If you are denied a sobriety test or breathalyzer test by police, dui charges should be dropped by the booking magistrate and the person immediately released.
When the cops are this corrupt and power tripping to this extent, it's time for major reform and time for huge class action lawsuits to put their power in check. These armed thugs are being paid to opress and even kill us with our own tax dollars and it needs to end now. With what we see on a daily basis happening across this counry, there isn't a bigger threat to our basic human rights than police lawlessness and brutality and every person should have a camera running the minute they set a foot outside of their homes.
@andrew You are right especially in my community but the good thing is they are starting to do this to their own so now white Americans are waking up to the evil that these race soldiers have been doing to the black community for decades generation after generations! It’s time this comes to an end and they realize they work for us we don’t work for them once that is made clear a lot of this would stop that next day!
I hope these Government Goons will soon learn their lessons. But I have found that lessons not learned in Blood are quickly forgotten. Sic Semper Evello Mortem Tyrannis!
I was arrested while door dashing by the police over suspected DUI. I was at the drive thru speaker of a McDonald's about to tell them my order when the police contacted me. They gave me a breathalyzer which was 0.00. Then arrested me. This type of behavior from the police happens all too often
the police are all tyrants nowadays, they act according to their feelings, not the law. major reforms of law enforcement or defund the police, let those scumbags decide what they want.
@Robert Ray if you're ignoring corruption, crimes, and abuse of power in order to maintain a sense of self preservation, the law would call that an accessory if it weren't for qualified immunity. Lapd has it's own gangs that run precincts, and federal grant programs and evidence proceeds sharing for auction have incentivized unfounded arrests and 4th amendment violations, and if they're wrong, you can sue them to get your stuff back according to the feds, but all costs are on you.
I got treated this way many years ago. The officers showed just how little they cared about law, how big of cowards they were and by the time it was said and done, some resigned and went to other areas, but some resigned and found new careers. It's a shame these cowardly criminals are given a badge to begin with!
Rita, it has always been that way. That was the whole reason for starting the branch of free masonry that is for the common man. This gives them a pool of folks to choose the most corrupt folks from.
Right All the while practicing their lies and practicing their ability to escalate a simple traffick stop along with the opportunity to practice their detainment skills and their hand cuffing skills and their arrest skills and then their skills writing a citation and then their skills at falsifying the facts of the incident on their reports. And, the 1 skill they really love to practice is the one where they draw their firearms and get to practice pointing their firearms at the citizen(s) hoping the citizen will give them any reason at all to be shot. That is the scary part because *all too many of them*, secretly, would like to shoot the citizens and not one bit of remorse. They *are* thugs in uniform. Had they lived in Germany during the Nazi reign of terror they would have eagerly joined the SS or Gestapo...😖😖😖
It's definitely time for RICO Investigations on the these Gangsters and Thugs. Also definitely time for RICO Charges, Arrests, Indictments, Prosecutions, Convictions, & Sentencings..
18 USC 242 Deprivation of rights under color of laws. 18 USC 241 Conspiracy against rights. Both have “death” as possible punishment for kidnapping, like two days in jail for breaking no laws.
@anthony Brother brother brother! I have been saying this for years! They are a gang and commit crimes on a daily basis murder & everything this will come to a head these race soldiers are now eating their own and white America will Not stand for that, but it didn’t have to go this far if they just seen other people as human and not have stood by blindly letting these abuses happen to them and let their race soldiers lose on the black community and defended them to the end like still to Many still do! If white america wanted this abuse to stop they could make that happen over night but their whiteness won’t allow them to do their fear that another group may rise and grow in numbers and besides they need to keep us enslaved like the 13A still allows them to enslave Black Americans!
@peoples Look the needle will never budge unless white Americans stand up and say enough is enough and do the right thing! But I don’t that would ever happen because of the fear that other groups would grow in number if they were left alone! But the good news is they are starting to do some of the things that they have been allowed to do to us and now being done to white Americans so hopefully they keep doing it so white Americans get tired of it!
I am proud of you and your platform I wish that there was people like you over 40 years ago when all my rights were violated as a minor for using my body as a human shield to protect two young women and I was attacked by 12 to 15 bullies and I was charged with false charges of assault when I was the one who was assaulted and locked up for almost 2 years The corruption has been around for decades Phones and cameras have brought it everyone's attention God bless and godspeed
im from louisiana and i was stopped 6 times in one month from the same state police officer and when i filed a complaint i was stopped again and my license was taken when they claim i didnt have insurance but when i showed them my card and the date they said it was to late they already took the plate off and i had to drive 40 miles to state headquarters to get it back and the officer i first complained about was given a better job this went on for years until i finally had to leave the state
Same crap here..I'm in Nola...and a cop got fired down in Gretna for not arresting innocent people and writing false traffic fines...the cop got fired and talked to FBI...in New Orleans..the Nola FBI told him in his face..no..no the FBI won't investigate the Gretna police...no B's go look it up...these cities.. municipality are low on tax money for their departments and are doing crazy stuff to innocent working people..they other day I heard a cop talking to his gf..he was waking past me and complaining about having only 2 patrol cars and only 4 cops for the entire east new Orleans area....it's crazy...
If he's "Drunk" as you claim give him a breathalyzer test. Oh wait that would require Cops actually knowing what their doing, & don't have an Axe to grind. 🤦🏿💢
Theyre building a case file of encounters. So when cips shoot him for handing over his drivers license the coos can say they had previously encountered him for armed felonies or whatever lie they want to go with this time.
I get why he initially paid the bogus tickets. The injustice system is run like a business. The intent is for you to take the path of least resistance by signing a piece of paper that says you did something that you didn’t do so your life will go back to “normal” as quick as possible. I pleaded guilty to a bogus DA charge because, even though my ex was batshit crazy, my sentence was going to be a slap on the wrist compared to the inconvenience and aggravation of going to trial. Never again!!!
If you're a man, and have a bat shit crazy wife..... You will never win. They will always believe the woman and will have zero chance. Especially if your bat shit crazy wife was a COP!!! Luckily, for me, I ditched her before the police got involved.... Which is what would have eventually happened. I was smart enough to realize it was going that direction.
Sue the County for false arrest. Ask for 1 billion dollars in punitive damages. People are so thoroughly disgusted with the corruption of the Los Angeles County Sheriff's department you could get a jury that will award punitive damages large enough to bankrupt Los Angeles County.

