    Girl I was dying doing this one because I have been consistently doing your videos for the past 2 weeks. Didn't think I was going to make it to the end but the class actually finished before I thought. I was ready for more challenges lol Love this video Isa!

    Fabulous work out!! love your flow and your added happiness!!need to come back to it was having some hip flexor grabbing but I modified and stretched so it helped but will revisit and do it again, thank you so much for all you do ❤❤

    I’ve been doing the 20 minute videos for about two months and I finally worked up the courage to do a 30 min video. I enjoyed this and it was over before I knew it! The only thing I had a problem with was my lower back kept arching a little during the one leg circles. Those are uncomfortable for me. Any tips?

    As always Isa, your workouts are so good productive and relaxing at the same time. Please give us some more like Power Pilates and Piyo. Haven't heard from Piyo for a while. Has it been discontinue? Thank you so much.

    My lower back still hurts while imprinting even though I focus on my core and press my back down...will it get better or am I still doing something wrong? Pressing too hard maybe? Thanks for any tips :)
