    I add a Crystal Light lemonade packet to a cup of plain Greek yogurt and frozen fruit. Really good with mixed berries or mango chunks!

    One Fairlife shake with two tablespoons of sugar free cheesecake pudding mix. Blend up and let set up. protein pudding and it's so good!!!

    the cap drew me in...go pats! back on the wagon after taking the holidays off; I love the discipline of tracking and am looking forward to getting back to my (personal, not WW) goal weight. Frozen fruit is my secret weapon; cherries, specifically. I eat them partially frozen and they feel like I'm eating sorbet.

    a laughing cow wedge is good on a crusty toasted piece of sourdough :) I've done that for breakfast on the go. All great foods and gives me ideas, thank you Jodi. and yes on the broccoli lol

      or try Wasa crisp bread. it is one point per slice, tolerated by diabetics, and tasty. I toast mine (but watch it, they burn easily, I set the timer and pop these after 50 seconds).

    I recently started WW and I’ve lost 4 lbs so far, which is exciting, also for the water thing too, depending on your points, if you drink 64 ozs of water then you get another point :) thank you for the tips!

    Fresh coffee is so much better, costs a fraction of the $$ to make and you can refrigerate it. I also buy family size packages of chicken breast and make my own chicken strips. SO MUCH cheaper. I think whole wheat pasta is the same points as your light pasta. I could not pay $30 for two servings.

    I’m so glad I found your videos. I started WW last April. I’ve lost 27 lbs. It was really huge for me, it really changed my body and people have noticed. It’s been amazing . But….after thanksgiving onto Xmas I been struggling. I haven’t gained and if I have it’s only been a pound or two. But my ultimate goals is a total of 50lbs. I’ve got 23 more lbs to go. I just need my motivation back! Thanks for your videos it’s helping. 💙

    I like to spread yogurt mixed with stevia&vanilla drops on parchment them as slices of fruit and freeze the tray. Once frozen the break up pieces looks like white chocolate dessert bars lolll trick your mind and tastes yummy!!

    Laughing cow is great with pasta. I can use it with a splash of milk and some pasta cooking water for a cheese sauce for the pasta. Add in some tuna and it's like a mock tuna casserole.
    I love blending frozen fruit with a little fat free Greek yogurt to make nice-cream. I don't add any sweetener because I find the fruit to be sweet enough especially if I have part of a frozen banana added to it.

    I have a lot of the same staples on my journey (down 100 lbs in 18 months), but there are some here that I either no longer use or haven't ever added that I'll add back in (i.e. laughing cow cheese. Not sure when it fell off my staples list)

    I I prep these ahead of time and using entire block of cream cheese and entire package 28 or 32 ounce deli turkey but on each slice of turkey you put in a tiny strip of cream cheese and roll up a small to medium sized pickled asparagus spear from Costco. You might have to cut them in half because sometimes they can get pretty big but I can’t remember what it was but it seemed like three of those which really would be close to a decent size meal was like hardly any points. I like to use the wide rectangular deli meat so that it fits the asparagus spear perfectly but I suppose you could fit two of the small round ones side-by-side it’s just not as easy. But you end up with like 30 of these hearty roll ups. Absolutely delicious. You seem very health-conscious and might use the fat free cream cheese and a really healthy turkey meat so these might even be less points if any at all if you do that

    Hello, that was a very nice video. Thank you! Please forgive me, and please know this is not meant as a criticism of any kind, but I feel like I want to correct a couple of things so that no one who is watching and who’s a member of WW will be confused. There are no more “Smart points”. It’s all Personal points, and what’s zero for some may not be for all, and lastly even points of certain items may vary member by member.
    Thanks for letting me add those few things…as a WW coach, I could see my members coming in and asking about these details…lol. Thanks and best wishes for your journey.

    Fabulous, Fabuloussssssssss video!!! I am a lifetime member of WW from wayyyy back in the day. I maintained my goal weight for years…until I hit menopause. Ever since, (20 years) I’ve been yo-yoing up and down 30 lbs at a time. Not healthy at all. I did not go to back to Weight Watchers because I found it very confusing and overwhelming. I felt like I would be thinking about food all day long just to prepare my next snack or meal. I also was of the mind set that at 70, it was time to set no limits “ across the board” on what I could do and couldn’t, and that included eating. Bottom line, i feel like cr*p. And the pathetic thing is, I’m only 14 pounds over goal! But those 14 pounds were once 45 pounds, and I can see the “writing on the wall”. All this to say…after watching your video, I registered at weight watchers! I live in very northern NY, right on the Canadian border. We have no in person meetings and I’ve always relied on those to collect ideas like the ones you shared today! Any advise for me as I move forward?!? TIA and Congrats on your weight lose journey❣️

