    Trying to improve my invert and this helps a lot! Included in my warm up routine but still not sure how to do the Chinese flag one 😝

      Really squeeze the pole into your armpit, place the bottom hand on the pole and push the pole away from you (keep a slight bend in your elbow) and try to hold your body with this squeeze/push motion into the air (it is about the feeling) jump and repeat. You should feel your side abdominals working :)
