I've had a mist on my 10/22 for years and I absolutely love it. I also have a custom built integral 22/45 that I love, but it is admittedly not as pretty as the s&w.

I have many handguns. Some of them very expensive. I picked up a Victory because the local store had one on display and of course the price was right... about $350usd. I love that relatively inexpensive little gun. It was not functioning properly when purchased so using the S&W website instructions I sent it back to S&W. They reworked some things and sent it back in 8 weeks... very quick considering covid had the whole country shut down then. I am so happy I don't even care it needed a rework. At 75ft I can blast the heck out of an empty catfood can offhand. I won't own a gun that does not hit what I aim at provided I do my part. Totally recommend owning one of these if you like shooting. I mostly shoot standard subsonic velocity which is a fairly quiet round even unsuppressed.

@@ReignOnDown I don't have a real desire for a fully automatic firearm. I would love to have an AR pistol in 9mm or .300 AAC, but I'm afraid that the ATF is going to be able to force us to treat them as SBR. Very little on my wish list would require a tax stamp or other permission, but suppressors are on my list. Imagine how quiet it would be shooting cci quiet ammo. Furthermore I use cci quiet in my 22lr rifle and the sound is about the same as a .177-.22 pellet gun. Additionally I have also used it in my 22lr single action revolver 22 and it is much louder due to the fact that there is a shorter barrel as opposed to a rifle that loses energy as bullet is going out the barrel. So it would interesting to see the level of quietness and velocity and accuracy out of a pistol with suppressor all ready being quiet all in it self. (PERFECT For small game, but ATF and policies now are making it harder and harder to acquire a suppressor without a lot of paperwork and waiting.

I would love to be able to shoot some 22 short sub sonic which is around 500 feet , or some other 22 short that around 700 feet and see how quiet those will be , too bad they don’t make a mag kit that will allow you to shoot the .22 short out of the .22 lr pistol .. of course I wonder if the shorts have enough power to cycle

    • @mattmarzula

Nice looking gun until I find it’s a 3” barrel with a can. Naw not a fan of cans. I love the report of a firearm. To each their own. Love your range👍
