I would put the beans and rice in the same pan where the chicken is cooked which can add flavour dont need to do any extra washing up
Jamie is absolutely correct, paprika is more about the smokiness rather than being particularly spicy.
And please remember if you are unsure about whether you can acquire all the exotic ingredients in your area - don't worry a recipe is only really a guideline you can vary it slightly - nothing is written in stone.
As Nigel Slater would say it's YOUR dinner if there's a particular ingredient that you really don't like leave it out, but if say for example you really love the addition of the garlic then add a bit more.

This is not authentic but it is a wonderful take. Fajitas aren't strictly governed like for instance pasta carbonara. I think it's a great recipe and the feta is a reasonable Change-Up which would add some interesting flavor

@Wildlife Warrior its a tex-mex (Texas and Mexico) dish invented in 1940 by rench workers. So partially its mexican.

Not really anything like fajitas. Southern Californian here.... but it's a Jaime creation and that's fantastic. Just PLEASE stop calling the salsa ugly. All salsa looks similar and is a glorious, delicious, fantasical gift to food.
And toast your chiles first... brings out the flavors. Then you soak. Don't just drop them in the blender.

Not everyone livs in the US. In the rest of the world some of those things are hard or next to impossible to find. I still haven't been able to find smoked paprika where I live. Ordering it online is possible but crazy expensive.
