Reasons I like your channel, from a professional communicator:
    1. You speak clearly, without a lot of aimless rambling, tangents, and awkward silences. You speak fast enough to keep my attention and keep things moving at a good pace. You don't drone or use lots of Umms and Errrs searching for your thoughts.
    2. Great subject matter. Although I'm a fan of 1911's, target and plinking .22's are my second favorite, and when my permit arrives, I plan on burning through a lot of rimfire rounds every month. My dad is giving me his Browning Medalist that he used to compete with. (Ever shot one? I'm excited. It looks gorgeous.)
    3. You express your opinions clearly, without being obnoxious or denigrating anyone who disagrees. You also speak to the camera as though you're just having a conversation with me, the viewer, not like some wannabe TV host. Authenticity is beats artifice every time.
    4. This one might sound weird, but you keep your hands clean. Nothing irks me more than watching a gun video and you see a close-up of some dude's gross, grimy hands. Have people never heard of soap and water?
Anyway, my compliments to you on a good job.

I usually don't leave comments, but just bought the Victory in these hard times to even buy anything! I will make several upgrades per your video one step at a time. I don't like the feel of the factory grips, not because of large hands but it just feels to uncomfortable, but first I will change the trigger etc. Thank you so much for your clear and concise video to guide myself and others and good luck with your future videos and competition. I will subscribe to your channel and hope you can reply a some time.

He inspired me to buy a "used" Racegun build sw22 Victory. TANDEMKROSS was great about customer service and their unconditional lifetime parts guarantee. A new twenty dollar eBay red dot, some TLC, it's back, add the TK thunder hammer and fire starter firing pin, it CHOPS cheep bulk ammo rims much more reliably then shoots an easy 1"@50 with it...and the thing is faster than my finger by far!
      Loves them "Stangers" too.

I picked up the trigger and the halo and had a chance to shoot it last weekend. Overall the trigger is very nice. The trigger pull weight is consistently just under 2 lbs for me (the gun has a couple thousand rounds through it, so already broken in a bit) and the pre and over travel settings are nice. The halo is pretty simple and works well, but I did notice it makes reassembling the pistol just a hair trickier. It closes off the back of the bolt so you have to raise the lower receiver up in between the halo and the recoil guide rod just right. Not a big deal, just a thing.

This video convinced me to buy a SW Victory up here in Canada. I like amateur target shooting with guns that are accessorize so I ordered basically every accessory from Tandemkross and Volquartsen including the same Volquartsen barrel for the Victory. Hopefully they arrive soon, I’m not too crazy about the new Easy Export system for shipments to Canada. I have four other .22 pistols with the Victory trigger paired with the thunder hammer and they make an unbeatable combination. Keep making these videos. Albertadon

Do a head-to-head with the new Ruger Mark IV. I'm sure it will have plenty of after market upgrades as well. That would be an awesome 22 target pistols review! Your stock comparison between the two was cool, but I like the options you choose and would love to see what you'd do to bring the Ruger up to this level.

What do you think about the Victory 22 from the Competition Center?
How does the trigger compare to yours? Has anything changed about your favourite pistol in the last 3 years?
Do you have a video what you changed on your Mark IV and which Mark IV would you choose for target shooting and which for plinking? How much sense makes the longer barrel of the hunter? Mark IV hunter with the target grip is about the same price as the performance center Victory 22. What would you choose?

The Smith & Wesson Model 41 has been tested and rated as a premium weapon “AS IS” out of the box without having to replace the trigger, hand grips, barrel, etc. I imagine that the extra costs to upgrade the VICTORY, Buckmark, and Ruger Mark 4 might wonder if one should buy the Model 41
    Even though it is expensive

It's my understanding 22lr ammo is not really "jacketed" but copper "washed" and or "clad"to run cleaner. The lead/wax bullets do fill the rifling better but the copper clads won't hurt anything.

I got to hold one with the Hex rubbery-feeling grips the other day, Carbon Fiber barrel and a Red Dot. (Show-room, didn't get to fire it, and there was a trigger guard on)
But thank you for this review. I'm in love and now have to prepare my wallet! This looks like it'll be "THE" pistol to get into some Bullseye leagues with, without having to step up to Walther GSP levels and "Medalist" level 22LRs. ((Long time fan! Love your work and your voice is soothin' and awesome!))

I tried the modded barrel you recommended; Volquartsen fluted. It did not even come close to the accuracy of the factory barrel that came with the victory. I shot it on two separate occasions. Both times the spread was twice the size of shooting with the factory barrel.

