This is a great workout, thank u! I've tried it two days ago for the first time and now I'm here to do it again. I think this will be my go to core workout for the next couple weeks. Thx again!
This is soooo helpful for belly dance! I also feel stronger and have less back pain in my everyday life :) but it's especially great for improving precision and control in belly dance. Thank you for sharing!
Hey, great video! For the first exercise, i'm wondering if i'm allowed to also use my arms to lift my lefts and core or if it should all come from the core? Thanks!
How many pounds should the kettlebell be to use for this workout?! I love the one that you used but unsure how many pounds you used! So excited to do this training as I wish I had known about this especially when I am not doing my Pole Dancing Lessons! Thank you for introducing this workout to me! 🥰😍💗💕💖
yayyy thank you I'm so happy to hear this! My kettlebell is 20 lbs! you can also hold onto the base of your pole or bottom of your bed, you just need something stable to anchor you🧡
I'm not even a pole dancer, I just want the core strength of one xD I do really want to try pole dacing, always have but when I was small everyone around me associated pole dancing with strippers, so I became scared to try... Now I'm in my early 20's and a broke student so I just don't have the time or money to start xd But I'd like to at least prep a little for when I eventually have the time and money🥺
I definitely recommend it! It builds so much muscle, tones the body, and helps you get in touch with a sensual side that you may not be aware of. It’s helped bring out a lot of confidence in me and makes me feel sexy. ☺️
Definitely go! I started it a year ago and it is amazing! I have professional teachers that slowly build me up to complicated moves. At the beginning I didn't have any muscle but now I can climb, invert, release my hands from the pole. My class is filled with ladys with all body types. I love the feminine energy! Many people consider it now a sport, there is the occasional idiot that thinks it's just strippers. Mostly my friends just want to see me do different moves.
@@IsshouNiIkou I'd love to go, but I looked at the prices in my city, and they are pretty high... I'm a student so I don't think I can afford it right now :') I'm glad to hear you've had such a great experience so far though!
Gurl! You got me over here sweating bullets haha 😂 but seriously, thank you! This is so good for Pole Conditioning that I can do at home when I’m not at the Studio. You’re amazing! New subbie 🤗
