I liked the tempo training! I'm a couple of days behind on the challenge because I walk with a friend two mornings a week. I was going to catch up on the workouts today, but changed my mind after completing this one! I better wash my hair today because I'm guessing it won't happen easily tomorrow! 😅
Day 9 done! Chest and triceps thoroughly torched! That tempo training is tough! And just make sure the upper body was completely done you just HAD to throw in a tabata with plank ups ;) I got it done though, and I'm feeling stronger with every workout! Thanks PJ!
Great strength workout. Loved the tempo training. I also love your explanations of moves or the muscles you are working. So educational and it always peaks my interest so I research and learn even more after I am done the workout. Your style of coaching is the best!
My arms are toast! wow 15 lb dumbbells are quite a challenge for some of those moves. Im glad I was able to go down to 12's and 10's. It was an awesome day 9!

Loved it! Went back to this one as i feel so strong after, more please! When I first started ur wo I was using 3lb to 5lb now up to 8 and 10 lbs and thinking I may need to up to 12lb, etc.

Loved this, I upped my weights on every move and was really proud of myself till it got to the plank ups and my arms didn’t seem to work 😂💪!!
We did give our triceps a good workout before getting to the plank ups!! 💪
