Oh I hate boxing workout but I challenged myself to mix things up. This was a great way to start the new year; forcing myself to try things and get out of my comfort zone!
This was perfect for me! I was able to do it all and not feel uncoordinated. Sweaty and victorious! When stretching the hamstrings, I have heard a cue that works for me which is "think belly to thigh rather than head to knee." That helps me keep my back straight and not rounded in the forward fold. Great workout, PJ!
Love this workout and thanks PJ! Adding dumbbell and working fast really really help to boost my heart rate, I burnt 195kal for the past 39mins, aerobic stress is 2.2
Incredible instructions and cues: saved this one for when I'm feeling feisty! I don't know what I'd do without my Patreon membership! Made me want to get some boxing gloves for this one! Keep these coming, please.

I love these boxing style workouts so much! It reminds me of being in my twenties and doing the Kathy Smith kickboxing dvd 😂🎉 Girl, I wore that tape out! I have to admit I have been feeling very heavy, sad, and tired since Christmas break. This was the perfect way to get back on the workout path and feel great ❤ thank you!

Great way to start the New Year PJ! I really like the full 30 minute workouts with the aditional stretch. Hard to break that habit of thinking I need longer 1 hour workouts to stay fit, so 30 minutes works great.
As I am sure I have bored you with before (!!) I used to do contact karate in my 20s so a perfect workout for me! Loved combining the squats with boxing moves, thanks PJ x
Brilliant new workout PJ, you never let us down and this year's apparently no exception 💪😉. Special mention for some new stretches at the end, they were great... So you can teach an ole dog new tricks then hahaha 😂🐕👌

Happy New Year! normally I am not a fan of "boxing" workouts but that was fun! I haven't used 3 lbs weights in forever, I was surprised (happily) I still had them. This is my 3rd consistent year working with you and it is never boring! Thank you PJ for helping me reach and surpass my fitness goals!
Was able to use 3# DBs. Crashed on the core/ab workout. Tight tight tight on the leg stretching BUT tried for the first time to "grab my thigh" as we twisted around! Couldn't grab but could touch! Thank you!
Loved it the first time I did this a few months ago, loved it even more today! This is absolutely one of my fave workouts!! If you’re debating about doing this workout I promise it will be the BEST 30 mins of your day! 💪
