Just made my first batch of blue corn tortillas from scratch, absolute fire! Habanero salsa too, got dayum. Just need to up the game on the rest of my ingredients lol.

I live in Texas, I love GOOD Tex-Mex, but Taco Bell is just SAD. I didn't think it could be any worse, but when my daughter moved to Wisconsin (near to Canada), and was LONGING for something corn-beans-comino-cilantro, she tried a Wisconsin Taco Bell....and THERE WAS NO SEASONING IN THE HAMBURGER! Maybe some salt. She said she wanted to cry.

Love this guy but he should of just said taco is commercial and latin American food is a native American and European mix haha Europeans use flour totitias and america use corn more we have a European american culture losely meaning latin American I wish everyone love happiness health prosperity knowledge

I made this yesterday for my family and it came out great, everyone loved it. Using the whole chicken for the sauce really lent a nice flavor to the dish, and this worked out because I used the rest of the stock for your Mexican rice and beans. Thank you for turning me on to epazote and avocado leaf, I can't wait to use them for more dishes.
