But we’ve made those lists ourselves.
I’ve been and continue to fight against all kinds of negative mindsets and hurdles that challenge my progress. But just like I tell all my members as long as you put in the effort, you will get the results, and if it requires more effort, Then you put in more effort.
Sometimes effort isn’t more burpees. It’s self respect. Self control. And self awareness.
There’s no shame in wanting better for others. And a real coach or friend will care enough to call you out. It’s up to you to embrace it.
Shame is what we have when we know we’re not doing right by ourselves.
Actual Facts.
People that say they don't have time for things are lying to themselves. We all have the same amount of time and we all make choices. I choose to prioritize going to the gym every morning every day. And I don't choose other things. That's life. But In the long run, the health and fitness deficiency bill will be paid somehow.
@@nylonstringninja The " I don't have time " thing, realistically speaking, means " I don't prioritize this action " because simply it's not on the top of his/her list
That's a hell of a journey mate. Keep staying healthy for your longevity and your family
That part about what else effort can be is fire. I’m gonna share that with the high schoolers I coach.
An incredible story, thanks for sharing. It's motivating!
She has a really roundabout way of saying, “I’m lazy”.
I got a sense of that too
Yup. She’s okay with where she is because she doesn’t want to put the work in to be healthy physically. She claims she has a much healthier relationship with food but it comes off to me, like she doesn’t really. If she’s comfy being where she’s at, that’s perfectly okay. But, don’t use that to say it’s healthy for everyone else, when it’s not.
😂😂😂
Hey, its everyone elses fault, ok?!
When she said "Culture and Upbringing" I immediately thought ... BS. Being hispanic rice, fried doughs/cornmeal etc etc, are part of our every day growing up. Here I am in my 30s and have removed items that are part of my culture because THEY'RE NOT GOOD FOR ME and hinder me from losing weight, getting great sleep, recovery etc etc. Kudos to you brother for making this! LOVED this video
Good stuff, Hiller. She is the epitome of narcissistic behavior. All about her. Her feelings. Her issues. And projecting them on others. Sad state of affairs…not only her, but a lot of society.
“30 lbs which is really not that much” Almost spit out my water, this woman is, off.
Make shaming great again
Bump
Hey… “weight loss isn’t for everyone!”
100%. It motivated me from the time I was a kid to this day. Now all the people who made fun of me have guts or obese. Karma I guess but oh well.
Great video bro🎉
Making excuses for not prioritizing your health and fitness is the cowards way out.
I concur
@@SZ-os1hp this is the way!
@@SZ-os1hp Your comment about PTSD needs more likes, because that is an empathetic response for those truly suffering from something so life-changingly debilitating.
@@SZ-os1hp It triggers her into SW (Sucking Wind) episodes. If she had actual asthma/COPD type breathing problems, you can be sure that she would have been talking about that already.
I’m so sick of this body positivity double standard crap. It’s not okay for me to judge those who choose to not prioritize their health but it’s completely okay for them to judge me for prioritizing my health. Apparently something is wrong with me for not only wanting to live a long and active life but to want to look good doing it. They need to stop trying to justify their excuses and accept that deep down they truly want to look fit.
Been waiting all day for this!
As an ex fat person myself, I 100% agree with every single thing you said. All I hear is excuses from her, excuses of why she no longer wants to do the work and would rather be fat. She'd rather play victim and eat her emotions PERIODT.
21:08 last time I checked, the law of thermodynamics still applies to everyone. If you eat more than you burn, you gain weight and vice versa. It’s not that complicated.
Greg Doucette has entered the chat
Thank you Hiller for finally putting her on blast. She’s been such a toxic voice against people who want to be slim and fit, and preaches “don’t body shame”, but in the next breath attacks gym fit people! SportyBeth? No. More like SaltyBeth.
I can say, with all humility, that Sporty Beth (that’s an oxymoron) has zero grit. She should be on the Mount Rushmore of excuse making.
