These armed thugs are being paid to opress and even kill us with our own tax dollars and it needs to end now. With what we see on a daily basis happening across this counry, there isn't a bigger threat to our basic human rights than police lawlessness and brutality and every person should have a camera running the minute they set a foot outside of their homes.

And, the 1 skill they really love to practice is the one where they draw their firearms and get to practice pointing their firearms at the citizen(s) hoping the citizen will give them any reason at all to be shot.
That is the scary part because *all too many of them*, secretly, would like to shoot the citizens and not one bit of remorse.

Not stand for that, but it didn’t have to go this far if they just seen other people as human and not have stood by blindly letting these abuses happen to them and let their race soldiers lose on the black community and defended them to the end like still to
Many still do! If white america wanted this abuse to stop they could make that happen over night but their whiteness won’t allow them to do their fear that another group may rise and grow in numbers and besides they need to keep us enslaved like the 13A still allows them to enslave Black Americans!

There should be immediate backlash compensation against departments that cause any bit of unwarranted "trauma" . People have been educated by society to just accept jail and being handcuffed and arrested, but these are traumatic experiences. They can be psychologically very impactful depending on each person's psychological make up and level of maturity or thickness of skin. You can get hurt or killed in jail by inmates. Inmates will torment newcomers just for kicks. It's not just waiting in a room. Other inmates with the help of police will make you stay in a state of quiet panic. Police can also do nasty things, his blood sample could have been swapped so that it came back with drugs or alcohol . They can easily find ways of making you serve time if they set their minds to it, and once you're in county anything can happen . They write false reports like nothing . I was once slapped hard on my face in a holding cell when I was very young by a cop who came into my cell wearing a glove so as to not leave a mark on my face. I was too scared of them to even file anything anywhere against them, I had no clue and felt powerless . I was attacked and given a bloody nose in jail for not giving my food away, frightened to death by them stealing flip flops someone had lended me, and then whispering threats at me when they walked by.
How many more people like me in America (not like Daniel Alvares, who seems to take it with cool stride) but who are scared of the police and not show it, are going through this, suffering police PTSD without really ever having done anything rea!!? I can assure you the US is another world all together when it comes to this subject compared to the rest of all other countries. If we were to take carefully anonymous surveys, in the knowledge that most people (more specifically males) in America are not even aware that they are suffering subconscious intimidation, fear or Police PTSD, for the purses of finding out the percentage of Americans who are suffering quiet psychological trauma in the US; that number would be immensely much larger than even the next country down from us (like the size and budget of our military) assuming we are not factoring in countries gripped by genocidal dictators. It's happening because our streets are saturated with cop cars usually targeting the same urban situations, targeting people instead of fixing society by investigating networks and getting at sources. They're keeping everyone at street level intimidated with warlike artifacts like cars, uniform gear and weapons, instead of advancing intelligence analysis and "bunker" busting operations.
The police should be recorded everywhere all the time. Everything that comes out of their mouths from the moment they punch in to work to the moment they punch out should be recorded. Nothing should be kept sealed, everything made public.
I never held a gun in my life! Never physically fought anyone, I grew up in Beverly Hills and had the life of someone who went to college and smoked pot all the time. Never sold any drugs, never robbed anything, and the few times I drove drunk I was never caught ... you know what I mean? And yet somehow, stupid things like neighbors reporting loud music and a pot plant being spotted on my balcony, or forgetting I had a court appointment another time, and some other time a speeding ticket, a lying family member who stupidly wanted to use the police to hurt me, or just arguing with police when they wanted to search me; ... abhorrently and weirdly ended up somehow creating a three decade long string of instances resulting in police office arrests or if not week ends and 20 day arrests in county jail etc etc, throughout all of my younger years, each time subjected to their sardonic condescending mockery and power trips, having to later watch investigators lie in front of your face and make up "narratives" to have you appear like something you are not in the hopes of landing you in jail, to the point where I just ended up leaving for good my Police State of a country and moved abroad. I'm now 57 and will not go back to the States even if you paid me, because I hate seeing police drive around acting like we are all part of their training grounds or some kind of war board game. They're sadistic and cruel, they laugh at you once they got in their space. I could not care less how many of them get killed, sorry but that's how I feel about them now, because I know very well up close and personal what they are really like to people in America, and why they chose the job they did, most of them anyways.
So when they end up getting away with taking people like Daniel Alvarez to jail, they are already harming him because I know what that immediately causes and what it can lead to. Even if only for a weekend, I already know they put his life at risk either at their own hands, either provoking a situation where he lost it and gave them an excuse to shoot him, or either by being in contact with other inmates where any number of dangerous situations can happen. They should pay dearly for every little unnecessary unwarranted hassle they bring into our lives, even if we are talking about unnecessary Court appearances, or just being taken into the station in handcuffs in the back of one of those hideous cage cars.
Subjecting your freedom to the unconditional power of a punishing judiciary which drags you into its inhuman soul killing system through the risk of their highly flawed unjust archaic procedures alone, is a traumatic experience in itself. The government needs to be accountable for this harm it causes our citizens. No one agreed to this, and so everytime they make mistakes all the harm those mistakes cause should be rectified and apologies issued. Like when people sue you, and loose; who pays you back all the grief, trauma and wasted time, resources and efforts the system forced you to spend and undergo, even when proven innocent! I think this is a point that needs to be addressed, and perhaps doing that will lead to a more intelligent and human system of Law and Order.

