JUSTIN - A BIG THANK YOU. I am a single man and leaning to cook in the air Fryer. love the way you teach ( fast ) and your dishes are MAGIC. A BIG THANK. YOU !!!!!
Great recipie. I also make salsa in the air fryer: -Onion in half, whole garlic, peppers in half, (chillis), whole tomatoes -Air fry on max ~5min -Blend in food processor with spices, oil, parsley, citrus juice I also heat the torillias in the airfryer to that a yogurt garlic sauce and cabbage
Just made these today. We bought our air fryer a week ago. They turned out perfectly. The spice blend had just the right chilli hit and the flavours were super. Thanks.
Used this recipe and some extras like homemade guacamole and greek yogurt. and it's perfect. Only difference I throw in the meat first for 5 minutes in the air fryer and then add the veggies. I use the same marinade for everything as shown in this video.
II love this recipe, can’t wait to try it. I agree, preheating is overrated. Also this may be anathema, but I mostly just use the preheat setting (400 degrees for 5 mins) to cook everything. So for this recipe I would hit the preheat button, go for 5 mins, stir, repeat if necessary.
I always love your recipes. I just made the chicken fajitas with the leftover taco seasoning I made from another recipe of yours. It was delicious and simple to make. Thanks
I only really pre-heat when I cook bone-in chicken thighs or a whole chicken. I like the sizzle I hear when adding the chicken skin-side down and I always get crispy skin that way. Love air fryer fajitas! Such a fast and great meal. I do, however, always warm up the flour tortilla on a nonstick pan (while the chicken and peppers cook).
thanks thanks sir really appreciated all your air fryer recipes i have airfryer last 2 years but i don’t know how to use it found your channel today i m soooooo excited now i start from today ❤❤❤
Thank you for the suggestion on using the pre-heat option on the air fryer. I have an older, smaller air fryer that doesn’t even have a pre-heat option and everything I’ve cooked has come out just fine. I have ordered a newer, larger air fryer that does have the pre-heat option and I was wondering if I really needed to use it. You’ve answered that question. By the way, those chicken fajitas look outstanding. I will be making some in the new air fryer when I get it. Thanks again.
Made these tonight! Delish! Husband loves! Waiting for the grandson to pick his up! I’m new to following you…so far I have loved every one of your recipes!
Made this today I used chicken fajita seasoning two packs and three chicken breast. It was very yummy better than the frying way. Thanks I will be trying me re or your air fryer recipes 😁
Oh that looks so good, and easy. I'm definitely making this. I love chicken fajitas. I've made them in a crock pot and skillet, but this looks better! Thank you for your recipe.
I just love you channels vibe! :) and these chicken fajitas look really amazing. Your style makes the food look so delicious your recipes look easy to make. 🤤 Big thumbs up!
LOVED this! So easy/fast delicious! I made 2 batches. One with chicken for my son and I and another with Tofu substituted in for my vegetarian husband. Everyone was happy!!
I did everything, chicken too, in 1/4" strips. Did 350F for 16 min, stirring about 8 min. Everything was burnt at 16F. However, seasoning was very good.
Thank you so much for this I followed the recipe and it came out delicious. I am a terrible cook but this was easy to follow. 10/10 recommended. Subscribing now.
I do preheat because I like the sizzling sound the food makes when it comes in contact with the pre-heated basket :) and I think this might make a difference in the crispness of some foods (e.g. frozen fries maybe). So I'd say the usefulness might depend on the type of food/recipe. For this recipe here I don't believe pre-heating would make much of a difference. That being said, the manufacturer of my Ninja air fryer officially recommends pre-heating for three minutes, always. Usually I pre-heat at the last stages of the meal prep. Also, maybe, just maybe the contact of food with an instantly hot basket might prevent some stickage (if using less oil). But that's just a guess.
I've just bought an air-fryer so all this is completely new to me. I find the hardest thing is gauging the cook time. Mine is 3.2l, 1300W so have no idea how it compares to yours - anyway, I'm gonna try your recipe tonight and if I reply tomorrow or the day after, you'll know I have succumbed to food poisoning lol!
I always preheated my air fryer and I hated that I had to do it 😂😂 so apparently now I have a good reason not to!! Thanks!!! By the way I'll try this recipe right now 👩🍳 greetings from Guatemala 😁
Tried the recipe but I don't have the powdered ingredients. I used fresh onions, garlic, chilly powder, cumin seeds milled finely. Cooked in the air fryer lined with air fryer paper. The results was amazing, very delicious. It had a bit of moist and it was fine with me as I wanted to eat with rice. Btw, why air fryer recipes require to use powdered ingredients ?
Beginner questions: 1. So I make the fajitas but I am going to eat a third today, a third tomorrow, a third the day after. How do I reheat them? Can I frozen the other two rations just in case I want to eat it next week? 2. if I am going to make half (0.5 pound of chicken … every other ingredient go down in half too? What about the cooking time ? Thank you!
I have same fryer & I barely use it 🤷🏻♀️ but now that I know I can do fajitas!! It’s going down!! & the preheating I thought same thing cuz when you pull it out I agree made no sense on air getting out lol
Two observations, if you mix the spices in the oil, it's much easier. Coit must mean something else where you come from. Looks like a tasty dish though.
So I Followed the recipe and with the 2 tea spoon of chili powder, it came out to spicy for my liking. I did 1 tea spoon instead, but from that second batch. It came out a little to salty. Could I make it with out salt or just a pitch of salt? Idk if it's the onion or garlic powder that possibly makes it already have that salt taste?
That looks good! You just kicked me um...to the delish zone! Always ready to taste new dishes! Doing the airfryer way!! Yummy, yum! Waving to you from south Georgia-land of best Peaches, boiled Peanuts, & Vidalia onions!🥘🍲🌭🌮🍕🍟🍿🥗🦐🍝🍠☕🗽🚑🚒🚓
@Cooking With Coit Grrrrrrrrr everyone who don’t preheat their air fryer says the same thing. 😠 It isn’t the air that needs to be preheated. Its the bottom and sides of the basket. Putting cold or room temperature food in the metal basket, makes it so much harder for the metal to heat. Especially preheat, for things you would want to hit a hot frying pan, like steak … hear the sizzle, and FAJITAS. I didn’t read comments. Maybe someone already told you. I have the same Cosori. Making this tomorrow. So many thanks.
Tried this today… wasn’t bad, but I’ll do it on the stove next time. All the juices and flavor fall to the bottom of the air fryer pan, so the final product is a bit dry and lacking all the flavor that would’ve been in the juices. I presume we lose a lot of nutrients that way too.
JUSTIN - A BIG THANK YOU. I am a single man and leaning to cook in the air Fryer. love the way you teach ( fast ) and your dishes are MAGIC. A BIG THANK. YOU !!!!!

