Another Wednesday Hump Day exercise finished! Although I’m long since retired, old thinking doesn’t change. Loved this AMWRAP and I love you, PJ, for keeping me motivated. Jim, my LH, just commented yesterday about how faithful I am to the daily workout with PJ and friends. In March, when my current Patreon tier expires, I’ll join OFF at well over 50-2 months short of 80. I have dreaded this next decade, but I think I’m to embrace it, thanks to you and Fitness for Women Over 40 gang😊
Day 12 complete. After having been in London overnight paying my respects at Westminster Hall to the Queen and 4 hours sleep I didn't think I could do it today,but I did even the Burpees (just at a bit of a slower pace than usual)🙂

I love AMRAPs- they go by so quick! Honestly, I'm surprised I haven't been more sore during this challenge, but I do yoga daily and take my BCAAs and I think that's really made a difference. I've been able to push hard without injuring myself, and the way you've programmed the workouts my muscles get a chance to recover. I am SO glad I joined Patreon and started following your workouts every day- it's made such a huge difference in my overall fitness! Thank you PJ!
Loved this new-to-me format! The low rep count encouraged me to push myself each round, even when I got behind you. Only 8 bicycle crunches? I can do that. Only 6 Burpees? I can do 6 (modified) Burpees! I did 10 actual jumping jacks and my knees said, "Ok, you proved you can do that, now modify for the rest of the sets, please." Got my heart pumping and the sweat pouring. Thanks again, PJ!
I fell teaching a virtual class at the beginning of the pandemic and tore my meniscus. I had surgery and I didn’t think I’d ever want to or be able to perform any jumping moves. I now do elevated burpees. I keep my knee healthy by rolling out my feet with a tennis ball daily. OMG! What a difference! 💜
This went by fast---just like my heart rate right now 😄 I finished all the rounds (so that they even out), even when the timer already went 😊 (Saw my comment from a year ago: still glad I did this, and thankful to still be doing these workouts with you, PJ! ❤)
Wow that got the heart rate up! Great workout! I was doing this with my 4 year old Grandson. So I was prompting him, "ok dead bugs". My Grandson " Dead bugs don't move!" Hahahaha that's my story and I am sticking too it! Thank you for all you do!!!! Cheers Heather
My goodness. You know how I really am NOT a fan of cardio, so when I looked at the video (I always check the videos out beforehand, to make sure I have the proper equipment and so I know the moves---I like knowing what's up ahead 😁) and saw all the jumping jacks, gate swings, burpees etc that have to be done AMRAP in FIVE-minute series---I was like 😳. Haha. But the hardest part of any workout, really, is getting your trainers on (or not) and pushing play on the video. Once you get going, you just do it and get it done! 💪👍 So glad I did it! 😊💕
Interesting to compare my stamina doing this workout today with how I felt five months ago. Well, yeah, more stamina thanks to constant training with you, PJ. Neurons were firing! Side to reverse lunge started out wobbly but got better when I focused on the move. Feeling more coordinated with these movement patterns. And, thanks as always, PJ, for including those of us in our seventies in your comments! ❤

Thanks for mentioning us 70 year olds…luckily this 72 year old has no músculo-skeletal issues! I remember some of your ladder down workouts that had 10 burpees or did you start at 12? Anyway this one was relatively easy compared to those. Fun workout; went by quickly.

I woke up early to get this day 12 done before taking a day trip to Jackson Hole with some lovely ladies. Cheat day! Earned it!