Beside getting rid of qualified immunity the fact that police are allowed to lie to citizens needs changing. I can understand nuance that allows using lies as strategy when interrogating someone who has been legally arrested with probable cause for serious crime. However, treating everyone as though being interrogated leads to abuse by the police. I have seen an auditor catch a cop in a lie only to be laughed at by the cop who then told he is allowed to lie.

For those who do not understand the meaning of 'Rights', we need to make it clear once and for all:
The 2nd Amendment does not apply to semi-auto rifles, nor does it apply to bolt action rifles, pistols, or revolvers. The 2nd Amendment RESTRICTS GOVERNMENT. The technology of the firearm is irrelevant.
The restrictions on government remain the same, regardless of the firearm. The Second Amendment was not written to grant permission for citizens to own and bear firearms. It forbids government interference in the right to keep and bear arms, period.
The right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.
This also applies to the other 'Rights!.
They are not granted, they stipulate inherent rights that the government may not prohibit."
      LAW OF THE LAND
The general misconception is that any statute passed by legislators bearing the appearance of law constitutes the law of the land. The U. S. Constitution is the supreme law of the land, and any statute, to be valid, must be in agreement. It is impossible for a law which violates the Constitution to be valid. This is succinctly stated as follows:
"All laws which are repugnant to the Constitution are null and void." Marbury vs.
      Madison, 5 US (2 Cranch) 137, 174, 176.

      We all should.
Federal Criminal Penalty for Violation of Oath of Office
Federal criminal law is explicit and direct regarding a violation of oath of office by federal officials which includes all members of Congress. The law requires the removal of the office holder as well a prison term or fine for the offender.
      18 U.S.C. 1918:
Whoever violates the provisions of section 7311 of title 5 that an individual may not accept or hold a position in the Government of the United States or the government of the District of Columbia if he (1) advocates the overthrow of our constitutional form of government [and] shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year and a day or both."
      Oath.
State and local police generally swear an oath to the United States Constitution, as civil service or uniformed service officers, stating: “I, officer name, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God.” This section does not affect other oaths required by law.
Language may include “… to preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States [and of your state] against all enemies, foreign or domestic” so that state agencies are specifically named. This oath may be tested in an officer’s personal and professional life as evidenced by the increases in police brutality claims nationwide.
      Constitutional framework.
While the Constitutional framework addresses the exercises of power permitted under it, it has been assuming more powers that are not constitutionally-based in response to public demands for “action” to specific instances. Without the adaptation of spelled out amendments, these requested powers may not be legitimate and serve purposes that were never intended by the original legislation, based in part on the mechanisms of court outcomes that may be biased. As an officer of the law, any order received that is contrary to the Constitution of the U.S. or of your State is illegal. Compliance with such an order is not required, but may be and probably is illegal, and the issuance of such an order may be a crime, which obligates a law enforcement officer to make an arrest of the person issuing it.
      Federal law.
Under federal law, 18 USC 242, it is illegal for anyone under the color of law to deprive any person of the rights, privileges or immunities secured by the U.S. Constitution, and under 18 USC 241 it is illegal to conspire to violate such rights. It is a felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison. This could be applied to local, state, or federal law enforcement or military personnel who abuse the rights of citizens. Every state has a similar law.
If officers were to act in accordance with the oath they take when being sworn into civil service positions, the incidence of police misconduct and brutality might be decreased, in consideration of criminal prosecution for violations of U.S. Constitutional law that include police action against a citizen’s:
      * 4thAmendment right to be free from unreasonable government searches and seizures.
Police brutality attorneys are well-versed in constitutional law and are often a good resource when citizens feel that a law officer has acted with brutality or in a way that constitutes misconduct against the oath they swore to uphold as police.
The Dick Act of 1902 - Gun Control
FORBIDDEN! Were you aware of this law?
DICK ACT of 1902 - CAN'T BE REPEALED (GUN CONTROL FORBIDDEN) - Protection
      Against Tyrannical Government
It would appear that the administration is counting on the fact that the American Citizens don't know this, their rights and the constitution. Don't prove them right.
The Dick Act of 1902 also known as the Efficiency of Militia Bill H.R. 11654, of June 28, 1902 invalidates all so-called gun-control laws.
It also divides the militia into three distinct and separate entities. **SPREAD
      THIS TO EVERYONE **
The three classes H.R. 11654 provides for are the organized militia, henceforth known as the National Guard of the State, Territory and District of Columbia, the unorganized militia and the regular army.
The militia encompasses every able-bodied male between the ages of 18 and
      45. All members of the unorganized militia have the absolute personal right and 2nd Amendment right to keep and bear arms of any type, and as many as they can afford to buy.

