It must be irriitating to use that small button to look around in the game. I suppose that is better than using the A B Y X buttons to look around like in Call of Duty DS. Great review!
The C Stick is quite annoying indeed, I should have mentioned before that you definitely would want Auto-Jump enabled for this so that you can control your camera while jumping. Thank you for watching :D
I like this version more than the switch version because the switch version runs terribly for no reason. I guess it’s just because I have a big world, but chunks take so long to load to where it’s almost impossible to use an elytra to explore. The 3ds version has a reason to not run amazingly, and there’s a novelty to it.
Funny thing is that the cpu doesn’t overclock, it’s just it’s base speed. It really underclocks for older 3DS games. Also I have never had this game run that bad
I wanted to get SA2 running on the 3DS at one point, but unfortunately the architectures are completely different(DC and 3DS), the DC is also a bit intensive, it’s not been done but I’d be so grateful if it happened
Solid review going into it but i couldn't finish the video cause I'm hearing a really high pitched pulse emitted from your sound. I'm not sure how to describe it better but it might be the background music or mic feedback. pls fix!
Citra is the way to go for modern 3DS gameplay, but like most people you’d want to get “the 3DS vibe” when you actually have the console. Prices are insane right now which is why it’s the way to go but once they decrease I’d say it’s a purchase worth it
I'd love if Nintendo would release a new DS that's just as powerful if not more so than the Switch. Along with a new Switch console as well because let's be honest...it's time lol.
I definitely have somewhat of an explanation to this. The Switches GPU is quite underpowered, meaning any game that wasn’t designed by Nintendo(being Minecraft in this case) will perform quite unstable since it isn’t fully switch optimized so it reaches 60FPS in all areas, there’s the 30FPS lock on it which makes the game horrible to play. It’s made to stop the inconsistency of FPS dips. Thank you for watching!
@@wafflebellSwitch ain’t too bad. The only noticeable things are long world loading times and combat. It is impossible to shoot a bow with the way the sensitivity works. I wished Minecraft captivated on the fact the switch has very good gyro. But is still playable nonetheless. I made a German “camp” to scale with a fully working train station and other commands to to do specific things. It was a fully functional adventure map with quests and a story line. You can also choose which side you are on. But when I sent the map for mojang to review ( I wanted to upload to marketplace ), it unsurprisingly got turned down. I don’t have switch online so I can’t send worlds to pc without realms, but there are other more annoying workarounds.
@@SwitchBrosFNSensitivity gets flunked whenever the performance of the game drops. Aim works really well when the game runs consistently in 60fps and above. Since the Switch runs the game in about 30-45 in avarage (In a loaded world) the aiming gets sluggish and controls get more delayed.
@@realmarkinator yeh, but I somehow manage to laser people with gyro at 30FPS in Fortnite. I love crapping on sweaty players then telling them that I’m on switch. I made this kid rage so hard, I heard his mom swearing at him and heard various crashing sounds. He hasn’t been online in almost 3 yrs.
Fortnite on the switch is absolutely fricking hell, I couldn’t play it properly minding the 30 fps. The graphics are atrocious as well and had to be turned all the way down. I only use my switch for Nintendo only games :(
Audio mixing could use some work, voice is a bit too echo-y (could fix this with some soundproofing in your room). Try a pop filter over your mic or, hell, a thick enough sock works, when you enunciate hard P's and S' you are causing some serious feedback that overpowers whatever else you're saying. Good stuff otherwise.
I knew I sort of messed up my audio mixing in editing haha, I’m working on getting a new microphone along with working on actual mixing of my audio in editing, I’ll be sure to get a pop filter or if not that sock method you mentioned. Thank you for watching!
I've played this version a ton, but never beaten it because barely any Endermen spawn, and villagers are a pain with the pre-1.14 system.

Im still very sad that the wii u never got the dual screen functionality
Same, hopefully someone will make a mod or something so I can play with dual screen on my modded wii u

Also I have never had this game run that bad
I never knew that, I always assumed it was a traditional overclock but that makes sense.
the fact they got the game working at 60 FPS on what is essentially just a Sega Dreamcast in terms of performance is crazy

I had my mic right next to me during the middle/end of the video. Thank you for watching though, I’ll look into fixing or getting a new mic.
Lol that's his smoke detector.

citra is too nice to go back to a 3ds nowadays ngl. But i get the appeal

@@wafflebell yeah i understand that, but your also right, u can buy a phone that can emulate switch games 💀for the same price as a 3ds nowadays
@chengxiaoshi3461 True true, but I mean once prices go down it might be a nice thing to go back to for nostalgia ;)
hey if ur 2ds is modded u can download the DLC patcher
Interesting, I’ve never heard of the mod. What does it do?

This looks like pain with the camera mini dpad thing
The C Stick is quite uncomfortable, I definitely agree on that, there are mods out there to make it comfortable though
"worst way to play Minecraft"
Nintendo Switch Edition: allow me to introduce myself...
(Seriously why does the Switch version suck so much)

Mate, change the bettery in your smoke detector
Haha, I’ll make sure 😂
I had it on 3DS but it’s not worth playing. I was a little disappointed by it
Don’t buy it, get it using homebrew. The eshop has shut down now

Just pirate the game 😉