The only way the harassment will stop is if he starts filing lawsuits and winning big awards. It is expensive, but hopefully he will be reimbursed from the settlements.
@@tomhollis7988 They wear them because they think it makes them look cool. Makes them feel like they're flying a 747 instead of a police cruiser that's paid for with taxpayer money.
The behavior of these officers are deplorable and this kind of harassment goes on every day all around the country. Police policies and training must have a complete overhaul, people are sick and tired of the police never taking accountability and getting away with abusing their authority. We need to vote/abolish QUALIFIED IMMUNITY so they are held personally responsible and accountable. That is the change we need and major reform .
The ONLY 2 ways is to stop commerce. Or instant recall of mayor's and governors. Can't vote, sue, or train this away. The problem ultimately goes to the highest offices.
ALL qualified immunity SHOULD BE ABOLISHED AND THE COPS SHOULD BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR ACTIONS! AND IF ENOUGH PEOPLE WHO ARE STOPPED BY THESE FILTHY LYING COPS,START FILING ENOUGH LAWSUITS AGAINST THEM, MAYBE THEY WILL GET THE MESSAGE THAT YOU CANNOT KEEP ON HARASSING PEOPLE AND NOT PAY FOR YOUR STUPID ACTIONS! THIS WIL END!AND WE THE PEOPLE WILL SEE THAT THIS IS STOPPED!AND THE COPS JAILED!
He can’t release dashcam footage because without editing, it probably would not show him being in the right. There is a point where everyone can tell a group in a car is up to no good. This is more than likely the case. Also dude, if you don’t want to be stopped, then don’t do stupid shit like driving around with the plate off the front of your car.
@Ben Dover There are apps that are specifically designed to securely upload and store your videos in real time, on secured servers. At least one company allows you to automatically send notifications to those you authorize, so that they can login and view the stream live. Another option if available, would be to have a secondary storage device that can be hidden elsewhere in the vehicle.
There needs to be accountability for these officers at the LAPD. Anyone that knew about or conspired doing any of this to this man should no longer be allowed to work in law enforcement I think that goes without saying. God-bless you and I hope you see all this through.
In the LAPD " accountability" is a party cops get for shooting someone or bringing in a particularly large amount of illegally confiscated cash or drugs.
Cops obviously have his license plate flagged in their system with some kind of note to give him shit for any reason, to harass him. This needs to go to court and discovery will most like show this. That would be a huge lawsuit for illegal search and seizure and false arrests.
I did notice that the girl telling the story said .. silly things like brake lights .. but she never said if he was b in violation of brake light law..
@@jamesgibson5876 i thought the same thing. I'm sure they have him flagged but if your driving without a front license plate which is required in CA well then you can expect to get pulled over.
@andrewtaylor7269 When attempting to engage someone in a urinating contest (requires multiple participants), and you fine yourself alone, it's called masturbating. Enjoy, clean your hands, floor and close the door behind you. Smiles Always!
There should be immediate backlash compensation against departments that cause any bit of unwarranted "trauma" . People have been educated by society to just accept jail and being handcuffed and arrested, but these are traumatic experiences. They can be psychologically very impactful depending on each person's psychological make up and level of maturity or thickness of skin. You can get hurt or killed in jail by inmates. Inmates will torment newcomers just for kicks. It's not just waiting in a room. Other inmates with the help of police will make you stay in a state of quiet panic. Police can also do nasty things, his blood sample could have been swapped so that it came back with drugs or alcohol . They can easily find ways of making you serve time if they set their minds to it, and once you're in county anything can happen . They write false reports like nothing . I was once slapped hard on my face in a holding cell when I was very young by a cop who came into my cell wearing a glove so as to not leave a mark on my face. I was too scared of them to even file anything anywhere against them, I had no clue and felt powerless . I was attacked and given a bloody nose in jail for not giving my food away, frightened to death by them stealing flip flops someone had lended me, and then whispering threats at me when they walked by. How many more people like me in America (not like Daniel Alvares, who seems to take it with cool stride) but who are scared of the police and not show it, are going through this, suffering police PTSD without really ever having done anything rea!!? I can assure you the US is another world all together when it comes to this subject compared to the rest of all other countries. If we were to take carefully anonymous surveys, in the knowledge that most people (more specifically males) in America are not even aware that they are suffering subconscious intimidation, fear or Police PTSD, for the purses of finding out the percentage of Americans who are suffering quiet psychological trauma in the US; that number would be immensely much larger than even the next country down from us (like the size and budget of our military) assuming we are not factoring in countries gripped by genocidal dictators. It's happening because our streets are saturated with cop cars usually targeting the same urban situations, targeting people instead of fixing society by investigating networks and getting at sources. They're keeping everyone at street level intimidated with warlike artifacts like cars, uniform gear and weapons, instead of advancing intelligence analysis and "bunker" busting operations. The police should be recorded everywhere all the time. Everything that comes out of their mouths from the moment they punch in to work to the moment they punch out should be recorded. Nothing should be kept sealed, everything made public. I never held a gun in my life! Never physically fought anyone, I grew up in Beverly Hills and had the life of someone who went to college and smoked pot all the time. Never sold any drugs, never robbed anything, and the few times I drove drunk I was never caught ... you know what I mean? And yet somehow, stupid things like neighbors reporting loud music and a pot plant being spotted on my balcony, or forgetting I had a court appointment another time, and some other time a speeding ticket, a lying family member who stupidly wanted to use the police to hurt me, or just arguing with police when they wanted to search me; ... abhorrently and weirdly ended up somehow creating a three decade long string of instances resulting in police office arrests or if not week ends and 20 day arrests in county jail etc etc, throughout all of my younger years, each time subjected to their sardonic condescending mockery and power trips, having to later watch investigators lie in front of your face and make up "narratives" to have you appear like something you are not in the hopes of landing you in jail, to the point where I just ended up leaving for good my Police State of a country and moved abroad. I'm now 57 and will not go back to the States even if you paid me, because I hate seeing police drive around acting like we are all part of their training grounds or some kind of war board game. They're sadistic and cruel, they laugh at you once they got in their space. I could not care less how many of them get killed, sorry but that's how I feel about them now, because I know very well up close and personal what they are really like to people in America, and why they chose the job they did, most of them anyways. So when they end up getting away with taking people like Daniel Alvarez to jail, they are already harming him because I know what that immediately causes and what it can lead to. Even if only for a weekend, I already know they put his life at risk either at their own hands, either provoking a situation where he lost it and gave them an excuse to shoot him, or either by being in contact with other inmates where any number of dangerous situations can happen. They should pay dearly for every little unnecessary unwarranted hassle they bring into our lives, even if we are talking about unnecessary Court appearances, or just being taken into the station in handcuffs in the back of one of those hideous cage cars. Subjecting your freedom to the unconditional power of a punishing judiciary which drags you into its inhuman soul killing system through the risk of their highly flawed unjust archaic procedures alone, is a traumatic experience in itself. The government needs to be accountable for this harm it causes our citizens. No one agreed to this, and so everytime they make mistakes all the harm those mistakes cause should be rectified and apologies issued. Like when people sue you, and loose; who pays you back all the grief, trauma and wasted time, resources and efforts the system forced you to spend and undergo, even when proven innocent! I think this is a point that needs to be addressed, and perhaps doing that will lead to a more intelligent and human system of Law and Order.
Scenarios like this will never end until we get rid of qualified immunity. When money starts coming directly out of these cops purses instead of taxpayer money then s*** will change
Beside getting rid of qualified immunity the fact that police are allowed to lie to citizens needs changing. I can understand nuance that allows using lies as strategy when interrogating someone who has been legally arrested with probable cause for serious crime. However, treating everyone as though being interrogated leads to abuse by the police. I have seen an auditor catch a cop in a lie only to be laughed at by the cop who then told he is allowed to lie.
I feel that's how it All started . They got to Lie when they were interrogating a person , but then they started lying outside of that room . I wish I really knew for sure .
@David See what you just said is how we got here in the 1st place! White america being ok with them lying 🤥 beating murdering just pure corruption to other communities but the problem with that is they will eventually do it to you there should be zero lying 🤥 zero against not one citizen because they work for all! Being ok with abuse For some will eventually lead to abuse to all! Stop being ok with abuse to others! All are innocent until proven guilty not the other way around!
@vivian 🛎️ 🛎️🛎️🛎️🛎️ you are right! How it all started was white America being ok with these race soldiers abusing the Black community but now they are coming home to roost! Being ok with abuse to one will lead to abuse to all!
@fmf Well you can thank the Supreme Court for all the racism and bigotry of this nation these race soldiers have been trained and allowed to abuse one community so now they are abusing all!
The problem is not just these fake gangsters. it's the judges and prosecutors who allow and back this behavior. So cut off the head of the snake and the body will fall. The sad part of this whole thing is when they place you in cuffs and put you in a cell for days at a time it takes a piece of you that you could never get back. #standup #enoughisenuff #fightDapower
@George Charles : What makes them "fake gangsters"? The badge, the uniform, and the sunglasses don't make their behavior any less than the same as that of real gangsters!