Thanks for including all the details. I'm not much of a cook and I think I can do this.
I just bought my air fryer today... This will be the first thing I cook... Thank u sir.

Glad you agree :)
The stem is at the top of the onion what you are showing is the root end. Mouth watering I definitely I am going to Air Fry it.

Corn tortillas w/ sour cream, salsa and a squeeze of lime. Now that's tummy!!!
Chicken fajitas turned out the best following your recipe

These are soooooo good. My wife doesn’t like onions though so we subbed with mushrooms. Onion powder was still added.

Merhaba, I like your video, you make cooking looks simple and fun. More success for you. Definitely will try this one !! Greetings from Turkey.
Perfectly juicy and delicious when we tried it!
I never preheat it. It works very well, too.
Trying this now !
I agree with you about not pre-heating.

Great recipe.
Can you marinate the chicken as well as use those seasonings for extra juiciness and flavor?

So glad to hear that April! Thanks for letting me know.
Looks delicious
Love it!!!

New subscriber here, your videos are awesome, I'm glad i found your channel, keep em coming
Thanks so much!
PREHEATING: Always when cooking frozen foods. Frozen fries will take longer to reach correct cooking temp and not crisp as well.
Love from India ..🎉🎉
Yummy! Thank you!!
I also think it's useless to preheat your airfyer 😅😅
Anyways, those fajitas look incredible and i can't wait to try it with my airfyer 🙏🙏❤️
Agreed! Hope it comes out great for you.
I have same fryer & I barely use it 🤷🏻♀️ but now that I know I can do fajitas!! It’s going down!! & the preheating I thought same thing cuz when you pull it out I agree made no sense on air getting out lol
I only preheat if I need a 'sear'. So that typically is a steak or pork chop.
Hi. I use Celtic salt on my recipes, have u tried it? It’s sooo full of minerals
You can buy the peppers in the frozen food section already cut.
I agree no pre heat
👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Two observations, if you mix the spices in the oil, it's much easier. Coit must mean something else where you come from. Looks like a tasty dish though.
This man has tought me more than my parents growin up
YUMMMMM !!!!!!!!!!
Do you know how many parents you've made happy. Your recipes have made my life so very easy. Thank-you

Could I make it with out salt or just a pitch of salt? Idk if it's the onion or garlic powder that possibly makes it already have that salt taste?
Other wise, it does overall taste pretty good, I'd have to balance the flavors to my liking
Looking forward to giving this a go. Forgot the cumin
I loved it
Fantastic!
You are a Magic men , you cut the chicken in square and after cooking looking in slices.😅🎉😊

Glad you gave it a try. The recipe should work well for the pan also.
Are you able to remove the “grate” and just cook in the outer pan? That’s what I’m going to try.
Thank you, nice recipe ! Cut your peppers upside down and you won't get any seeds !
Thanks for the tip! I will try that!
the tortilla to your chicken fajita would taste way better if you heat it up on the griddle.
Good tip!
Yummm!!
Thanks Nadia!
If you give small cuts to meat, it will absorb salt and other things and will become tastier.
Can you show air fryer chicken drumsticks
Thats a great idea!
Criminality it seems. Aussie Bob
I love how recipes call for a half teaspoon of oil but in reality it’s more like 1/8th of a cup or more 😂
Bought seasoning fajita ix
I cant bypass the pre heat on my air fryer
8:16 350F for 16 minutes. For my reference
Why wouldn’t you tenderize the chicken first ?
How about steak vs chicken
Good morning
