Breakfast: 6 points
2 tbsp coffee creamer (
2 slices 45 cal bread
2 tbsp sugar free strawberry jam
Dannon light and fit yogurt
Red pear
Cinnamon
Lunch: 3 points
3 oz cooked chicken (lemon pepper, garlic salt, garlic, smoked paprika- cook in cast iron on medium heat for 5 mins flip bake at 400 until done)
1.5 c Airfried veggies (380 for 15 mins)
1 c tomato soup
Snack: 4 points
1 scoop Alani nu fruity cereal protein powder
1 c light OJ
1/2 frozen banana
5 large frozen cherries
1/3-1/2 c frozen blueberries
Dinner: 10 points
Hamburger patty seasoned with salt, uncle Chris’ and pepper
Cooked onion
Sliced cheese

Yukon gold potatoes (seasoned with salt, pepper and garlic. Airfried at 390 for 20 mins)

I use my Keurig for tea as well. I even brew the pot of tea that we keep in the fridge.

Great video! Love your burger recipe especially the sauce. What other ways do you like to use monkfruit?
I don’t use it all that much but I’ll use it to sweeten sliced strawberries and let them sit a bit. I also use it if I want to make a filling for a 2 ingredient dough turnover. Place frozen fruit on the stove with some monk fruit maybe some lemon zest, salt and cook it until soft and thickened. Then add it to the dough and air fry on 380 for 8 mins. Yum. 😋
Great video! Good luck with the Whitney program. I would love to see your workout footage, so I hope you are planning on filming some of it! I watch a few RUclipsrs do the growwithjo and Heather Robertson free online workouts and it's just fun to watch other people exercise...just kidding, I work out too. Have fun!

Hi you mentioned you may need a gym membership for the Whitney Beginners. Is that only for the walking incline or machines too?
@@taniaelias4931 if you have a bench you could use for stepping up and hip thrusts and a good selection of weights you could prob get away with doing it at home. The alive beginner is designed for someone who wants to get started in the gym. She has alternative moves you could do if you don’t have the machine. A lot of it is dumbbells. She has programs designed to do at home too.

I would say about 2 years. No problems yet 🤷🏼♀️
I'm a smoothie rebel too. I figure that if I could sit down and eat the fruit in the smoothie in it's whole form in a sitting I'm not counting it.

I used the velveeta slice. It’s about 30 calories and 1 point. You can find it with the American cheese you use for grilled cheeses.
New plan isn’t good for me! Gutted they took all away and won’t be renewing 😢
If the maintenance points don’t work I’ll be switching to calories/macros so stay tuned! Lol