When there is no accountability for cops, power trips will run amok. Thank you for making the videos, as they help generate some accountability. You are the tip of the spear for public pressure.
the only accountability over cops is people who record them. the cops do not make us safe, they murder us, violate our rights and take our money. no more QI, no more police unions, no more allowing PD's to investigate themselves. if we can't get significant law enforcement reform, then we must defund the police and sheriffs to protect our rights and safety. as JFK once said, "those who make peaceful change impossible make violent revolution inevitable."
I really hope you cover the 13 year old who was hit by a cop in West Virginia. Witnesses said they smelled alcohol but the police said they did 2 breathalyzer yet in a homicide wouldn't they draw blood?
I went through a similar kind of harassment for years and finally found out that there was another person with the same name as mine but had a different middle initial. This other guy lived in the same town and had an extensive criminal record. He was also a deaf mute and a few times I would go to court and they would have an American Sign Language Expert for me but I could hear and speak perfect English. How incompetent is that? It took me a long time to discover this fact but my life and criminal history had already been destroyed.
There should be a Federal group that investigates any gross misconduct of any police officer and/or legal body to be certain that no Civil or Constitutional rights have been violated. That way they don't get to investigate themselves and their buddies.
Thank you for exposing these sad disgusting , vulgar & blatant display of abuse of power, actions & events of law enforcement officers that unfortunately feel across this country that they are above the Law instead of realizing that their position to serve and protect should be looked apon as & is indeed should be a sacred privilege & position instead of a warped & perceived right of theirs to use & abuse.
Mr. Alvarez could become a billionaire when he sues the Sheriff's Department and Los Angeles County for punitive damages in addition to actual damages.
As so many law enforcement officers continue to police outside the guidelines of their duties this will become the norm, and when something becomes normal people start to disengage what's really going on. We cannot let that happen. Law enforcement in this country will continue to violate the Constitution they took an oath to and they will never stop until we the people put a stop to it. Never turn the blind eye to tyranny, for you will become part of it without realizing it
Since March of 2020, people have shown just how willing they are to bow down to tyrants simply for the warm, fuzzy feeling of safety. Even when there is proof the measures taken never kept people safe, people continue to keep the tyrants in power....because safety. It's no wonder the police are more empowered than ever to violate peoples' rights.
I am so sick of this s***. I want every corrupt cop to be arrested, tried, convicted and thrown into prison for at least a decade. Also sued for every penny they have.
Too bad the people on the other side of the blue line don't feel the same as you feel. They hate people like dude in this video. He can turn his life around and be decent and prosper. Once you start to prosper, the people on the other side of the blue become threatened. They just want sheep and dogs and pigs. You are supposed to be rodents so that the sheep will feel like they got it good and the pigs and dogs will protect them. The cops just need to be seen in public so that all the little sheeple will think they are earning their pay. Nothing to be afraid of we got it all locked down. No monsters to worry about just this constant rodent problem that will never go away they just keep breeding and we need more funding this year.
The only thing that will change the situation is when enough sheep decide to break out of the system. Lucky it is too hard to ignore anymore, with all this intrepid reporting and video evidence.
The same thing is happening to my mother-in-law she took her ticket to court and fight it in court and ever since the cop has been harassing her and waiting down the road for her to leave her house he pulls over whoever sociate with her just to make their life hell. You want it to stop use this. The local sheriff is probably a good guy that doesn't pay attention to where his payroll originates from. The IMF is under the purview of the United Nations. Ever wonder why the social security administration is bases out of Puerto Rico? More info to follow.
@Sub if you are against antifa and BLM Please if he hasn't broken the law then they shouldn't be stopping him. Annoying someone is not a crime. Yall get me with that bs all the video wasn't shown or there had to be more. What do you think he did before the video picked up. It shows them taking him out of his car and bs search. Obviously stopping the same person 8 times tells you everything. These hyenas are rotten dirty thugs. That's all there is to it. Things will never change with people like you who because it hasn't happened to you then the person must have done something. Why, because a cop being exposed wouldn't just stop someone for nothing. Who the fk gets pulled over 8 times 😂
This is exactly why people distrust police. The problem is lawyers won't take a case like this and I doubt any court would even hear a case involving officers harassing someone. Making nearly impossible to hold officers accountable.

