I had jerky steering on my ZT mainly on the left side, I finally found the source of the problem to be the two pumps drive belt missing chunks of material from the inside of the drive belt. Why just the left side?

Thank you for watching/subscribing. I did also replace the pump drive belt and the pulley on the this same mower and that took care of all issues. In my case the pully was bent and was wearing the belt prematurely.
