- What I eat in a day on WW with 21 Personal Points a day. Since I am active I try to use my weekly points too.
Hamburger Salad Video: • Hamburger Salad with S...
Hamburger Salad:
4oz hamburger patty, cooked and chopped (99% turkey for 0 points)
Diced red onion to taste
Diced pickle to taste
2-3 cups of lettuce
2 tbsp special sauce
Special Sauce: makes about 7 servings
1/2 cup Mayo (if you use light it is 2 points per serving)
2 tsp mustard
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp vinegar
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp ketchup
2 tbsp pickles, chopped
1 tbsp red onion, chopped
Combine together and store in airtight container in the fridge

Oh my goodness, I just found your channel...you are adorable! I started WW in June, it is now September and I have lost 15 lbs and that is after going on two vacations for a total of 5 weeks. I set a goal of 40lbs and am working very hard on my patience so that I can reach my goal and keep it off. This week my emotions were up and down so thank you for a glimpse into your process, it's comforting to know that I am not alone in my whacky emotions and also for reminding me to celebrate small non food victories. I will keep watching!

Eat some zero point foods or use those weeklies. I’m an perfectly happy to use every single weekly/activity point and still loose weight.

Yes! I’ve had luck before but gained it back. My head is in a different place now. I know if I loose weight by eating way too little that I’ll gin it back. I have to loose it in a way I can keep up with once the weight is gone.

Great video. What i am learning her. You treat this journey as a lifestyle change and not a diet. air seems you enjoy what your doing and it’s not as painful You are still getting results.
Exactly! I’ve lost weight in an unsustainable way and gained it all back. In my 20s I was chasing a smaller number. Now I’m my 30s I’m chasing a healthy lifestyle I love and the rest will be what it will be.

It’s a blessing and a curse. Lol. I packaged them up in large totes. I told my husband whatever I can’t wear when we move is going to get donated! I’m tired of looking at stuff that doesn’t fit.
As a working girl I look forward to the lunch ideas!!

I’ve been on it for 3 weeks today (Wednesday) and I love it. I don’t have that much to loose. I lost about 2-3 pounds already. Plus I excersise every morning with my weights and walk for 25 minutes. Goal is 90 but now I weigh about 93-94, my time of the month is always fluctuations with the weight. Not bad but it’s much better then I was a month ago which my highest weight was 95.8! I’m a small frame so I feel it more when I gain. That was before weight watchers. Good luck! Your doing great! Keep it up with your eating habits and workouts! God Bless! ❤️🙏🏻😇

I like crunchy yogurt too. I mash a banana and add plain fat free Greek yogurt, some cinnamon, a tablespoon of natural peanut butter and 1/8 cup of granola. It’s filling and delicious!
Oh wow! I like that idea about using banana as sweetener. Does it get weird and chunky? I’m gonna try it!
The banana is a little chunky, but I don’t mind. If you don’t like the mashed texture, slice the banana instead.

Fun video!! ♥️ When it is really hot out, I find that I need to drink extra water. Also, thirst can be mistaken as hunger. 🤔 I sometimes will get bloated but I find that of I have hydrated myself I won't bloat. Also, losing my weight helped because I didn't retain as much water. Now that I have gained some back,😳 I can get sausage fingers when I am not hydrated enough. Heat will definitely challenge the body!!! You are doing great!!!! 👋♥️

New subscriber and glad I found your channel for more ideas on this journey. Another one that needs crunch in my yogurt. I use a quarter cup of All Bran Buds for 2 pp. Long time ago tried Grape Nuts but too blah and crunchy.

I use Kashi Crush peanut butter with a couple of Lily’s choc chips in my yogurt and strawberries. Also, that yogurt you eat tastes too sweet for me so I blend it with equal amounts of fat free or low fat plain Greek yogurt with a couple drops of vanilla stevia. This is my favorite dessert. I don’t do WW but that Kashi cereal has less calories (and more protein) than most granolas. You’re doing great!
Also, salad with cut up strawberries and Skinny Girl poppy seed dressing is 😘
I’ve seen that before. I have to limit my gluten bc of inflammation or else I would absolutely do the mash I cereal! I have plain yogurt in there so I’m gonna have to try that. I can’t do the yogurts by them selves. Also have to add fruit ans something crunchy. Lol. Thanks for the ideas!
Try frozen yogurt popsicles... you can add your favorite fruit to them. Would be refreshing on a hot day.

i just started following you. You remind me so much of myself before I decided to go all in with WW, I do have a question. In your first day video, you mentioned that you were insulin resistant. Is that the same as pre-diabetic? I just got that warning from my doctor so I am trying to cut some carbs, I am just going to follow the plan without potatoes, rice or pasta(whole grain), being a free food. I will just count the points because I am afraid to have them. What do you think?
I think they are a little different. I got blood work back a couple months ago that said my resting blood sugars were normal so I may have reversed my insulin resistance but it’s not 💯 bc the doc would have to do a different test to make sure and I haven’t since my numbers look good. I think the main thing that helps me is to pair my carbs with fat and protein. It slows the insulin response. I’m at a place where if I put a ton of pasta on my plate but get full after 4 bites I stop eating. If you aren’t At a place where you can do that then I wouldn’t have them as zero point foods. Cutting Carbs out altogether is very hard and impossible to stick too. ( it did keto twice) thinking it would help with my insulin resistance and honesty it just made my body freak out once I started eating carbs again. I’m not a dr or a dietician so these are just things I’ve tried.
@@amsinprogress Great idea! (carbs with fat and protein). You have done really well on your journey. I too, have tried keto several times. I just do not like it and never felt good while following it. All the fat just did not agree with my digestive system either. Keep going. I will be following you along the way til we both get to goal.
I get whole sausage body when i'm in heat or moving around a lot. It's very uncomfortable. I would have thought it would be the opposite and my body would slim, but,......Noooooooooo. I puff up like a freaking blow fish.
That’s terrible! I get a little puffy Everywhere but my hands feel so uncomfortable! Weird things you don’t know to worry about when your younger. Lol

Did you ever stop and wonder why an 80 calorie yogurt is 2 points? But, if you have plain NF yogurt it's zero. Not adding up.
Yes, I have wondered many times. Lol. I don’t have yogurt as a zero point food so I have to track it either way. It’s delicious and a good source of protein so I’ll take it.