She can not honestly think she’s the healthiest version of herself at that weight/size/amount of body fat. No one needs a 6 pack, but with healthy biometrics comes a body with less fat and more lean muscle mass! This is what happens when people make up their own psychology and science about health.
Also….one of my favorite videos you’ve made and happy birthday sir!
Lying to someone and making them believe that being fat is healthy or okay is evil.
Her hypocrisy is endless! Thanks Hiller! This needed to be said! And, you said it well!
A belated Happy Birthday Hiller! Great video about finding excuses, not taking personal responsibility, zero accountability and victimhood. That diagram was awesome for people who want to find excuses to NOT get fit.
Amazing that she claims people get into fitness coaching to bully people. I've had three personal coaches in my life and they were 100% caring, understanding, and helpful. None of them tried to bully me, insult me, or inflict their own beliefs on me. I admit that three is a small sample, but I think they were representative. Of course there are jerks in any profession, but I would say that trainers, by and large, represent the better angels of humanity.
She admits toward the back end that she has never actually encountered one of these people in real life. Becuase their aren't any of them.
There are better “jobs” to get into if you want to bully someone. A PT isn’t one of them.
Dude, thank you so much for this 💪🏽
Love this video and specifically the talk about thoughts. I'm a certified life coach and my practice is focused on thoughts! Our thoughts create our emotions and we create results based on our emotions. Lots of thoughts leading to undesirable results and people place blame outside of themselves when really, it's all us!
Outstanding video!! Thanks for bringing the body shaming to the forefront. I am a heavy person in the fitness space working to lose weight, and I was ready to flip tables after listening to her. I like your piece about feelings/emotions and that Beth needs to work on herself and her issues around food and fitness. Everything you said was so true. Bravo Zulu.
Wow! This was timely! I had a lady sit me down this last Sunday and tell me I was getting bulky. She asked me if I was trying to look gross. Talk about body shaming! Geesh! Why people think that's ok is beyond me. I will say I had a good cry about it. Then went to Crossfit this week and PR'd my squat clean. 😏
Ugh BTDT- big hugs and congrats on the PR!!! Our “gross bulk” will keep us out of the nursing home when we’re 90!
@@raejoy87 🩷
That's awful! They are just jealous. Muscle is beautiful and healthy!
This woman lives in her "youre right!" bubble....
... while being completely disconnected from the real world.
She should just accept being a big girl and go into powerlifting and embrace the fatness with some strength
Great video man! Thank you for bringing maniacally direct and correct.
Having kids cut weight for wrestling *is fucked up* and it does cause eating disorder. No sport should have kids cut like that. At least now theyre SORTA trying to reduce it.
your videos are the tough love that i’ve been missing for a while after losing my coach/mentor. thanks man
I was fat as a pig at 13 and started to notice girls and noticed they did not notice me. I wanted to lose weight for this shallow but understandable reason but in the end the pursuit of fitness has given me a life time of joy (I'm 61). I have no athletic ability and have never had the perfect body but by God I have had some some fun playing rugby, running climbing and weight training.
She keeps saying not everyone wants to… I think that’s her way of saying I want to [fill in the blank] but I don’t know how or don’t have the discipline. If she could snap her fingers and have the body she had 5 years ago she 100% would do it.
And THAT is the ultimate argument
This.
I’ve been waiting for this she drives me nuts 😂
I’m down 15kg still got another 6kg to go but the first thing I noticed was my gymnastics improved, my running improved and the big win box jumps and step ups improved and I feel happier and healthier!!
She is so messed up I was one of the people she blocked on insta after asking if she was going to talk about you and Sevy getting her a media pass 😅
Wow.. that says a lot about her as a person. Ungrateful, entitled and selfish.
Have been waiting for this video since it all began!!!! ❤❤❤
I gotchu
She is a complete narcissist and potentially the single biggest hypocrite in the fitness space.
Body shaming is bad. Body positivity is good. Unless you happen to have a different body shape to her or a different goal in mind - then you’re fair game for her to criticise.