I had this happen to me. A cop pulled me over and charged me as my twin brother. We proved him wrong the next morning and the judge dropped it without a court appearance. For three months I couldn't drive because the same cop pulled over any car I was in to see if I was driving. He pulled over my employees, my family, and called my dad to tell him that his son was lying about having a twin. When my dad offered to show him birth certificates he told my dad he was a liar too. It took the threat of a lawsuit to get an apology, and since that day I've never been pulled over by another cop.
@@JG_Wentworth I replied to your comment previously, but apparently RUclips removed it despite having nothing against TOS in the comment. Times were different back then, I lived in a small town where the the cop could leave dead in a ditch from self defense, and my lawyer was the Mayor's lawyer too. Based on the info from him and the Mayor, an apology and leave me the fk alone was the best option. It also opened up to a correction on how they use their system including giving me a unique ID number instead of an alias of my brother's.
@@JG_Wentworth he was the lawyer for several Mayor's, and he is family. If I didn't have his connections I would never have been able to get this sadistic POS cop to stop harassing me in the first place. I tried to file a report against the cop, guess who took the report and refused to let another cop do it, that same cop. After my complaint he refused to file it. It took my connection through family and the fact that a little auntie (not related, just what we call familiar older folks from the islands) who we knew at the DMV to say she'd testify to make the chief of police force an apology.
@@mr.grotto And he suggested you *_not_* file a lawsuit after all that? The more you speak about this the more blatantly clear it becomes, no matter how many decades ago, this was an easy claim. Why would he not recommend you file a suit and settle out of court with an agreement not to continue being harassed? I don't see the folly in doing that other than expediting the speed of an apology and a complete and total lack of financial compensation for the months of torment you, your family, and your *employees* endured.

