Never heard of or done an AMRAP before! PJ you are so right, as I definitely fall into the ‘don’t like cardio’ category, but as I have to do it, this was right up my street! loved all the moves and having the clock up doing the rounds was great and motivating. This is defo my favourite way to do cardio!! 👍x
It was fun to push the envelope today, Baby! Air mail! ✉️ ↗️ My max bpm was 131, so for me that was keeping my heart in the training zone as we did all those moves. The first circuit was the most challenging for me. I liked this workout a lot. Thanks, PJ! 💓

Love this one! I averaged 130 bpm. When I started working it with you 1 year ago I had to hold on to something to do the quad stretch, and this past weekend I realized that I can now do it without holding on to anything! I'm so excited about that and feeling strong.
