TY PJ! Love abs with your head supported on the floor ! Are there any alternatives to avoid plank based moves ? I have severe neck and shoulders problems and holding planks, side planks, climbers or similares add to much tension on those areas …thx ❤️💐

Thank you 🙏🏻 I need to work on my abs I want to tone them I still have the last bit of stubborn belly fat that won't burn off but I'm also working on my glutes, thank you for showing the variation for people with osteoporosis, is it safe for people with osteoporosis to do glute bridges? There's not much flexion of the spine while doing a glute bridge but the neck does bend when I raise my hips and that's what I'm concerned about

I recommend v-sits, bicycle crunches, side crunches, ab crunches, oblique crossovers etc. Check out my workout "No Planks" for more ideas.

Yes, a bridge is osteo-safe - just make sure your head is on the ground and the movement from the hips.
