True! My ex hovered unsuccessfully and started the smear campaign immediately. Things weren’t greener with the new supply. He even denied he was with her even though he’d spent the weekend at a motel with her. He’s since recycled one of his baby mamas who was his high school girlfriend. She left him after she had their son because he cheated on her. They deserve each other!

Oh Yes... He tried to test me. He kept hounding me, and asking me to be his friend. Even the day that I left him, he asked if we could still be friends. I'll never forget it. My heart was shattered into 1,000 pieces and all he could say to me was, "Can we still be friends?" He looked like a little 6 year old boy. I was just a toy to him. He was afraid to lose his "play thing." That's all I was to him.
Mine said he hoped that someday we can become friends with respect and forgiveness. Absolutely ridiculous.
She told me that after 20 years of marriage that we should still be friends. I played stupid as if I was with it, once I moved I blocked her everywhere! Now 5 months no contact is firm!

I'm so proud of myself. I walked away and left it all. Cars , clothes , assets. The clothes on my back. We don't speak. I'm doing just fine. At first it really hurt. But everyday I feel better and I'm thankful to my God.

They are unstable. I think the discard was so abrupt and awful, that made me lose every last shred of respect I had for him. I was asked to meet face to face and literally never met, and filed for divorce/blocked instead. Now that I know about this, I am glad the Lord guided me through this process to protect me from MORE pain. Bless you T!

It's called set in supply after a discard. Your the one who has to hop off the shelf and not become someone's back up plan. That's why they like to create the trauma bond to keep you stuck on the shelf you have to break that and be on your mary way. It can be done Jesus will help you and you will for sure be set free!

You don’t have to go through all that if you discard them first . If you were the Grade A supply, it hurts worse when they discard you cuz you’ll be on the merry go around. But when you leave them it’s final Game over ..

You are able to heal in peace , when we do the discard it’s final. We had enough. When they discard, and if you were the Grade A supply, expect hovers & all the other BS.
They cannot return unless you allow it.
I did and it totally changed things for me with my narc. But every situation is different I assume.

My narc ex-husband discarded me. I felt that he would try to come back as long as I stayed married to him. So I took advantage of the situation and divorced his butt.
mine never came back. i feel lucky. mine too prideful and self center and care too much about there image. i was cheated on, gaslight, manipulated, controlled, lied to, devalued, and discarded then they did a smear campaign and played victim.. I went no contact two years now and i plan to stay in no contact. i believe it was a true discard.
That was the hardest part. Like how can you just yesterday tell me you cherish all these things, then today you just changed your mind? Like... Just felt really specifically hurtful. At first I thought it was a cry for help, but na, they just wanted to destroy me.

I can testify. My husband has started popping up at my church and has stalked me to find out where I moved to when I left in October and had the nerve to ask to take me to dinner like he was trying to turn me into a side chick. Wait, were still married, living in two separate houses, you call constantly and get no answer, call back every 8-10 days, pop up at church and want to take me on a date. Please. Narcissist are demonic. I ignored him Sunday acted as he was not there at all, I didn't speak, and he left in the middle of service. My church mother said he was angry because I ignored him and didn't even say goodbye and had the nerve to call my phone. I politely changed my number.

Yep! My narcissistic ex told me he saw no harm in us being friends, but maybe I do. He has discarded me for the last time. I finally see the light and who he is! He knows it and wants to remain. Nope!!! He is no friend of mine! He always said I was very smart! Yet, he underestimated my emotional IQ, self-love, and self-worth! I protect my joy and my peace without him having any part of my life. He doesn't understand what he is losing, or maybe he does. Doesn't really matter. I wish him the best.

The narcissist in my life is at the devalue stage. She is telling everyone who she can bad things about me just because I figured her out and stopped giving her my money and time and resources and doing nice things for her. Mines told me he made the worse mistake of his life and he going to be apologizing for the rest of his life, he said the new supply was evil and he was getting things in order to leave her he never should’ve married her, baby he had a run down he even came with a gift all that.. I discarded the Narc and he came back to heat check several times. When I was dating him he didn’t talk bad about his exes but he always pointed out flaws like she has no substance or she superficial. It was really him projecting his own shame, insecurities,and hatred on his old gf. However, that did not stop him from being FWB with the prior(s). I realize that was his tune so I got out his choir so I wouldn’t help them sing Yodelayheehoo 😅

He was juggling me with other women that he called his "friends". Turns out there was benefits also with them. Finding this out almost ended me. I definitely ended the relationship. The pain of the betrayal was the most horrible thing I've felt and experienced. He played me, used me, abused me and made me feel like a fool for believing his stories and ever giving a damn about him. I was shocked to have nothing but love for this individual only to be treated with hate and contempt. Then for him to force a friendship with me I repeatedly told him I didn't want. Nauseating and heartbreaking.
So sorry you went through this. Me too, but hang in there and take care of yourself dear. Take it one day at a time❤

Welp, my ex husband has popped up at my sisters house on Juneteenth after I left, popped up at my church and was engaged to his new wife at the time, and most recently, used my checking account to pay a $30 bill and had the nerve to text me an apology and asked me to let him know that I got the text😂😂 I also heard that he was complaining to his nephew about me leaving him while his new wife was in the car 10 feet away smh…That sucka discarded me…he started hovering me before he even got remarried. He was engaged about 2 months after our divorce. Leaving him and not looking back was the best thing that I could ever do. I have been in therapy for 3.5 years ( before my divorce ) my therapist has coached me through everything, even my new relationship.

My “now ex” started the smear campaign by starting at a new job and telling complete strangers things about me and our relationship that wasn’t true and just ugly. I mean people that neither one of us knew.
So true I was dating one for less than a year I ended up pregnant I left the whole situation. I’ve been watching your videos. They encourage me and gave me the courage that I needed to leave. I have now been separated for two years from this man he will not stop calling or texting or writing letters I have no contact order I don’t reach out. I don’t talk to him and I don’t talk to nobody knows him and I think you want me to God for spending your time on these lives to educated about things it really helps. I am living proof. Thank you.

I had to have an attorney reach out to mines to make him take me off his health insurance. Like how are you keeping tabs on me going to the doctor⁉️ A crazy person. He switched the bank statements to our joint account to his new address after the divorce without my knowledge because I don’t even look at them, until one day I opened an emailed copy then tried to lie. He’s triangulated with relatives. Like will not go away! But claims to can’t stand me, inssnity
You need to handle your own business, alot of what your dealing with is because of you not taking care of your own business.
