Love your channel. You can tell that you really work at this and right now this is my favorite channel. So many ideas. By the way I’m 65 and I’m only losing 1 pound a week and I’ve lost 12 pounds in 12 weeks and I’m looking at the big picture. By the first of the year I should’ve lost 20 pounds!
I love weight watchers, but I highly recommend to go to the meetings in person and find a good coach to connect with. This time is my 3rd time, and is the only thing that really works, it stops working when you don't go to meetings. For me online doesn't work. I lost 50 lbs the first round over 1 year, 17 lbs over 5 months the second time, and 11 lbs so far in 5 weeks. Is really great, is a journey not a diet. Is great not to feel like you can't eat anything you like, to be on those diets that are so restrictive

I LOVE Built Bars!! The Churro Puff is my all time fav, but I also love the Built Bites! (These are not always on the Built website). Today my lunch was a little low in protein, so I had a Built Bites Grasshopper Cookie for dessert. I think they are only 1 or 2 points.
Your so fun to watch! I need to try that french onion chicken bake, it really look delicious. I agree WW snack bars are really good, my favorite snack bar is the Peanut Butter Pie, it's so good, and only 2 points.

Hi Gina 👋🏻 Monkfruit does have a cooling effect but I don't notice it when it's in recipes. I've only ever noticed it if I sprinkle it on something. It's a good tasting sugar to cook with.

Wtg🎉! I can not find the wontons.. I even tried to get them shipped from Walmart.. they want 73.00 😢I started WW Bc of the inflammation in my body.. I love your vids ma’am!,
Sometimes the Wantons are hard to find. It took me awhile before I found mine at Walmart but they don't always have them. Ugh! I love that WW helps with inflammation. Thanks so much Kristina!
Have you tried weight watchers Texas chicken soup? It's so good!! I made it my own by adding a can of black beans and instead of 1/4 cup of cilantro I add the whole bunch and 4 cups of broth. I would love to see you make it!! I love adding light sourcream, a few crunched up chips and cheese to the top which is optional.
Wieght watchers is great, I lost a lot of weight in ,1990 lol 😄 yes you probably were not born yet ,I lost 160nlbs in a yr and half, I eat 1400 cl a day and walked 🚶♀️20 mins everyday ,now Iam older, and of the matabolism goes to a turtle speed,yeah do the math lol! And doing this program with points which we did not have in the oldie days!! It's slow but good for your heart ,slow is safe !! And its great to eat all food groups! Keep strong with the progarm you will be happy once you reach your wieght!👍🥦🍅🍐👌💪
