    Dumbbell flat bench press -3×10 ( take 2 warm-up set)
    Barbell inclined bench press-3×10 (take 2 warmup set 4-5 reps) concentrate failure -10 weight
    Pec dec flies - 3×12
    Parallel bar dips-3×12
    Cable fly standing - 3×12

    But kept walking and some jog alive ..some days in a week ..
    Now have started the gym again 7 days before..

    I do flat bench press, incline bench press, decliness bench press with barber increasing weight and flat dummbel bench press as well as butterfly machine if available. Is it good? Do i need to change it?