Charges can ruin your life even without a conviction. I have a story. In my youth I had a hard time and my relationships had violence. I didn't see healthy relationships growing up so love meant war. I've been to jail 3 or 4x for domestic violence. I got help, got clean, became a better person. Unfortunately, I raised kids in that environment and it really affected my daughter. She's very angry with me for her upbringing and I was trying to help her, bc she's just how I was. I spent 5k and got us a brand new 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. I spoke to my daughter for about a month prior about the importance of her only calling the police in an emergency, that if she did call cops and it wasn't an emergency, that it would be devastating to me and to her. She has two boyfriends and insisted they were staying with us. I didn't want that. Anyways, we were there and on the second night she got drunk and was screaming at me that I was a fat c***& anything else you can think of to be mean and nasty. She wound up beating the shit out of me. Literally. Like a dude on the street. Then, she picked up a purple eyebrow razor and cut herself on her non dominant left arm. Then she called the cops. She'd kicked a hole in my door too. She told them I stabbed her! She had her boyfriends say the same and cops believed her. They took me to jail on a felony. I'm out on bond and bc of my priors, I'm very scared that I will go to prison. I told the truth. How do I prove my innocence? I lost my new home, I can even go there. What's worse is that I'm back in this little tin cottage but now I'm sleeping on plywood and foam. She took everything. All the furniture, all the supplies I had just purchased. She even took my ceramic baby handprint of my son and slammed it on the ground. I don't ever want to see it talk to her again. It's a total loss. I love her but I'm not a punching bag. I don't know if they collected the razor but, can I ask them to DNA test it or finger print test it, if they did? I want to also take a polygraph- anything to clear my name. Does anyone have any advice? My heart hurts so bad. I am petrified. I've worked very hard to change and now all of this is happening. What do I do? Shouldn't I have also been able to fill out a statement bc of her assault. Also the cuts and bruises from the cuffs are scaring. Can I file a complaint? Were any of my rights violated, any advice at all is appreciated.
I would try to get an attorney. Even though you care about your daughter, you have to protect yourself. I am not sure how old she is but if she is an adult 18, you should tell her she can not stay with you. If she is not an adult then, take the advice of an attorney about her abusive behavior toward you! If she is having that much trouble, you may need to get her psychiatric care for her drinking and abusive behavior. Just my opinion. There are counselors in family court for dealing with abuse. With your experience in the system, you should be able to connect with someone that can help you! .
Elizabeth, you need to start recording your conversations with your daughter to catch her lying. From now on, if she acts up, turn your camon immediately. Or better yet. Install camera in your home in living room and doorway to catch your conversations with her to prove her and her bfs lied.
Hire a good criminal defense attorney immediately. If you don't, you'll probably be convicted. Don't get a public defender because they will probably try to persuade you to take a plea deal. Hire a private attorney if you can afford it. Have your attorney help you write a sworn affidavit telling your side of the story. Make sure everything you write is completely accurate and true. The comment you wrote (above) is a good start. Your attorney should file the affidavit with the prosecutor and the court. Have your attorney file a motion demanding that the razor be fingerprinted and DNA tested. I'm assuming that your fingerprints and DNA won't be on the razor. This is the key to proving your innocence. Your attorney must prove that your daughter and her boyfriends lied. The razor is the crucial piece of evidence. If your daughter caused any visible wounds on your face or body, take photos. Also, get a copy of the police report, any witness statements, and any other evidence that the prosecution has. Do it as soon as possible. Don't procrastinate. Get your daughter out of your life and keep her out of your life. If she is so screwed up in the head that she would cut herself with a razor to frame you for a felony, you need her out of your life. Don't feel guilty about it, just get rid of her. She's a dangerous threat at this point. Maybe in a few years, she'll grow up and get better. Time will tell.
The one thing that is more important than anything a also the hardest. In fact it’s literally impossible for most people. I know it sounds ridiculous but I promise that If you bring yourself to forgive your daughter it will release a massive weight of stress and discontentment
@@MultiFisherofmen Your advice is ridiculous. Elizabeth is out on bail, charged with a felony, and possibly facing prison. She needs practical advice for getting out from under the weight of this criminal charge. She is also a victim of domestic violence. Millions of women have made the mistake of forgiving their abusers, which only causes the cycle of violence to continue. Elizabeth needs to remove this abusive, toxic relationship from her life. She can consider forgiveness in a few years if her daughter's behavior improves. First, her daughter needs to tell the police and prosecutor that she falsely accused her mother, so the criminal charge will be dismissed.
Most likely true, unfortunately! Explain one thing though. Barney Fife NEVER had problems in Mayberry! He and Andy had great people skills! Look how respectably they treated Otis! His personal cell with key conveniently hanging on a hook! That's small town hospitality! I can't believe this behavior hasn't caught on in the " big cities " ! I know! It's fun to " pretend " life was this uncomplicated then. The ironic thing is that life was pretty structured as far as respect for others and themselves. I'm 73 and grew up in Newark NJ. You knew your neighbor 20 houses down! Play until dark every night with no care in the world. A very mixed neighborhood with every race and nationality. We ate at each other's houses, watched TV or played board games. When we got older, we all joked about how " race hustlers " conned so many dumbbells!
Stand your ground. I admire your resolve and pray your actions will exonerate you and their actions convict them. I support good policing and as a former Firefighter I have seen both good police and bad police. This is why so many have lost confidence in the institution.
Daniel needs to be extra careful. These guys may be looking for an opportunity to kill him. That's why they had their guns drawn. It's a good thing he did not reach for his camera.