The local sheriff is probably a good guy that doesn't pay attention to where his payroll originates from. The IMF is under the purview of the United Nations. A cop pulled me over and charged me as my twin brother. We proved him wrong the next morning and the judge dropped it without a court appearance.
For three months I couldn't drive because the same cop pulled over any car I was in to see if I was driving. He pulled over my employees, my family, and called my dad to tell him that his son was lying about having a twin. When my dad offered to show him birth certificates he told my dad he was a liar too.

Charges can ruin your life even without a conviction. I have a story. In my youth I had a hard time and my relationships had violence. I didn't see healthy relationships growing up so love meant war. I've been to jail 3 or 4x for domestic violence. I got help, got clean, became a better person. Unfortunately, I raised kids in that environment and it really affected my daughter. She's very angry with me for her upbringing and I was trying to help her, bc she's just how I was. I spent 5k and got us a brand new 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. I spoke to my daughter for about a month prior about the importance of her only calling the police in an emergency, that if she did call cops and it wasn't an emergency, that it would be devastating to me and to her. She has two boyfriends and insisted they were staying with us. I didn't want that. Anyways, we were there and on the second night she got drunk and was screaming at me that I was a fat c***& anything else you can think of to be mean and nasty. She wound up beating the shit out of me. Literally. Like a dude on the street. Then, she picked up a purple eyebrow razor and cut herself on her non dominant left arm. Then she called the cops. She'd kicked a hole in my door too. She told them I stabbed her! She had her boyfriends say the same and cops believed her. They took me to jail on a felony. I'm out on bond and bc of my priors, I'm very scared that I will go to prison. I told the truth. How do I prove my innocence? I lost my new home, I can even go there. What's worse is that I'm back in this little tin cottage but now I'm sleeping on plywood and foam. She took everything. All the furniture, all the supplies I had just purchased. She even took my ceramic baby handprint of my son and slammed it on the ground. I don't ever want to see it talk to her again. It's a total loss. I love her but I'm not a punching bag. I don't know if they collected the razor but, can I ask them to DNA test it or finger print test it, if they did? I want to also take a polygraph- anything to clear my name. Does anyone have any advice? My heart hurts so bad. I am petrified. I've worked very hard to change and now all of this is happening. What do I do? Shouldn't I have also been able to fill out a statement bc of her assault. Also the cuts and bruises from the cuffs are scaring. Can I file a complaint? Were any of my rights violated, any advice at all is appreciated.

I would try to get an attorney. Even though you care about your daughter, you have to protect yourself. I am not sure how old she is
but if she is an adult 18, you should tell her she can not stay with you. If she is not an adult then, take the advice of an attorney about her abusive behavior toward you! If she is having that much trouble, you may need to get her psychiatric care for her
drinking and abusive behavior. Just my opinion. There are counselors in family court for dealing with abuse.
With your experience in the system, you should be able to connect with someone that can help you!

