    If I do PJ, low back pain goes away, neck pain goes away and I feel so strong and full of energy. If I don't do PJ, I have back pain, neck pain and feel like a lazy piece of ass! You are the best! Thank you for ALL you Do!

    I liked the tempo training! I'm a couple of days behind on the challenge because I walk with a friend two mornings a week. I was going to catch up on the workouts today, but changed my mind after completing this one! I better wash my hair today because I'm guessing it won't happen easily tomorrow! 😅

    Day 9 done! Chest and triceps thoroughly torched! That tempo training is tough! And just make sure the upper body was completely done you just HAD to throw in a tabata with plank ups ;) I got it done though, and I'm feeling stronger with every workout! Thanks PJ!

    My arms are toast! wow 15 lb dumbbells are quite a challenge for some of those moves. Im glad I was able to go down to 12's and 10's. It was an awesome day 9!

    Hey PJ. Found you on You Tube about a year ago but joined you on Patreon in Sept. Always brag about you to anyone who asks (especially those my age and older, which is not 20's or 30's, just those of the age/s who feel me, therefore you 😘) and of course always like your videos.     Loved it! Went back to this one as i feel so strong after, more please! When I first started ur wo I was using 3lb to 5lb now up to 8 and 10 lbs and thinking I may need to up to 12lb, etc.