I have a Performance Center Victory with the following mods:
TandemKross trigger, Halo, captured recoil spring, compensator and safety thumb rest.
C-More red dot with 8 moa red
Issue that I have had is the very weak safety spring allows it to flip on after ever shot. My correction was to put the Cornerstone thumb rest on.
One other minor problem is that I have hit the mag release and dropped the mag by accident. Any suggestion as to how to reduce the size of the button would be appreciated.
I use FederalAuto Match to shoot Steel Challenge. In 1,000 I had one failure to fire. The RO picked up my round and it had a heavy firing pin strike on it.
Accuracy is ridiculous. Using a range bag as a rest, at 35 feet, I can shoot twenty rounds into an area smaller then an inch. I have pictures of it.
22 Plinkster what type of compensator is on this build.
    Lloyd Michigan

Bought a Performance Center Victory. Not sure what you would suggest for upgrades for a left-handed shooter. The trigger from S& W is an upgrade. Needed to bend the welded ejector part a tiny amount to correct a problem every 5 shots out of the box. No problems since.
Only use, so far, is at the indoor range. No other shooter has a 22... all larger caliber, and they barely aim at huge targets.

Nice review! I have a Victory on the way, as well as a fluted Volquartsen barrel for it. The upgrade-ability of this pistol completely sold me. One thing I don't like, however, and which really makes no sense to me.... is why the Volquartsen aftermarket rail does not include a sight notch cut-out, like the original polymer one. Being that the fluted Volquartsen barrel (but not the carbon fiber version) allows for a front site to be mounted to it I just think it would be really REALLY nice if you could take off the red-dot sight in a pinch and still be able to aim properly using just the rail and the front fiber optic.

Look up Tandem Kross on the internet. Tandem Kross designed, engineered and manufacturers the Victory trigger. The Tandem Kross Victory triggers are available for the S&W SW-22, Browning Buckmark, Ruger Mk 3 and Mk-4 22/45. Tandem Kross makes the Halo ring that helps to rack the slide.
Need to have various gunsmithing screwdrivers, angled picks, locking forceps, a small needle nose pliers, small roll pin punches, plastic tipped tap hammer.
Tandem Kross, Midwest Gunworks, Brownells, Striplin Custom Gunworks, MidwayUSA are sources to get parts.
Installed all these upgrades in the video and more on a Browning Buckmark. Excellent quality and worth every penny spent. Here's a tip when using the Victory trigger. Press the trigger at the very bottom. Get your finger as low as possible on that trigger. After firing you may notice that the trigger sear has not reset. The perceived feel of the trigger will be lighter. So you will need to get accustomed to separating your finger from the trigger to reset the sear. You will definitely notice a difference with the Tandem Kross Victory trigger installed.

But I hated the Ruger, because of the Cleaning circus that had to be done to clean the pistol. I love the victory very much, oh I only kept the Ruger for about 4 months, someone offered me a decent price, Ruger gone. If Ruger had introduced the mk4 earlier, I probably have got it.

Which barrel is better? Volquartsen Firearms I-Fluted with Thread Cover Stainless Steel Barrel, Ridge-Lite™ SW22® Victory™ Barrel Upgrade by Tactical Solutions or Volquartsen Firearms Carbon Fiber Barrel for SW22® Victory

Quik question. I've had my victory for a little over a week, great gun and I love the halo and victory trigger. My only issue is like my custom 10/22 I'd like to stick with federal auto match. I don't like all the crap from shooting bulk golden bullets, when I shoot I usually blow through 100 rounds minimum. I cannot get my victory to fire, eject and chamber the federal wether it's spotless clean or not and I'm wondering if you or anyone else have had this issue

Spread all your shells out on a sheet of paper. Spray them with Hornady One Shot case lube, per directions. I give them a quick shot 12-18" away. DO NOT saturate them, just a quick shot in two different directions. One Shot is sold any where reloading supplies are sold, as well as on Amazon. $10 and it will do thousands of rounds.

Nice build! If money were no issue, what would be your favorite 22’s with accuracy being a big factor? Volquartsen scorpion, black mamba, or a custom build like this victory? Looking cute a higher end gun and staying under $1,700 regardless if custom or high end factory

    Hi,
I pretty much built this same gun. Do you ever have problems with it loading a round but not firing and won't eject the live round? Mine has done that several times.
