This is a great video, really well done. I’ve been on WW almost 2 years now, and some of this was a great reminder of some food finds that I should revisit. As far as my go to foods, they’re really all the same as yours for the most part. Instead of the bagel thins (which I do like) I enjoy a 2 point English muffin for breakfast. I have found them for 2 points in the brand 647 and the ShopRite store brand. I would definitely recommend your video to anyone starting out on WW 💕
Rachael DuCheny yes, I love the 100 cal English muffins, too (had one this morning to change things up). I have not been able to find the 647 brand in our area but I hear good things about it. Thank you so much for the feedback! 😍
A staple in my house are the Xtreme Wellness wraps/tortialls! They're only 1 point and soooo good! I use them for tacos, fajitas, wraps, breakfast burritos...anything! We used them before WW too!
the sugar free strawberry apple sauce is my fav! and fat free cheese is my saving grace. Walmart also has a 0 point fat free cream cheese that would be perf with the onion salt for bagels! nice video 🌟
Thank you for the tip on the fat free cream cheese with the onion salt. I didn't like it plain when I first tried it with the bagels but will need to revisit with the extra flavor! Thanks for watching 😘
Walden's Zero calorie mayo. Expensive, but I mix 1T with 1T of light mayo, 1 tsp of pickle relish, and some deli mustard in one can of Ahi wild Yellowfin tuna (CostCo) and it makes 3 servings. Delish!!
Heather, I’m so happy I found you on RUclips! I’m a new subscriber! This was a great video for me because I started WW 2 months ago and I’m so interested in what other successful ladies are doing. I love a lot of your favorites too. My must haves are La Banderita tortillas, Laughing cow cheese, Thomas’s Lite English muffins, Sara Lee Delightful bread, Lite and Fit yogurt and Fudgesicles no sugar added pops. They are only 1 point and they’re AWESOME! 😀
I’m not on Weight Watchers and never have been but I follow their zero point recommendation about fruit and vegetables, I think that’s one of the best things they’ve ever done. Anyway, a favorite snack of mine is to mix up a box of sugar free jello and then add a Knox gelatin (with the water amount for jello only) because I like it firm and then add one of the little applesauce containers. My favorite flavor for it is Cherry and it’s super good with frozen cherries instead of the applesauce too.
I'm not on WW but like to know about what is good and lowfat - you were very enjoyable to watch. Babybel is something I eat all the time and have IBS - this does not bother my stomach, and it just fills you perfectly.
A creamy and delicious cheese that I have switched over to using is the Velveeta shreds! I can't find fat free cheese anywhere in my area so the Velveeta shreds are the lowest point cheese I can find and they are SO creamy and delicious! Great video!
Love love love the Jones Canadian bacon! I make a 4 point breakfast sandwich with an English muffin, a slice and a half of the Canadian bacon, an egg and 1 slice of velveeta cheese (I’m on blue) but it is so so good! I have it everyday with an Apple 😂
Great must have products first time on ur channel but I love ur channel I be watching ur channel more that's some good must have items not on ww but but love ur channel keep up the great work hello to u and ur family God bless u all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
These are such good tips. I'm trying weight watchers for the first time, and I'm looking for any information for making my experience as enjoyable as possible. Thank you so much for your video. I'm going to get myself some cinnamon sugar and sugar free ketchup ( I was worried about ketchup).
How do you find out what each item consists of points. How many points am I allowed each day. Do I need my phone to scan the food items> I don’t do grocery shopping. I have my grocery delivered.
You have to sign up for and pay for the WW app. to find out about point and scan foods. Very user friendly. Some people don’t want to pay for it but I know I eat out less so that more than covers the cost of the app 😉👍
Great ideas and use a lot of the same things. I do skip on the fat free cheese shredded bc when I made a few dishes and it looked super shiny plastic like and has a weird texture to me and so i just eat real cheese in less amount. But i do love all the other things you shared.
wifemomlife 5 thank you, I love to hear that others enjoy the same things. I’ve debated going back to even just reduced fat because I enjoyed it AND I weighed and measured it, where as with the FF I know less than 1/4 is 0 so I don’t usually.
Thank you, this is so helpful. I am on week 4 of WW green and am looking to mix it up. The laughing cow on a bagel thin idea just made my day. And I NEED to get TJ onion salt as you are the third WW video which recommends!
