A year ago when I started working out with PJ I was unable to do a lung. No balance, it wasn't a pretty site at all. Now, I'm able to touch the ground with my knees! That's saying a lot especially since I have osteoporosis! I'm damn proud of myself!
Great cardio workout. I am coming back strong after my 6 weeks off in April/May for surgery. I cannot tell you how happy I was knowing that I had a plan with you PJ to regain my strength back. I have scoliosis and it is very important for me to keep my cage muscles strong. Thanks PJ
i echo many of the comments... low impact is no joke! heart was thumping... and i confess yelling "time" when i was done (though i did hang in there until the actual timer). just wanted some of those to be done a wee bit sooner. ha! thank you, pj! grateful to be on the journey!

Loved how the workout today didn't stress my muscles that were sore from yesterday. I'm ready for day 3. I've wanted to do strength training for so long but most other workouts are just too long and intense and I can't relate to the 20-something person. Love that I want to do it again the next day.

Day 2 done! Nice quick (low impact) sweat! Those abs were killer though, especially the mountain climbers. I've been nursing a shoulder injury for a while (it's better now) so I haven't been doing any plank moves for several weeks. The timing for this challenge is perfect since it'll help he get in better shape for gardening season, as well as re-set from the holidays ;) Thanks PJ!