Thanks Taya! This work your doing "is" important! The cops are the most dangerous gang in North America, and they are well organized and armed to the hilt" I have been harassed by every PD in Ontario Canada since 1999" I've been arrested three times, each time I spent ten to fourteen days in jail before getting bail...ultimately I'd beat every charges every time. Now I live in northern Ontario in the middle of nowhere, today Thursday the nineteenth of January 2023 I had to ride my bicycle to town for supplies and before I'd get 4 kilometers into a thirteen kilometre ride, two units from the OPP PD would harass me" So I really do appreciate all the copwatchers" Thanks boys&girls!!!
And people wonder Why the Eskimo and native Indians would live so far north into a harsh environment,.. just to get away from guvt's intrusion into their lives (..yep, even on those who live in the snow. Smh.) . BTW, how is the rf up there?
Oh and I almost forgot. Once more; Taya you are the Queen of this activism cause. You deserve to be thanked with a kiss every morning you wake up. Thank you so much Taya and Stephen for your invaluable investigative work. I will make a point of sending you some euros from my "safe haven" in Europe with some degree of regularity. I still get moved and terribly saddened when I think back at all the many many regular people I met in jail but mostly outside, who are the typical bread and butter of this sociopathic black white and green flood that has taken over and invaded the peaceful life of our country, making it the greatest cause in my heart so desperately hoping for change to finally come.
Auditor “Direct D” released an excellent video today January 20th & was very well spoken telling the cops off like an attorney / boss in the ending video. You’ll enjoy it.
That's an unlawful detainment and arrest. They went right from supposed traffic stop for the stop sign to "oh, you want to argue? You're under arrest". If there is a habit of this then the cops need to come under Federal investigation and have every single case they ever touched come under Federal review for contamination and fabrication of charges and evidence. Clearly the entire precinct is corrupt and there is no telling how many people they have done this to.
I learned about retaliation when I filed grievances against the superintendent and corrections officers for unfair treatment. Mind you, I hadn’t been sentenced for any crimes. I took my grievances up the chain high enough to make the superintendent uncomfortable, and he in turn used his power to try to break my will.. It’s ugly how dirtbags with authority will support each other in their sadistic activities against others.
Thank you for the important work you do. Please continue on with this emotionally grueling work. The citizens of this country need more people like you. Peace & Love ❤️🌸🙏
This is insane. Abuse of power is an awful thing. They are making it easy for people to demand accountability, and defunding the police. Terrible behaviour.
This Behavior by the police is fluent throughout the United States. I was pulled over on my motorcycle in Kern County after literally only driving from the motel that I was in to across the street 30 ft. As in Daniel's case there were four Highway Patrol wait for me to leave and the second I left I knew they were coming I just pulled over. I was arrested for DUI, this is 7:30 in the morning, once I was taken to the station I was given the breathalyzer test and I blew a 0.0 but still they kept me for saying I was drunk. I have never drank and I have never done drugs. And still with a 0.0 they locked me up for the weekend. When we got to court they dismissed the DUI charge and instead charged me with reckless driving. This behavior is all too common and I believe what really would sequester such would be to have a citizen formed oversight committee that has no relation to the police departments and their job would be to examine every viable complaint filed against the police. The next thing that would curb this attitude is if an outside committee found the police negligent and this becomes the common practice with that officer in that officer should be terminated. They have a power mentality and when you challenge that power they do not like it and in Daniel's case they stalk them which is another heavy criminal act. They used their badge which yields great power, this badge puts them above any citizen while allowing them to arbitrarily decide what they are going to do with that power. So to end this there must be accountability and the police have no ability to enforce this on themselves.
I used to think people like this guy were just obnoxious troublemakers, but as I get older, I realize that people like him are ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY to hold corrupt cops accountable. It really helps how level-headed he is!
They are never held accountable and they know it. Any civil suit will be paid by us. You have to be a despicable human being to do what they are doing to this man.
I do appreciate this channel and the work you all do to curtail police bullying and illegal violence . They are a menace to society a and they do pervert justice about 85 percent of them leaving many peoples lives in shambles. Thanks Tia and company
He needs to file lawsuits and hopefully win a big settlement. It is expensive but he should get reimbursed through the settlements. Or, he needs to find an attorney that will rep him for a percentage. If the harassment can be proven from all these retaliatory stops, he can probably sue the cops individually.
Tim c - winning a lawsuit against the police does zero to stop the abuse . they are not paying for it . The only way to stop this abuse is for a settlement to come out of the individual officers own money . first qualified immunity has to be repealed . Then individual officers should be forced to carry insurance and or a bond with the stipulation that repeat offenses delete their insurance and in addition to that , an officer cannot work in any police department without insurance . Don't leave the revoking of the insurance up to the insurance company . make it so that the insurance company must revoke their license to work after 2 or 3 offenses . no questions or appeals . finished ,done off the police force for EVER.
That's what I did. I got stopped or detailed 21 times in 18 months. Never got charged for anything. It all stopped when I started showing videos of them.
When damning evidence is required... The source is initially irrelevant. The FACT that YOU have said evidence is a clear indication that there is no discrimination when it comes to a conviction/ suspension / termination... for the 'club'. You & your team do excellent work and I Thank You ALL.
I use to get pulled over by the cops all the time and was never given a ticket or a warning. So I went to the police station and asked for the Chief of Police, when he came out into the lobby I told him that I had been documenting every time I was pulled over and which cop it was, time and date for the last year and a half. I said, I now have an attorney and he has all the information, and my attorney said next time I get pulled over and I don't get a ticket or a warning, we are going to file a Harrassment Law Suit. I haven't been pulled over since. And I never had an attorney. Oh the reason they kept pulling me over was to try and catch me drunk driving, but I don't drive if I drink.

