All in all the moves were easy to master - with the exception of "same arm, both legs" at 7:54! I found myself in a sudden plank, but it totally rocked!! Love this workout - thank you, PJ!!!💐
Really enjoyed this challenge! Since I find myself able to challenge myself a bit more, I chose to add moderate resistance band tied in a bow below the knees and in-hand 1 lb dumbbells for 1st circuit and then during 2nd circuit incorporated my rebounder for 1st 2 of 3 moves. Last circuit, just the hand weights were enough! Got this 56 y/o heart rate to desired max effect and a great start to Sunday chores! Keep up the great stuff PJ! By hanging out with you for the past year on Y-Tube…I’m the ‘muscle-iest” and strongest version of my entire adulthood! Family who hadn’t seen me in a year thought I’d lost a ton of weight… Nope, just shape change AND MUSCLE thanks to how YOU have helped me in my fitness journey. Have a blessed day!

LOVED this workout!! I tend to prefer weighted strength workouts, but this one was really enjoyable and challenging. As someone in their mid-forties, who is not overweight and who is decently fit (thanks to doing your workouts the past 4 months), I still get an amazing HR boost with your workouts (today my high was 177 [my HR tends to run high and I'm super tall] and average was 134). Total cal burn according to fitness watch was 253... not bad!! And I like to put my watch into Cooldown for about 15 minutes after the workout as well to keep tracking my post-workout HR and cal burn as well. I appreciate doing standing stretches during the cool down as I feel like it optimizes time, would love to see more of that. It's great seeing you every day... you make me laugh and I feel like we would totally be friends if we lived in the same city haha!

I am a small person and have always exercised but I need to do more strength work for my bones and your videos are so good even for me with no previous experience with dumbbells. But I am getting stronger and had to increase the weight of my dumbbells a bit. Thank you for your guidance.

Oh lord, this was a “Camby overthinks the exercise” day. The walking squats at the very beginning were confusing the hell out of me until you said the magic words “It’s a v step.” 🙄😆 I got it after that. Great workout, low impact still kicks some serious tail.
Love this workout ! I did a weights workout yesterday . Decided to up the anti and do this workout with my weighted vest 3.5kg. Got some great incidental impact and really boosted my heart rate too. 😊

Day 23 done! It may have taken you until your 50's to figure out how to program an effective low impact workout, but you nailed it! This was an awesome workout! I love the way the moves flowed seamlessly from one to the next with no break. The workout just flew by and was over before I knew it, while getting my heart rate up and leaving me nice and sweaty ;) Thanks PJ!