She recently made a claim on one of her videos that ‘if you have a 6 pack, you aren’t eating enough’. A bold and sweeping statement which can be picked apart from a number of angles - but above all, who is she to decide she can tell people they aren’t eating enough?! What even is ‘enough’ without knowing a persons goals or intentions?
I dislike her content for a number of reasons, none of which are because she is fat. It saddens me she has such a voice in this space to spread her misinformation.
Ooof I’ve had a 6 pack since starting sports in high school and my weight definitely fluctuates where I’ve been overweight and still maintained a 6 pack as a female. I know when I have to dial it in, but that’s the most insane statement I’ve ever heard 🤣🤣🤣 makes me realize the reason she is overweight is because she is absolutely overeating!
Comment on 2023 open: workout 23.2b, the one rep max thruster, was almost exactly your body weight for all women that aren’t elite. I got a little more than my body weight. Bethany lifted a lot less than her body weight, only 78% of her body weight according to her self proclaimed weight, (didn’t stop her from putting out a video touting her “strength”), but she still finished in the 99th percentile in that workout! Take that one out and she would have placed much, much worse in the open. Not to mention she didn’t meet movement standards in the workouts that she did do. Zero wall walks that counted. She can’t do them. She is not fit. She is not healthy. She cannot bully me into saying that she is.
This video currently has 5 dislikes. That is a record in the first 45 minutes believe it or not. You five people who disliked it need to ask yourself. Would 1,000 Ryan Fischers make a better world? Or 1,000 Sporty Beths?.... Just think of what comes from what these two promote. THINK
#useyourownbrain
Just cancelled one of these dislikes out
1,000 Fischer x1,000 @hillerfit over sportybeth!
Pretty soon people are going to be hiding their fitness because of these soft ass type of people… all her video is herself finding excuses for having no discipline.
Maybe they were triggered by Miss Trunchbull, don’t take it too seriously
Hey man, don’t shame haters lol
I agree. Being a heavier guy I know I am the reason for it and it’s my habits. I am changing that myself. No fat shaming just honesty
Being heavier is not healthy need to loose weight that’s on me.
you kill it everytime, HBD Andrew!!!
Happy birthday man! Always enjoy and appreciate your videos / sense of approaching things from a standard logical perspective. Hard to find these days lol
Thanks man! Happy to provide it
You just said it all, beautifully crafted in 36 min. Nothing else to say other than… *Happy Birthday 🎉*
Happy birthday Andrew. Thank you for taking on the real bullies who cause harm at scale; someone needs to.
Happy Birthday Hiller!
Happy Birthday Hiller, love ya! 🎉
Thanks Cave 🦇
I really hope she watches this video! You are spot on with everything! The level of her victim mentality and hypocrisy are unbelievably infuriating! Thank you for calling her out on all of it!
Agreed. So sick of folks taking zero accountability for their actions, or lack there of. Love Andrew even more for calling her out.
The best observation on modern society I’ve watched. If something is hard - just grab an excuse so you don’t have to do it.
Happy Birthday dude!! Great video!! There is always time for something when it is a priority in your life. Make fitness and “not eating like an asshole” a priority and see what happens.
She is also creating a false dichotomy. You’re either fat or shredded. You can be strong and healthy without being at either of those extremes. It really does seem this is more about the losing battle she is having between her ears. Like the cameo that she said “didn’t age well” she needs a therepist…. Hopefully to help repair her view of food. Food is not medication or comfort. It should be fuel. She only needs to feed the main tank, not throwing loads of gas cans in the trunk and filling up those too.
One of the best videos you've made andrew, very nice.
Batman is cleansing gotham
Thank you for this video. I’m tracking my macros again. Just like how I count and track my money. 🤝🏼
LolBeth. Making excuses for incompetence. 😭😭😭 Zero sympathy. Bastardising fitness is not cool. Also, hope you had a good birthday, Hiller 🙌
Thanks Yash 🦇
It's not "bullying" just because you don't want to hear it. Also it's ridiculous how much she shames people who are actually in-shape. She puts everyone so broadly in these make-believe categories that she controls the narrative of. Everything in her life ends up in her being a victim - its so tiring. Heck, her own persistent thoughts about being a victim probably contribute to cortisol increases and weight gain lol.