With what we see on a daily basis happening across this counry, there isn't a bigger threat to our basic human rights than police lawlessness and brutality and every person should have a camera running the minute they set a foot outside of their homes.
POLICE RETALIATION that's all it amounts to...

You are right especially in my community but the good thing is they are starting to do this to their own so now white Americans are waking up to the evil that these race soldiers have been doing to the black community for decades generation after generations! @Robert Ray I have the affidavit
the police are all tyrants nowadays, they act according to their feelings, not the law. major reforms of law enforcement or defund the police, let those scumbags decide what they want.
The cops were drunk on power tripping, it is the order followers that make atrocities possible. Always hold them to account.
Rita, it has always been that way. That was the whole reason for starting the branch of free masonry that is for the common man. This gives them a pool of folks to choose the most corrupt folks from.

All the while practicing their lies and practicing their ability to escalate a simple traffick stop along with the opportunity to practice their detainment skills and their hand cuffing skills and their arrest skills and then their skills writing a citation and then their skills at falsifying the facts of the incident on their reports.

Brother brother brother! I have been saying this for years! They are a gang and commit crimes on a daily basis murder & everything this will come to a head these race soldiers are now eating their own and white America will
Not stand for that, but it didn’t have to go this far if they just seen other people as human and not have stood by blindly letting these abuses happen to them and let their race soldiers lose on the black community and defended them to the end like still to
Many still do! If white america wanted this abuse to stop they could make that happen over night but their whiteness won’t allow them to do their fear that another group may rise and grow in numbers and besides they need to keep us enslaved like the 13A still allows them to enslave Black Americans!
@peoples
Look the needle will never budge unless white Americans stand up and say enough is enough and do the right thing! But I don’t that would ever happen because of the fear that other groups would grow in number if they were left alone! But the good news is they are starting to do some of the things that they have been allowed to do to us and now being done to white Americans so hopefully they keep doing it so white Americans get tired of it!