Hire a good criminal defense attorney immediately. If you don't, you'll probably be convicted. Don't get a public defender because they will probably try to persuade you to take a plea deal. Hire a private attorney if you can afford it. Have your attorney help you write a sworn affidavit telling your side of the story. Make sure everything you write is completely accurate and true. The comment you wrote (above) is a good start. Your attorney should file the affidavit with the prosecutor and the court.
Have your attorney file a motion demanding that the razor be fingerprinted and DNA tested. I'm assuming that your fingerprints and DNA won't be on the razor. This is the key to proving your innocence. Your attorney must prove that your daughter and her boyfriends lied. The razor is the crucial piece of evidence. If your daughter caused any visible wounds on your face or body, take photos. Also, get a copy of the police report, any witness statements, and any other evidence that the prosecution has. Do it as soon as possible. Don't procrastinate.
Get your daughter out of your life and keep her out of your life. If she is so screwed up in the head that she would cut herself with a razor to frame you for a felony, you need her out of your life. Don't feel guilty about it, just get rid of her. She's a dangerous threat at this point. Maybe in a few years, she'll grow up and get better. Time will tell.

Millions of women have made the mistake of forgiving their abusers, which only causes the cycle of violence to continue. Elizabeth needs to remove this abusive, toxic relationship from her life. She can consider forgiveness in a few years if her daughter's behavior improves. This Behavior by the police is fluent throughout the United States. I was pulled over on my motorcycle in Kern County after literally only driving from the motel that I was in to across the street 30 ft. As in Daniel's case there were four Highway Patrol wait for me to leave and the second I left I knew they were coming I just pulled over. I was arrested for DUI, this is 7:30 in the morning, once I was taken to the station I was given the breathalyzer test and I blew a 0.0 but still they kept me for saying I was drunk. I have never drank and I have never done drugs. And still with a 0.0 they locked me up for the weekend. When we got to court they dismissed the DUI charge and instead charged me with reckless driving.
This behavior is all too common and I believe what really would sequester such would be to have a citizen formed oversight committee that has no relation to the police departments and their job would be to examine every viable complaint filed against the police. The next thing that would curb this attitude is if an outside committee found the police negligent and this becomes the common practice with that officer in that officer should be terminated. They have a power mentality and when you challenge that power they do not like it and in Daniel's case they stalk them which is another heavy criminal act. They used their badge which yields great power, this badge puts them above any citizen while allowing them to arbitrarily decide what they are going to do with that power. So to end this there must be accountability and the police have no ability to enforce this on themselves.

I was beaten by over 25 officers on January 15th 2023. After being raked out of the mud, I found I had suffered many serious. What can I do?

He needs to file lawsuits and hopefully win a big settlement. It is expensive but he should get reimbursed through the settlements. Or, he needs to find an attorney that will rep him for a percentage. If the harassment can be proven from all these retaliatory stops, he can probably sue the cops individually.

    • @siriosstar4789
      @siriosstar4789 Год назад +4

Tim c - winning a lawsuit against the police does zero to stop the abuse . they are not paying for it .
The only way to stop this abuse is for a settlement to come out of the individual officers own money .
first qualified immunity has to be repealed . Then individual officers should be forced to carry insurance and or a bond with the stipulation that repeat offenses delete their insurance and in addition to that , an officer cannot work in any police department without insurance . Don't leave the revoking of the insurance up to the insurance company . make it so that the insurance company must revoke their license to work after 2 or 3 offenses . no questions or appeals . finished ,done off the police force for EVER.

The FACT that YOU have said evidence is a clear indication that there is no discrimination when it comes to a conviction/ suspension / termination... for the 'club'.

I use to get pulled over by the cops all the time and was never given a ticket or a warning. So I went to the police station and asked for the Chief of Police, when he came out into the lobby I told him that I had been documenting every time I was pulled over and which cop it was, time and date for the last year and a half. I said, I now have an attorney and he has all the information, and my attorney said next time I get pulled over and I don't get a ticket or a warning, we are going to file a Harrassment Law Suit. I haven't been pulled over since. And I never had an attorney. Oh the reason they kept pulling me over was to try and catch me drunk driving, but I don't drive if I drink.