If I took her advice, I wouldn't be able to educate any of my patients about their high cholesterol, high LDL, hypertension etc etc. Being fat isn't healthy, it might not entirely be your fault, but it's still not healthy. Having pounds upon pounds of visceral fat is not, has never been, and will never be healthy. The real friends we have in life are those who tell us these sort of things, not just play to our ego.
Oh, and happy birthday, Hiller!
She has TONS of cognitive dissonance. Quite sad actually
This is by far one of my favorite videos.
Sure ppl may get their feelings hurt and/or disagree but it's a pretty solid perspective over all.
I wonder if she'd be willing to hire you as a coach 🤔, that be one hell of a uniting story lol.
I would be game
This is a phenomenal video bravo Hiller. 🙌🏼
HBD Hiller.. thanks for your service 🫡
I believe Beth is angry bc she can’t put the fork down
Everything she says.. she just making an excuse and being the victim.. the mindset she lives in is doing more harm to her than she thinks it is… the worst part is society is rewarding people like this.. one of your best videos Hiller. Nice job 👍🏻
I also would like to add… my mother was obese and she developed PAH and lung cancer… she battled those two things for 5-6 years. She tried to get into the gym and was a little successful and I saw improvements in her. But ultimately she wasn’t able to get back to a point where she could be healthy and than her cancer progressed to far to the point where she lost her life to it. I remember her telling me why she was fat/obese and it was from some trauma she had as a kid…. To the point where she didn’t want men touching her.. so she figured if she was fat then she would be safe from men..
For me having learned that and then watching her for the last few months of her life daily.. slow waste away because of the above things. Was painful… but it’s also been my motivation for myself to never be in that position myself.
So to finish this long comment.. it really makes me mad with how Beth thinks it’s okay to be unhealthy and that it’s wrong to tell me people they are that… we all have the choice to make and if you really want it that bad you will do… Andrew you did yourself and I’ve watched love ones do the same both for good and bad.. but it always comeback to YOU. We are the maker of our on destiny.
OMG YESSSSSS YESSSSSS YESSSSSS I AM SOOOOOOOO GLAD YOU MADE THIS VIDEO. THANK YOU HILLER! THANK GOD! ITS ABOUT TIME!🎉🎉🎉❤
This is pure HONEST gold!
Happy Birthday Andrew! Great video. There is a definite limit to healthy BF %
Liked before watching Gang.
My man 🦇
Why do people always say, “You deserve better!”?
Here’s a thought: Maybe you don’t. Maybe you are too entitled and could use a healthy dose of shame.
Someone on Sevan referred to her as Snorty Beth, I almost died of laughter
What you eat in put into your body is one of the few things you can actually control and she is trying to come up with every excuse to keep getting worse. I was also the fat kid when I was younger and I was still athletic but still picked on and called fat… it was probably the best thing that happened to me! It forced me to look at myself in the mirror and be honest that even though I was athletic now if I let it continue I would be dead by now or forced to stay in my bed.
My dad got cancer and died from cancer and I can agree his high sugar diet and overeating is the overall reason he died in his 60s…
People today can’t take truth anymore and nobody is fat shaming we are telling people the truth and that can sucks sometimes but if people need it told hold themselves accountable for their actions.
Her video about fat shaming just infuriates me! Thanks for making this video Andrew and telling people the truth!!!!
Also, if you reference “What is Fitness” and the “sickness, wellness, fitness continuum” you’ll see that we literally define fitness not as a metric totally defined by physical capacity, but also largely related to metabolic health. Obesity inherently carry’s with it a lot of metabolic risk factors, and as such an obese person can not be considered “fit”.
If you are physically fit and obese, but yet also CURRENTLY absent of disease, you would be categorized under the “wellness” position of the continuum.
