    As a powerlifter, I will tell you to never take a Alternate grip unless and until you are going for one rep max! Alternate grip create muscle imbalance in s long run! Also, you did not engage your lats here. Your form is as bad as a new lifter. 🤦

    Bhaiya ur posture is also not correct....your back is almost curve it might injured u.....ur Hip shud point more outward n while picking up u have stiffed ur whole body...so for that you can't do weighted deadlift.....u shud first correct your self from ur senior then make a video plz

    As im a professional Powerlifter ur position is totally wrong this will break ur lower back. Only straight back is not sufficient u have u to touch ur hips to calfes and then pull the bar up. Thats the correct form..