      Hi: I am also a LTM from 1971 but could not maintain after losing 63 1/2. I have tried going back to the meetings but to no avail. Now the program is on the mobile app and I like it alot better. So far I am hanging in. WW is the only program that has worked for me, and god only knows I have tried alot of different diets. (CA)

    Hi Jodi I’m on WW since a few years now maintaining my weight ,I was always careful for my weight I always said ….I ALLOW YOU…. not more then 10 pounds over and then go back down witch à did a good job for myself Over the year , just discovered your video and I find it very interesting .I prefer fresh vegetable and fruits every day there in my plate but I love frozen fruits also . I’m careful of what I buy at the grocery .thank you for your tip about the cheese ……the little cow ……never thought about buying it the frozen fruit also it’s a good snack at night also …♥️♥️my discovery……. Eating the right food every day combined with exercice every day is a WINNER 🙌I’m from Canada 🇨🇦 Quebec and go to florida every year for 6 months 🏝☀️

    Palmini brand palm hearts make several different "pastas" and white and brown "rice" that are really good and on my points it zero. Might want to give them a try. I get mine on Amazon.

    Try some Cacao nibs in that yogurt bowl for a little crunch. Greek yogurt chocolate pudding. Add cocoa powder stevia to your yogurt it’s yummy. Also chocolate chia seed pudding with almond milk

    This was very helpful, thank you for putting this together for us! I've seen you use a Flavor God (I think) seasoning on your yogurt. Can you share with us what that is and what store you find it at? It looks yummy. God bless

      I’m so sorry for the delayed response! I’m getting behind in responding to my comments🙈 I actually saw the Flavor God seasonings first on Instagram through SweetandSavorySteph-they’re kosher, gluten free & dairy free🥰 I purchased mine on Amazon (I haven’t found any in local stores (sadly), but they offer sweet and savory seasonings (more savory than sweet). The one I used in my Greek yogurt bowl was Buttery Cinnamon Roll🤤 it’s delicious!! The ingredient deck is: sugar, cinnamon, honey, coconut flour, vanilla bean, cardamom, and sea salt.     Hi I just found you today so I’m not sure if you have tried this, but the carbanada noodles taste really good and they are way cheaper than the fibre gourmet noodles. You may want to give them a try 😀

    Thank You! I wrote down every food you mentioned. I like all of them, except I am not crazy about brown rice. I am new to WW and I am still trying to learn as much as I can about the points system. I still don't understand, when you said that if you eat certain things, you get smart points? I'm not sure what that means. I will continue looking for answers on videos and Google. Thanks again!

    The smoothies you mentioned, do you just use premiere protein and frozen fruit to make it or do you add anything else? Just bought myself a mini blender and wanting the best low point, higher protein smoothie.

      Yep! Usually just the premier protein (or Fairlife Vanilla Shake) and frozen fruit of your choice! Sometimes I will also use fresh bananas and PB2 (powdered peanut butter) depending on the flavor smoothie I’m going for☺️

    One or two tablespoon's of PB2 into a cup of sf pudding and 2 tablespoon's of sf whipped topping is so good. It tastes like a mouse. I don't know the points but it is 150 calories. I got this recipe from Kristi on Planning Us Healthy. It is so good.

    Jodi, do you follow WW online or go to meetings? What food plan do you follow and where do you find the recipes you make?

      Hi Michelle! When I first signed up for WW, my membership was for in-person meetings but since Covid hit and my daughter was born, I’ve been doing online and weighing in at home. I definitely think the meetings are super helpful if you have them in your area (especially if you’re just starting out)☺️ I follow the newest plan, Personal Points (but I have a terrible habit of saying “smart points” in my videos-so sorry about that-I’m working on it to alleviate confusion, haha!). Most of my meals are just me grabbing random things out of my fridge/freezer but I also love to get recipes from The Skinnish Dish, WWPoundDropper, Felicia Keathley, Pinterest, other RUclipsrs, Instagram community, and the WW app-everywhere really lol!❤️❤️❤️

    I just started WW & my Silk Yogurt is 8 points! Yikes! Any nondairy yogurt not so high in points? I buy laughing cow for my daughter. Do you not worry about eating so many processed foods?

    I am not on WW, but this was an interesting video. Does WW not allow full fat foods? Fat is so good for you. I do Intermittent Fasting, and fats are so essential for me - for satiety and autophagy. BTW, eggs are my favorite protein, too. 😊

    In 2023, I see they did away with different "color" plans I believe. I used to be blue plan a few years ago and just signed up again, and did not see those options.
    The Birds Eye whole grain brown rice is zero points? I was not seeing that in WW app.
