    You were on FIRE today, PJ but I was working my butt off to keep up with you! Who would've ever thought squat walks would feel like the "rest" during a workout? But, they were a relief compared to those 1/2 jacks! This is a saver for sure and I look forward to doing it again. 🤗

    This is just what I needed today, PJ. Our beautiful & gentle 10 year old pit bull, Fiona passed at home yesterday after her 2 year battle with cancer. 😇💞The thought of working out with YOU got me moving this morning. I'm so glad I saved this one because it got my HR up to 180 and it was a healthy distraction. Give George & Bella extra hugs today.

    Hey PJ, Jen from Toronto here. I LOVED this workout and I am sweating lots, I must admit the bent walks totally messed with my brain and I could not get it LOLOL!!! I have been working out with you since the pandemic, I am 58 years old and although I have a little extra fat, I can't believe how much my abs have improved and also my overall strength. I'm sooooooooo grateful, thank you so much!!!! 🥰

    All in all the moves were easy to master - with the exception of "same arm, both legs" at 7:54! I found myself in a sudden plank, but it totally rocked!! Love this workout - thank you, PJ!!!💐

    Really enjoyed this challenge! Since I find myself able to challenge myself a bit more, I chose to add moderate resistance band tied in a bow below the knees and in-hand 1 lb dumbbells for 1st circuit and then during 2nd circuit incorporated my rebounder for 1st 2 of 3 moves. Last circuit, just the hand weights were enough! Got this 56 y/o heart rate to desired max effect and a great start to Sunday chores! Keep up the great stuff PJ! By hanging out with you for the past year on Y-Tube…I’m the ‘muscle-iest” and strongest version of my entire adulthood! Family who hadn’t seen me in a year thought I’d lost a ton of weight… Nope, just shape change AND MUSCLE thanks to how YOU have helped me in my fitness journey. Have a blessed day!

    LOVED this workout!! I tend to prefer weighted strength workouts, but this one was really enjoyable and challenging. As someone in their mid-forties, who is not overweight and who is decently fit (thanks to doing your workouts the past 4 months), I still get an amazing HR boost with your workouts (today my high was 177 [my HR tends to run high and I'm super tall] and average was 134). Total cal burn according to fitness watch was 253... not bad!! And I like to put my watch into Cooldown for about 15 minutes after the workout as well to keep tracking my post-workout HR and cal burn as well. I appreciate doing standing stretches during the cool down as I feel like it optimizes time, would love to see more of that. It's great seeing you every day... you make me laugh and I feel like we would totally be friends if we lived in the same city haha!

    Thanks again. Your videos have been a great help to me these last couple of months since I found your channel. I am 55 and have some osteoporosis going on. I am a small person and have always exercised but I need to do more strength work for my bones and your videos are so good even for me with no previous experience with dumbbells. I have enjoyed this unstoppable challenge and playlist a lot, even though it is taking me more than 28 days to do it because alternate these workouts with other activities. But I am getting stronger and had to increase the weight of my dumbbells a bit. Thank you for your guidance.

    Oh lord, this was a “Camby overthinks the exercise” day. The walking squats at the very beginning were confusing the hell out of me until you said the magic words “It’s a v step.” 🙄😆 I got it after that. Great workout, low impact still kicks some serious tail.

    Love this workout ! I did a weights workout yesterday . Decided to up the anti and do this workout with my weighted vest 3.5kg. Got some great incidental impact and really boosted my heart rate too. 😊

    Day 23 done! It may have taken you until your 50's to figure out how to program an effective low impact workout, but you nailed it! This was an awesome workout! I love the way the moves flowed seamlessly from one to the next with no break. The workout just flew by and was over before I knew it, while getting my heart rate up and leaving me nice and sweaty ;) Thanks PJ!

    Wow, this one delivered! 151 max bpm and my 59-year-old heart rate almost never goes up that high.
