    Im 71 so i put this on .75 speed. Of course it takes a bit longer but the hustle to position between exercise is slowed to a reasonable old dude pace.
    Also had to modify/cut a couple because of arthritis in the lats/shoulder area.

    10초 안에 자리 바꾸고 준비자세 잡아야하고, 시간 25초 되서 시작하고 자리 안 바꾸고 했으면
    30초 운동인데, 일부러 운동 하기 싫어서 그런건가 자리바꾸는거 너무 비효율 같네 굳이 왜 바꾸면서 하는지 이해가 안가네요

    The workout is ok but the music is really annoying and repetitive... Please don't ever use music like that. Put something calm, inspiring, instrumental and positive moody
