In the scene that follows this in the Mojave club, Anya says "I'm sorry about Ivan and Boris, they exceeded their orders".

People often give Moore a hard time, saying he was to cheesy and to much of a comedian. Well, some of the series most silly moments is in his movies but he is still one of my favorite bonds. The man had fucking style!
He had style and you can tell that he's having a lot of fun doing this. He's embracing the absurd side of this where he's a secret agent that everybody knows.
R.I.P Sir Roger Moore. He was my generations James Bond.
The music's my favorite part of the whole scene. Is it available on the soundtrack?
James bond villians are intimating and dangerous
It seems like Quantum of Solace gave a nod to this scene, having opera music play during an action scene....
Also, Barbara Bach gives a good performance in this scene, with Anya cooly watching Bond take on her two "henchmen", and giving a silent look of respect when he beats them.

@tcvicesquad is the music really like that in the fianl movie? and the lights? and the clapping?????!!!! you didn't add them yourself for a joke? if they were in the final film then roger moore really was a james bond for kids.
@ActionEditor3 If you had actually watched the film, you would know that he is at the sound and light show at the pyramids. This is the real music from that show.
Must be pretty humiliating for a Soviet spy to see her own comrades get ROFLstomped!