This is NOT, NOT, NOT LAPD. This is Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department. A completely different department
All cop's need to be in prison
Cops obviously have his license plate flagged in their system with some kind of note to give him shit for any reason, to harass him. This needs to go to court and discovery will most like show this. That would be a huge lawsuit for illegal search and seizure and false arrests.

Theyre allowed to lie. Then they become compulsive liars.

For those who do not understand the meaning of 'Rights', we need to make it clear once and for all:
The 2nd Amendment does not apply to semi-auto rifles, nor does it apply to bolt action rifles, pistols, or revolvers. The 2nd Amendment RESTRICTS GOVERNMENT. The technology of the firearm is irrelevant.
The restrictions on government remain the same, regardless of the firearm. The Second Amendment was not written to grant permission for citizens to own and bear firearms. It forbids government interference in the right to keep and bear arms, period.
The right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.
This also applies to the other 'Rights!.
They are not granted, they stipulate inherent rights that the government may not prohibit."
LAW OF THE LAND
The general misconception is that any statute passed by legislators bearing the appearance of law constitutes the law of the land. The U. S. Federal Criminal Penalty for Violation of Oath of Office
Federal criminal law is explicit and direct regarding a violation of oath of office by federal officials which includes all members of Congress. The law requires the removal of the office holder as well a prison term or fine for the offender.
18 U.S.C. 1918:
Whoever violates the provisions of section 7311 of title 5 that an individual may not accept or hold a position in the Government of the United States or the government of the District of Columbia if he (1) advocates the overthrow of our constitutional form of government [and] shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year and a day or both."
Oath.
State and local police generally swear an oath to the United States Constitution, as civil service or uniformed service officers, stating: “I, officer name, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God.” This section does not affect other oaths required by law.
Language may include “… to preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States [and of your state] against all enemies, foreign or domestic” so that state agencies are specifically named. This oath may be tested in an officer’s personal and professional life as evidenced by the increases in police brutality claims nationwide.
Constitutional framework.
While the Constitutional framework addresses the exercises of power permitted under it, it has been assuming more powers that are not constitutionally-based in response to public demands for “action” to specific instances. Without the adaptation of spelled out amendments, these requested powers may not be legitimate and serve purposes that were never intended by the original legislation, based in part on the mechanisms of court outcomes that may be biased. As an officer of the law, any order received that is contrary to the Constitution of the U.S. or of your State is illegal. Compliance with such an order is not required, but may be and probably is illegal, and the issuance of such an order may be a crime, which obligates a law enforcement officer to make an arrest of the person issuing it.
Federal law.
Under federal law, 18 USC 242, it is illegal for anyone under the color of law to deprive any person of the rights, privileges or immunities secured by the U.S. Constitution, and under 18 USC 241 it is illegal to conspire to violate such rights. It is a felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison. This could be applied to local, state, or federal law enforcement or military personnel who abuse the rights of citizens. Every state has a similar law.
If officers were to act in accordance with the oath they take when being sworn into civil service positions, the incidence of police misconduct and brutality might be decreased, in consideration of criminal prosecution for violations of U.S. Constitutional law that include police action against a citizen’s:
* 4thAmendment right to be free from unreasonable government searches and seizures.
Police brutality attorneys are well-versed in constitutional law and are often a good resource when citizens feel that a law officer has acted with brutality or in a way that constitutes misconduct against the oath they swore to uphold as police.

@@mr.grotto No way in hell I'd trust a lawyer that's also basically working for the people I'm opposed to. Seems a little counter intuitive tbh

I am not sure how old she is
but if she is an adult 18, you should tell her she can not stay with you. If she is not an adult then, take the advice of an attorney about her abusive behavior toward you! If she is having that much trouble, you may need to get her psychiatric care for her
drinking and abusive behavior.
People would be absolutely be shocked if they new how much of this go on especially in small towns
I know, I have dealt with it.

This is Las Angles County, California with almost 10,000,000 residents! That’s NOT a small town!

Clearly the entire precinct is corrupt and there is no telling how many people they have done this to.
this is pure corruption.
Retired cop here. I find these incidents extremely disturbing. Abuse of power
They're not police, they're SS soldiers of the American Gestapo.
I was beaten by over 25 officers on January 15th 2023. After being raked out of the mud, I found I had suffered many serious. What can I do?
I used to think people like this guy were just obnoxious troublemakers, but as I get older, I realize that people like him are ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY to hold corrupt cops accountable. It really helps how level-headed he is!
Isn’t this the third time Daniel’s been featured on the show? You’d think your coverage would discourage them from harassing him!
Instead I think it's having the opposite effect 🤦🏾♀️
That's true, but it's only confirming that they're going after him on a personal level.

They're not cops, they're SS soldiers of the American Gestapo.

I use to get pulled over by the cops all the time and was never given a ticket or a warning. So I went to the police station and asked for the Chief of Police, when he came out into the lobby I told him that I had been documenting every time I was pulled over and which cop it was, time and date for the last year and a half.
