I make some pretty fair shredded chicken enchiladas with classic sauce. But this~ Mercy me! I watched several times and wrote down the recipe for that sauce. I will be the hero of my family if I can master your recipe. Thank you!
I made this yesterday for my family and it came out great, everyone loved it. Using the whole chicken for the sauce really lent a nice flavor to the dish, and this worked out because I used the rest of the stock for your Mexican rice and beans. Thank you for turning me on to epazote and avocado leaf, I can't wait to use them for more dishes.
Saul i saw you on the epicurious channel making enchilidas. I love cooking mexican food because truthfully its the only thing I know how to do. But your use of mexican tools to make the tortillas from scratch, such as the metate and the tortilladora makes me want to put more work and effort into my dishes. I was born in America so anything to make me feel more in touch with my roots. I love your channel

I made this. So tasty! I made crema, and it mixing with this sauce is incredible. I kept the broth, but I'm not sure what to do with it since mine is super spicy lol

Is it better to make tortillas from masa and then use that tortilla to make a tostada or just make a tostada from the masa without the middle step?
You can't make tostadas without making tortillas, so when you have the cooked tortilla just fry it
