- Previously just had a muffler delete and it sounds much better now with a resonator delete. Its a bit louder and you can hear some burbles when you rev. Sounds better with HEADPHONES!

Hey man getting a 2010 soon and wondering if this had an intake or bpv/bov or if it was just exhaust
Hey man was wondering what exhaust tips your running thanks!
Rodolfo Bustos I’m running some amazon ones and they have held up great so far

Im catless with a muffler delete and kinda thinking about going this route and at least putting the primary cat back on
Hey man, just wondering... Do you have problems with the police?? Mine's muffler delete but it's not loud enough for me...
Nope no problems
@@henrybravo9973 Aight, thanks!
Wow I'm late but did this car have the stock cat? And how was it in high way speed was it annoying?
Yes stock cat and no it wasn’t too me at least
hey so is this still stock pipes but minus the resonator and exhaust??
josh jamieson yes stock pipes minus the resonator and minus the muffler
@@henrybravo9973 Doesn't the speed3 come with 2 resonators? Are both removed?
@@sergio7470 first Gen has two. Second Gen only has one.
Does the stock exhaust have 2 resonators and a muffler? Or just 1 resonator, if so did you remove both resonators?
Only 1 resonator and 1 muffler! 👍
@@henrybravo9973 also by chance do you know what size of pipe I would need for the resonator delete, is it 2.5 inch?
@@jarrettsutherland3177 I don’t remember 100% but Yes i do believe the stock piping was 2.5 inches 👍 I feel like 2 would’ve been too small lol
I have the same car with a deleted resonator but still with the rear muffler. Did you get this sound just by deleting the muffler too or did you also remove the catalytic converter and change some piping too?
Yes this is just a resonator and muffler delete! Nothing else
@@henrybravo9973 Thanks for the quick reply, man. Wasn't expecting it. I'll be getting my exhaust done today so this is perfect timing! Cheers.
@@henrybravo9973 OK so now I have a sports muffler and a bypass which eliminates the effect of a muffler more than 50%. Still not as loud and vibrating in the cockpit as I expected it to be, regardless of the nice and loud sound back at the pipes. Seems like I was aiming for something that was present only with the stock muffler. How does muffler and resonator delete sound regarding cockpit noise and gargling? I like the noise.
@@misovafurka How does it sound. I have a resonator delete already done. But If I remove my muffler I have to replace it, with a different one, because one can’t have a valid inspection without one.
@@itsyrboiiijustinnn4934 It sounds awesome. My current setup is no resonator, new sports muffler (one unifying both exhaust pipes) and a hacky bypass pipe which avoids the muffler and gives more raw and loud sound. It's a great combination. You get pops, gurgling and a nice racing growl when you hit the throttle. If not because of the noise I'd probably fail the technical inspection because of the improvised bypass pipe but I can return my factory setup completely before the inspection since I kept it stored in one piece.
How much did it cost you? I wanna do a single exit though.
Vera MS3 including the tips it was around $130 for everything i believe.
Henry Bravo Nice thanks! Sounds really dope
Is the drone bad? Gonna do this on mine I just picked up a 2013 speed3, I mainly drive highway
Josh Sanders I don’t do much highway driving but no it’s not bad at all. When I listen to music I can’t even notice it.
@@henrybravo9973 cool thanks. Another thing too, do you have the hpfp internals? Or does it not matter for the resonator and muffler delete?
Josh Sanders From what Ive read it’s not necessary but anything more than just a muffler and resonator delete I would go ahead and get it.
did you get any cel’s? i want to do this to my 2013 speed but i also want to keep the reliability of my car.
Marcos Marta I did not get any cels
this shouldn't cause any CELs exhaust doesn't modify power unless touching downpipe.
Do you have to do the hpfp internals to do this?
I didn’t have it done and I never had a problem
I have the same car and put on a Corksport catback exaust, everything else stock, and it has the deepest most bad ass sound ever (There is two resonators on the catback). Its not to loud and is perfect for not pissing off neighbors and drawing attention, police etc. Absolutely no problems to put on a catback.
no need until you delete both cats
Does it pop too much bro?? Don't really want my car popping too much haha
Nope, didn’t really pop at all tbh
What kinda exhaust is that
Stock exhaust with muffler and resonator delete. The tips I bought off Amazon