Reality is harsh. It’s been harsh for me at times, too, but it doesn’t make it untrue. Accept that it is, and start working to fix it or accept it, but stop trying to force the rest of the world to accommodate you. It’s not fair to us, OR YOU.
Damn fuckin right. It is everywhere in the L1. It is everywhere in all literature. But yes, reference the BS study that was made by someone last weekend.
@@hillerfit I’ve seen the video she referenced as “insensitive”, too, and I thought it was really heartfelt and insightful. She’s just fallen into the victims mentality and incapable of being accountable. It’s actually really sad.
Loved the video bro, someone’s gotta step up and tell the truth.. it stings because the truth hurts but ppl need to hear it
amazing vid hiller, spitting straight facts !
Man did I enjoy this! I am in PT after shoulder my surgery and I so I've lost muscle from not being allowed to workout. Weigh the same which means I have gained fat. This video just kicked me in the teeth to get back onto my proper eating. Coming back from PT will be much worse if I'm fatter! Thanks for the great video!
Yes! Thank you for this. Sadly, her victim mentality will just report this because she can't handle the truth 😈
Best video yet!!
I hate the way she says bro like its derogatory. Bro short for brother means "a man or boy in relation to other sons and daughters of his parents" or "a male friend." A gym bro means "someone whose life centers completely around fitness." Like what the hell is bad about any of that lmfao
Happy Birthday Andrew! 🎉
Always awesome. You need to wear a Heart Rate monitor and post the reading while filming. Your HR would be all over the place. so much passion
Happy Bday Mate 🥳 you're getting pretty good at this youtube thing💪🏼 damn her head is HUGE
Andrew I need you to make more videos with the vest on. It's so humbling 😂
I worked with a guy who was a baseball coach and he said his favorite player to coach was a guy he had to hold back instead of all of the other guys he had to push. Hiller strikes me as a guy who’s openly going around daring people to hold him back.
Bruh! This makes you sad that everyone has the ability to broadcast themselves. I have never seen this girl or known her other than knowing she wrote that thing on Sevan. The clips in this video of her are tough to endure. The victimhood and accountability-deflection are unreal. Thanks for being a level headed dude Hiller.
Made my wife watch with me she said I do not like her. 😂 ACTUAL FACTS: Great video!!! Happy belated birthday! Keep them coming 💪🏽
Missed a prime fight club reference during the Ryan Fischer name part 😂 “his name is Robert Paulson!”
It's nuts "If you shame me I'll have a toxic relationship with food".
If you're constantly getting fatter and you're saying you already have a eating disorder, you already have a toxic relationship with food. You are only putting a barrier to getting healthy, mentally or physically. Step one will be get away from your needy internet addiction. You don't need to be posting yourself on Instagram or Tiktok.
THANK YOU! This woman drives me nuts. She doesn’t want to put in the work to get healthy, she just wants to bully everyone into accepting her as healthy.
I hate how she always talks about people’s language being harmful. 🤬 SHE is ACTUALLY harming people. She is lulling them into a false comfort of accepting their state of obesity which is KILLING them, rather than serving up the truth that could save their lives. She is despicable.
And she doesn’t represent any core tenants of CrossFit in any way. (Hint: check out the base of the pyramid Beth!). I wish CrossFit would issue a cease and desist.
It’s about time someone called her out
THANK YOU!!! Goddam she winds me up. Hypocrisy to the extreme
This video confuses me a lot, mainly because I think I'm missing the part where these GROWN ASS HUMANS were unwilling to say to someone they supposedly knew, "hey, I know I'm out of shape and gained weight, but how you handled it was not the best way to help me tackle this issue. Can you support me better by doing X?" I don't understand this oblique way of talking about our experiences and how we want people to interact with us.
You cannot shame anyone into doing or being better, at anything.
The modern food environment IS difficult to navigate. Acknowledge, move on and decide if you want to be a metabolic mess or reasonably fit.
How is 30# not that much?!?!? The hypocrisy in her video is brutal.
Well done!
