Kody is showing his full blown arrogance, by lending his relationship expertise to Christine's now husband David. Kody insists that David improperly vetted Christine for a relationship. He claims David should have inquired whether Christine left a good man or not. He later offered a theory that David would come to him asking advice about how to deal with Christine. According to Kody he will have to counsel David about remaining loyal to his wife.

So, I find it interesting that a man that’s been ‘divorced’ 3 times, has 18 kids, most of which he has no contact with, has 5 grandchildren, 2 of which would walk past him on the street and they wouldn’t know him, YET he feels he could council the only adult male in this show that’s NEVER been divorced, David is a widower. WTF?
Right? And all of David’s kids still speak to him.
When it comes to Kody you can’t fix stupid you just kick it to the curb. David needs no advice on Christine! Kody get a grip your not the be all end all!

That is probably mean, but David stepping into the role of Grandpa for Maddie's 3 kids when Kodi won't step up to it would blow Kody's mind I'm sure.

Kody has started feeling what happened. Truth Kody loved all of the OG3, Christine most of all. You don't stay with anyone 15-20 yrs. without loving them. And no matter how he felt in the beginning, he grew to love them all, in a much more real way than anything he can ever have with someone like Robyn. Robyn loves only herself. Kody is too proud to ever admit the truth, like so many men. He fell for a user who used him to run off the other women and now is going to chew him up and spit him out. It's what women like Robyn do. Can't say I fully understand how men can get so brainwashed by a woman but I've seen it happen a lot. I've seen good men, with morals and ethics change almost overnight. They go from caring about right and wrong to doing and justifying things they wouldn't have dared just a few days before. I think a lot of the problems Kody and Robyn are having now stems from the fact that she didn't know he was still being physical with any of them at all. She believed he was being faithful to her, lol. After all her solution to fix all of the now exes' problems at the time was to send him to their house to "sleep on the couch" not in their bed. This is what came out of her mouth.

Kody is a full blown misogynist...he's glad that Suki tells him that David doesn't regard him as a bad man just that he's meeting Christine where she is, and that male validation is more important to Kody than being civil to the mothers of his children. I doubt David wants to be "buddies" with Kody and that's very sad that Kody is so small minded!
You hit the nail on the head with every point. Janelle even had the weird mentality in one episode where she said it was hard to justify leaving him because he was a good man and hadn’t been abusive, how brainwashed was she!
I'd imagine that in their church that may be on a high scale and so yeah, they've been conditioned to think it could be worse.
She also is still in the position of having to “play nice” since all her assets are tied up with theirs.

I've been a wife of two, a mom of a few, and an observer of many men. I think Christine has a good one (now). I don't think David will say what he really thinks of Kody (on tv, or probably even in private) because he knows that wouldn't be productive, and wouldn't be the higher road. In his heart, I think he agrees with us all, that Kody's a stereotypical jerk. An overbearing, ego-driven narcissist, that loves nobody but himself. (Nope, not even Robyn, or her kids, because he has no idea HOW. He didn't feel it as a child, didn't understand it as an adult, and still, at closer to 60 than 50, thinks it's all about his pleasure, and what pleases HIM.)
Also if David is a legitimate business owner, he knows better than to start slinging mud about Kody on a public level. Maybe because Kody has nothing to lose, he's happy to be a drama magnet/loose canon!

James, oh where to start, Christine isn't going to ask Kody for anything ever again, and Kody needs to come back down to reality that David would ask him anything but to go away. Kody loved the OG 3 before Robyn came into the picture. Robyn knows how to play the fragile, abused, misunderstood little porcelain doll. Kody swooped in and it went to his ego to have a younger, thin and what some might call attractive woman.
Immediately the OG wives and kids were mean bullies to poor little helpless Robyn. So Kody had to continue to protect and shield her. The more she cried about being treated badly, the more Kody resented and neglected his original family.
Kody and Robyn get power from knowing the OG 3 and kids wanted and needed his attention, affection and time. Kody loved the power he had over them. He loves depriving them of his time and attention.
He would love for them to hang on, pining for any crumb of attention from him. He and Robyn loved seeing them sad, lonely and miserable. They don’t want anyone to be happy except for themselves.
Kody thinks he is such an amazing prize and no one can live without him.
He mentally, emotionally and then physically abandon his OG wives and children. And then acts like they’re villains for finally breaking free. They said no more and moved on. His fragile ego will never be able to handle it.
Imo, he also punished the OG3 wives and their kids by using the family money to provide more and better for Robyn and her kids because they obeyed and respected him. He is a despicable POS.

