**It was brought to my attention by a viewer that I had the graham crackers entered incorrectly on the Eclair recipe. I entered them as 22 1/2 crackers thinking a sheet was a cracker, not realizing each sheet was actually considered 4 crackers. After adjusting for the correct amount of crackers, the points went up to 9 per serving. If you use the Cool Whip brand of whipped topping which is lower in points than the Kroger brand I used, the points would be 8 per serving. Sorry for my calculation mistake, I usually enter things by ounces or grams to avoid this type of mistake but didn't with the graham crackers unfortunately. This is still an amazing dessert that is worth the 9 or 8 points!
You know the thing I may like the most about watching you is that you and your husband are so nice. It is so uplifting. Thank you. But I do love your cooking and your recipes (smile)
I would sweat down the onions first. I love the doggie in the background, so cute. I can’t wait to try the slow-cooker lasagna. I like the spinach addition! Thanks!
Hi, Alicia! Those Philly cheese burger bombs look good. I was impressed by how nicely the dough browned. Don't worry about forgetting about the lasagna in the crockpot...I have forgotten about things as well. Those cinnamon rolls look really good. I like things a bit underdone usually, too. Thanks for always sharing great recipes with us!
I am the queen of forgetting things when I am cooking! Lol Luckily the crockpot is really forgiving! Those cinnamon rolls are so good, especially for how easy they are. Thanks for watching, Parnell!
Hey you could lightly dip the graham crackers in coffee and you’ll get a nice Tiramisú-like dessert. Don’t forget to sprinkle unsweetened cocoa powder on top, to cut off a little bit of that sweetness your husband was talking about
@@AliciaLynnYT try it and let me know if you like it 😊. I’m Italian btw, I always try new ways to make Italian comfort foods ▶️ LOW CAL, because they’re too delicious I can’t give them up 😭
Thank you for so many wonderful ideas! This is a great video. On the cinnamon rolls, you don’t need more flour if they stick. Try refrigerating the dough before cutting and using a serrated knife. It will cut much easier, I think.😄
My chocolate eclair cake recipe lol I have made this for years except we use a container of chocolate icing(melted in microwave )on top it’s amazing, can’t wait to try your mini calzones taco and cheeseburger ones
Hi Tamara! I guess that eclair cake has been around for a long time in the WW community but I never heard of it. I bet the chocolate icing on top is yummy!

Yum, going to definitely try some of these recipes, especially the eclair slice pudding. We don't have Graham Crackers in NZ, any ideas what I could substitute? Diana NZ
Hi! Thank you so much for your recipe suggestions. I will definitely try them. They look so yummy. I am doing WW now and I've lost nearly 20 pounds - my husband also just joined last week. And I'm trying to have a healthy style of eating in the house. I just wondered what cups are in grams? I have no idea. And also what is the points value for the 2 ingredient dough? thank you so much
Hi, congrats on your loss, that is great! As for the cups in grams, I really don't know since I've never weighed it out before, sorry. The point value on a batch of the 2 ingredient dough is 14 total for me since Greek yogurt is a zero point food. Otherwise, it would be 16 pts total. Thanks for watching!
@@AliciaLynnYT Thank you so much for the help! I just made a similar pizza (slightly more points - I will change it for next time) and it was soooooo good. My kids loved it, too. Great idea!
I use an egg in the cinnamon roll dough, not in the cheeseburger bomb dough. The dough tends to be really sticky with both and hard to work with but I have been using a little less yogurt lately and that seems to help it be less sticky and require less flour in the kneading process. Kneading it for a full 5 minutes helps too. Thanks for watching, Whitney!
@@AliciaLynnYT Awesome, good tips! I've been using less yogurt for awhile and that helps, but kneading for 5 min?? Okay, I'll try that! Normally I just barely make it into a ball before using. That probably explains it!
Hi Heather, I just checked to see what that would do to the points and it would take it down to 8 on purple! Hopefully you are able to find the whole wheat lasagna noodles, I can't here.
@@heatherchronister3723 I will have to look again for that specific brand, thanks! I have a really hard time finding any whole wheat pasta here in Virginia for some reason!

I have felt iffy about the two ingredient dough because I don't care for the sour taste from the Greek yogart, does anyone know any trick to take away some of the sourness?
Hi Krystal, 1 1/4 cups self rising flour (1 cup for dough and the 1/4 cup to knead and roll out dough with) 1 cup Fat free Greek yogurt.