Yes, Pita Pizzas are my fav!!! I love that you made the swap for so many things, keeps things similar for sure. I will have to try tacos to see if I could do that too.
THANK you for all the great examples & info! I am SO OVER DONE with all the "keto/ no carb/vegan etc" junk. I tried it and found it disgusting for the most part. SO much fatty, icky stuff & zucchini will NEVER taste like noodles, NO potatoes, bread, whole grain pasta, beans, corn or sugar but you can have all the diet (UGH)soda you want, kind of diet food. I just could not do it another day. I was SICK TO DEATH of the same things day after day, everything tasted the same. I see all the great examples you have to eat normal, tasty, good food! I WISH I could eat the little pudding & jello packs but they use Aspartame and it gives me RAGING MIGRAINES, so I will have to think of a work around! But how nice to eat the things you love by just changing things a little. You don't feel deprived, denied, DEPRESSED! I would watch other videos of those other awful diets and they would show another version of the SAME yucky thing, while they are saying how GOOD it is, Oooing and Ahhhing saying it is so YUMMY, while it looks awful to me. They also will say how they USED to really like so and so but NOW they LEARNED to really love THIS. I TRIED all those recipes and things, trust me, THEY NEVER taste as good, the texture is always weird and they are about as satisfying as eating wall paper paste, which would be a NO cause it would be HI CARB!! LOL!! Again, THANK yoou!!
Hi Heather. I’m a newbi I enjoyed your videos Any chance you could post an actual lists of your different tips that we could copy😃💕 All your different products
Hi Heather, I just came across your channel and subscribed!! Could you please tell me where you bought the Skinnygirl jelly, I googled it and looks like Amazon is the only place. Thank you! I look forward to more videos!! Btw, I am on the blue plan.
Maxiepoo34 hi! Oh no, I hope you can find it locally. I can find it at our only true grocery stores, Publix or Winn Dixie but I know those aren’t everywhere.
Hi Laura! I've found it at Target and at my Super Walmart. It seems to be hit or miss depending on where you live but I'm crossing my fingers you find it soon!
Heather you look amazing! Congrats:) I joined WW many years ago but was so confused and I just got no help. I would love to try again and your video is so inspiring! Cheers:) Xoxoxo Jen
Hi Jen! Thank you so much for the wonderful compliment 😊 I'm so happy you found it inspiring and hope if you try it again you're able to figure it out and get more help this time. I know I've tried things before but this is the first time something has stuck!
Michelle Metanad yeah, that’s no fun. If you don’t watch her, you might check out Olivia Freda Curves I’m pretty sure she’s in Canada. I don’t think she has a favorites but she recently did a grocery haul 😊 I enjoyed.
Heather, this is helpful information. I recently joined WW so any suggestions are welcome. I will say however, you need to slow down. You talk too fast and it's difficult to catch everything you are saying. Just some constructive criticism because what you are doing is beneficial. Congratulations on your 25 lb weight loss!!
Thanks Polly! I have heard that and while I try to consciously fix it, old habits die hard. You can try adjusting the watch speed to see if that slows me down. I usually use it to speed people up.
itz_v_ my bathroom scale and food scales are WW. Courtesy of my mom doing weight watchers in the past, I have two older versions of the WW digital scale available on their site for $29.99 on sale. The only things it has I use are the zero or Tare button and the unit of measurement so most of the food scales available should work in the same way I use it. Hopefully that was helpful 😊
Hi Sandra, WW assigns points to all food and drink items. When you're a member, you can scan things with the app or there's another similar app with a free version called iTrack Bites that does the almost same thing but uses the word bites instead of points.
I don’t mean to be a Debbie Downer... but WW is teaching you that’s it’s ok to eat a bunch of processed foods as long as you stay within your points. All that cheese... Loaded with salt. So so bad for the heart. And that’s just to start. Lean meats fresh veggies healthy oils and exercise. Much better place to spend your $$$. I wish you well.
As with anything, you get what you put into it. I've lost 13 pounds in the past two months on WW and I've been eating very healthy. You can scan any food you buy to find out the point value, whether it's healthy or not. The recipes I've tried from WW have all been made with nutritious ingredients, lots of fresh fruits and vegetables and their list of 0 point foods are all healthy, not processed. The key takeaway I get from the program is accountablility.