A fundamental difference between David and Kody is that David probably did the emotional work with himself after being widowed. It takes courage to go on a dating site and put yourself out there. He got to meet Christine's "bubbly" side and also share the difficult questions. So far David is treating Christine like a human being with her own life and desires. For Kody, it was about, "Christine was cool in our church so that would be an advantage I could leverage. And also I wasn't attracted to her so that gave me power." Crazytown, USA! lol

When Kody is talking about David coming to him to complain about Christine it reminds me of Ari telling the story about the girl at school stealing someone's man. His expressions, the way he moves his head and how he talks is exactly the same as Ari. Both scenes are very cringe worthy and creepy.
I hate to say this but something is wrong with that child. I can't help but feel like she is possessed. I know I'm glad I don't have to live with her. I feel bad for her, her attitude and loose mouth are going to lead to a difficult life, and I don't think it's her fault. I think the terrible adult conversations that have taken place in front of her, and her parents acting like her atrocious behaviour is "cute", is likely to ensure her future is as unhappy as the other females in her household appear to be

Kody needs to put his emphasis in Robyn. Christine relationship with David is none of damn business. All David has to do is watch the show and he can see Kody character. Kody is on tv but he isn’t a multimillionaire and his only income is the show. Robyn got what she got because Kody was over all the families money. He doesn’t have that now the og3 is gone. Kody and Robyn has 7 mouths to feed and take care of. The og3 kids are grown and take care of themselves. I sure hope the love Robyn and Kody has can pay a mortgage, put food on the table, clothes on their backs, pay utilities bills. I’ve never knew love to do that.
Another question for me is why are none of the adult offspring living with Kody and Robin not working? Surely they could get some sort of job to help out?

I think Robyn is scared for them to be around others because they will figure out all her and Kody’s lies they have told them. And she has handicapped them to be slower then most younger adults

My husband doesn’t have any complaints!!!!!! My man still takes my breath away and we have been married 34 years…….. he kisses me every morning on the check before he heads out to the shop….. he fix dinner when I have to work late….. he will wash laundry when it gets overwhelming for me. I know he will need me when we get even older, and I will be there every second and vice versa. My memory not as sharp as it use to be but he is there for me to help me remember…. It took me ten good minutes of laughing before I started to watch by only reading the tag line. Poor Kody is so clueless. The only person I see in need of counseling and a reality check is Kody and Robyn. They really have their heads in the sand.

Kody’s self importance isn’t in the realm of reality.
If he hadn’t been that type. He would have realized early on that his wives were the stability of the family and they’re the ones who did everything. While he just puffed out his chest and complained when he wasn’t trying too manipulate someone. These women functioned independently from him and basically raised their children and kept the household’s functioning.
In truth he was of little importance and if anything was a pain in the butt.
Now it’s just him and Robyn.
They’ve thrown away even the relationships with the 13 kids. Will they be enough for each other? I sincerely can’t imagine living with either R or K. They’d drive me too drinking.

I cringed when Kody said he’d have to stop David talking badly about Christine. What planet is this guy on, seriously, David’s not going to speak to you Kody! All this nonsense about leaving a good man and Christine having to speak badly of him. He’s so obsessed with Christine. If he didn’t love her why is he so angry she left, why is he still angry she left like two years later. She doesn’t care anymore, she’s so happy she left, she’s moved on, I doubt she’s still talking about Kody and telling the truth isn’t ‘bagging’ him out. The truth just makes him look terrible. I’m sure she has better things to do, like living her life. She’s so happy and I’m so happy for her, and I think that’s what’s killing Kody. He’s so angry she moved on, so angry she doesn’t care about him, so angry she’s not pining for him anymore.
