Great workout, but I recommend going back to high adrenaline ROCK music - it's FAR more motivating, up beat and energizing and keeps your body and mind hyped and pumped - as you're exercising to the sound guitars!
Hey, kinda new to this stuff. Want to ask how much you did it daily and weekly. By daily i mean did you only do the routine once or more than once a day? And by weekly did you do it everyday or every 2 days to rest?
@@tedted528 I actually do it everyday from Monday to Saturday, usually Sunday is my rest day, but on some Sundays I do workout on a cycle more, I only rest when I’m sick or having health issues, I also sometimes do it twice a day

Another abs workout, I'm definitely doing it, I did the 11 line abs workout, the results started showing how much I have workout on. Fighting!
