What a time the 80s was. When Michael McDonald was on backing vocals then you knew it would be a good song. Lol. He was on backing vocals in "This is It" but I guess he is not here because it is a live performance.

+Island Digital, that is the Great Tris Imboden on drums ( heavyweight session/live drummer ) from LA. He was the drummer for Kenny Loggins for quite a few years. He also played with Chicago for some time. You name it and he's done it. I believe that the bass player's name here is George Hawkins. This is a nice band. B/G vocals also sound smooth and they blend well together. Sounds like the record. How many musical artists can you say that about today. Kenny has one of the best voices in American music.

This guy put out hit after hit. He's the real deal. Steve Perry and Kenny loggins are my 2 of favorite male vocalist of all time.

You know, when you’re 6’3” and 118lbs, you can get away with nearly any style of dress... it hangs so nicely. Like to see Michael Donald or David Crosby pull that wardrobe choice off.

He is taller than 6'3" He has to fold himself up to sit in a chair! Really noticed in The Big Interview with Dan Rather a couple-three years ago.

First... Great song... Second... Kenny has always had some level of coolness about him... A confidence... Partnered with the musical talent... I like watching him get into each song

One of my favorite songs. In this performance, when I close my eyes, its hard to believe I'm listening to a white singer. Soooo much soul in his voice. Simply awesome.
