Thanks Iza! I felt that in my hips/glutes for sure. The past few years I have experienced many losses, and my body has been really absorbing what my mind has been unable to carry on its own. The positive and mellow vibe in your videos (along with other activities including Qigong & hiking (combined with therapy and rebuilding my support system)), has been a really approachable way for me to move and to be compassionate with my body, and has been a boon for the healing process. I started doing pilates around a month ago by only following your classes (starting from years of zero exercise), and I tried this class a couple weeks back and I just couldn't finish it! Today I came back to this one and while I had to make some adjustments I managed to follow it all the way through. I love feeling stronger, I genuinely look forward to exercising every day thanks to your fun workouts and positive energy. Thank you!!
wow! its a bit hot today where i am so this sure made me sweat! glad i decided to do some pilates today anyway though because i feel so much more energetic after this

Love your Pilates classes! The weights definitely added a bit more of a struggle which I loved. The part with the legs while we laid on our backs was tough without any breaks, I couldn’t quit make it through. No complaints though, that just means it was a great workout and I know what I need to build towards. Sending love from Southern CA 😘
