    Loved this workout. AMRAPs are one of my favorite cardio workouts and this one did not disappoint. Is it just me….or does everyone LOVE getting a high 5 from PJ. I felt like I was extra good today ❤

    Never heard of or done an AMRAP before! PJ you are so right, as I definitely fall into the ‘don’t like cardio’ category, but as I have to do it, this was right up my street! loved all the moves and having the clock up doing the rounds was great and motivating. This is defo my favourite way to do cardio!! 👍x

    It was fun to push the envelope today, Baby! Air mail! ✉️ ↗️ My max bpm was 131, so for me that was keeping my heart in the training zone as we did all those moves. The first circuit was the most challenging for me. I liked this workout a lot. Thanks, PJ! 💓

    Wowser! This one took off so quick and never stopped so I never even adjusted my fan! Didn’t realize it till the end! 😂🎉 Great speed! You don’t realize you’re exercising so intensely because you’re trying to do the moves! 😂❤

    I absolutely did not want to do this. I am SOOOO glad that I did. I feel so much better. The hardest part really is pushing play!

    Well that certainly got the heart rate up! I did the first round on the rebounder, which made it even more fun :) Thanks for a great workout PJ! I do like EMOMs and AMRAPs- they're fun, quick, and sweaty!

    LOVE this one. I have had to take a pause on lower body workouts due to stitches below my calf so this was perfect and was able to modify those lunges.

    Love this one! I averaged 130 bpm. When I started working it with you 1 year ago I had to hold on to something to do the quad stretch, and this past weekend I realized that I can now do it without holding on to anything! I'm so excited about that and feeling strong.

    I did 5.5 circuit for first round, 9 for second round, 5.5 for the last round. I burnt 114 kal for the past 31 mins

      Thanks PJ! I see myself improving! My heart rate rise up to well over 150 and training stress up to 2.4! I burnt 149 kal for the past 26mins