Wow, so many great ideas that will be really helpful to me. Thank you and hope there's more to come!!
Heather, spray the far free cheese with Pam and it will melt like a gooey cheese. I didn't think it would but it does!
A staple in my house are the Xtreme Wellness wraps/tortialls! They're only 1 point and soooo good! I use them for tacos, fajitas, wraps, breakfast burritos...anything! We used them before WW too!
So good!

I agree with Rachael! When you first start out, you are in the store FOREVER scanning! Thank you for sharing!
With the new personal points I’m rescanning everything, so I hear you on that!
I'm not on WW but like to know about what is good and lowfat - you were very enjoyable to watch. Babybel is something I eat all the time and have IBS - this does not bother my stomach, and it just fills you perfectly.
Thank you, Cheryl!!
Hi Heather, Your channel popped up this morning! Glad I found it..tfs
Great video! Super helpful!
New subscriber. Thank you for all the great finds.
I cannot live without Fiber Gourmet Pasta. The rotini is amazing.
Diane Schafer you’re welcome! I’ll be adding that to my list and hopefully a store near me sells it.
I’ve searched far and wide for those Tyson chicken strips and I can NOT find those suckers!! I’ve been looking for over a year 😅😅
Me either!! I live in Washington state so I swear they just don't ship them over here 😭😂
A creamy and delicious cheese that I have switched over to using is the Velveeta shreds! I can't find fat free cheese anywhere in my area so the Velveeta shreds are the lowest point cheese I can find and they are SO creamy and delicious! Great video!
Hart's Arts Yum! I’ll be on the lookout for those to try if I see them. Thank you! 😊
What is sold in the States as "Canadian Bacon" we Canucks just call ham.
I cannot find the blacked chicken in my area 😞

Too many processed items.
dollar tree has mini pretzels..snyders..you get 6 bag for $1..1 point..yesssss
Yes! Loved them when I ate Gluten!! Such a good deal for little points
Katie Jenkins yesss! That sounds so delicious with the velveeta cheese.
I really like that sugar free ketchup. Totally worth the money

I spy a sweet beagle. I used to have one....they are tender hearted.
Applesauce is 2 points for those of us the diabetic plan.
Good ideas. Nice personality. Thanks!
The velveeta cheese slices are only 1point a slice!

Just discovered your channel. Awesome!
Fabulous! Thank you!
I love the Joseph's pitas, I make pizzas with them too! I pretty much replaced all my bread and tortillas with them.
Yes, Pita Pizzas are my fav!!! I love that you made the swap for so many things, keeps things similar for sure. I will have to try tacos to see if I could do that too.
@@HeatherGreigh It takes some getting used to, but I just make sure I warm the pita up before I use it with whatever I'm doing!
Amy Ruben ok cool, thank you. 😘
Great tips! Picked up a few I haven’t tried

Who makes sugar-free strawberry applesauce?
shirley adel mott’s makes unsweetened flavors that are 0 sp. I have found it at Walmart and Publix
Walden farms ranch and skinny girl ranch is 0 points!
Mention calories.
