I would like to hear about the differences between the group e61 and Bazzera!

The bezzera brew unit makes more sense with the automatic dosage, it is a little more stable in the temperature than E61.
Nevertheless it is mainly a reason of personal choice, i prefer the manual version for home use. In a small office i think the automatic version is better. So it depends

Hallo, das sind ja sehr schöne Maschinen, die nichts vermissen lassen - vielen Dank für die Vorstellung.
Mich würden noch die Unterschiede bei den verfügbaren Brühgruppen interessieren, die E61- und die Bezzera-Gruppe, und welche Vor- oder Nachteile sie im Vergleich zur jeweils anderen haben, und die Aufheizzeiten.

How will the BZ groups head differ from the e61 i terms of impact on heat time or any other functionality ? also i don’t think the e61 can do pre infusion with a tank option ?

I prefer E61, even it snot that temperature stable. The bezzera brew nit is good with Duo DE or Matrix DE

Will Bezzera get into pressure profiling? I have the BZ13 and I would sell and upgrade if they do!

We will have more info after the C.. shit. This makes everything very complicated... so at the moment manufacturers try to keep the production alive, this is priority 1.

Due neue Bezzera macht es einem schwierig zu entscheiden zwischen der ECM Syncronika und der Bezzera Duo DE.

Ja das ist richtig !! Aber mir schmeckt der Espresso aus der E61 Brühgruppe besser muss ich sagen....
