I kinda feel sad for the new not so new anymore supply. She's really going through it and I wish I could just give her a hug. But she made her bed. I tried warning her 4 months ago & she looked at me like I was crazy
I tried to warn one too. Told her what to expect from him. She tried to use it against me thinking he would divorce me. She didn’t believe me when I said he refuses to divorce me so he can control me. My husband dumped her and is constantly in a struggle of begging me to move back in with him and getting new supply. He knows I want a divorce. He’s so messy. They can have him!!
I don’t know why ppl think the new supply will listen coming from an old supply - YOU are wasting ur time-

Did you listen to anyone before you got with the narcissist, if your honest with yourself you too saw red flags, just choose to ignore the red flags, we all did. The gut feeling something is not right but it has to be wrong. Well it was not wrong.Your choice but if you feed into the narcissist triangulation by getting involved with anything or anyone who is involved with the narcissist, you will feed into it and you will be destroyed in it all in the end. And you deserve to be free and healed. You are not alone. I am sorry you went through this. Stay strong. 💪💕

This is how you know its fake, when you break up with them & they have a new supply in seconds & theyre still banging down your door, taunting you & using your child to get under your skin. The truth of the matter is I was the new supply at some point & it wasnt NOTHING no one could say to tell me anything about this "love". I was love bombed hard. Hes afraid Im going to warn the new supply. Tbh I never thought about doing it. While I know it wont be the reason that person would leave, it might be a warning.

The narc got drunk and accused me of doing something we knew I would never do. I told him if this didn’t work, it would be his fault. His eyes got watery because he had obviously heard that before. Ultimately he started cheating and trying to devalue me. I left his calls unanswered a year ago. Totally discarded and blocked. TGBTG ❤😂🎉
She's lucky GOD was involved because I would have straight gave her the business! I'm cool😢 though! I'm still being stalked, but my ignore game is never-ending! My new woman is just beautiful inside out & out inside 🙏! Stay strong family! It's a daily grind but there is a lot of light once you feel that freedom from the narc and them monkeys! I just had a memory of this woman I was with in 2018, she convinced me to move in with her, by being overly sexual with me, we were laying in bed and I was being affectionate holding her, she pulled away from me and said I'm not use to that, so the next night I didn't touch her and then she begged me to be affectionate. They really do have a problem with being loved on, it's ewwe to them and uncomfortable lol. And then when you stop they want your affection back, and she asked why aren't you touching me tonight. Narcissist truly do not care, the narcissist is an addict and just like any addict needing supply, all supply will do. The narcissist brains do not work like everyone else’s brains, truths brain scans show this. You can research this, all truth. There is never any emotional attachment to anyone, the narcissist can not even love themselves so how could any of what you and the narcissist went through be real? It was all made up, to come in your life and TAKE all the narcissist could from you, as the con artist, the narcissist truly is. You felt and loved, the narcissist never did. Time to mourn that part of your life, let it go and move forward for you to heal, because out of sight out of mind, it is for the narcissist for everyone. The narcissist has out of sight out of mind because the narcissist lacks object constancy, either you are all good or all bad, never any in between. Research all you can on narcissist. Dont know what the new supply is going through. Not even sure who is the new supply because his new person is equally or more toxic. Malignant and very sadistic so I don't know who is feeding who.
I am getting more hoovers from his new persons flying monkeys so I am not even certain whose supply I was. I am kinda curious how things are going for them. But his new person gave me so much anxiety I couldn't function and he started mirroring her persona. I just ran. No contact with both and most of their flying monkeys.

My ex-husband tried bringing his new supply to my daughter's graduation. My daughter met her ONCE 2 months ago since he been with her a year. Said hi, and that's it. We just divorced, and he lives with this girl and her teenage daughter. He now acts as tho he doesn't have children anymore and does things with her and her daughter😒. My son is 10, and he hasn't gotten my son, but once over the year for 30 minutes. My daughter told him not to bring his girlfriend to her graduation last night.
