But nevertheless the real winner here is " Mr compliance officer Ted" he got free marketing and more money in his pockets.

I seen in the interview you and your brother did that you didn't use ELD at first. Did you ever get caught not doing that or you started doing it before then.
From what I’ve read, if the the vehicle is under 10,001 pounds.. you are able to register it in your name. If it is over 10,001 pounds, it has to be registered under your business. You can double check that tho. Hope it helps.
